I gave this shop a chance because it was on my route home. I was assisted quite fast despite having multiple customers already at the shop. I didn't get the woman's name but she was very informative regarding the average prices for Infiniti tires. She was also really nice, it can be intimidating going to tire shops or mechanics.The tire change was quite fast and attentive, I will have to come back to this shop

Company over torqued all my bolts. My lugs are now sheared off due to improper torque. Unless you want to be on the side of the road like me stay away. They said they're not responsible for torquing bolts

Gabriel gave great insight and customer service . I got 2 of my tire replaced here, normally at a tire place. Their main goal is to get you in and get you out as fast as possible without checking your vehicle to see if you re safe to return to the road. They did the opposite! I encourage you to come to this place . This location has a lot of vitality. I have a gut sense I can rely on. They will produce high-quality results. I intend to return for more extensive repairs.

So I've gone to Victors and sent many people to them in the past,....but this time im dedicated to this shop.I am a mobile mechanic leader of a small crew and got a call on a 2009 Pontiac G8 GT 6.0l that neede suspension refreshing.so I installed full Pedders coil overs and BMR complete control arm,to,caster,you get the picture.After the owner tried expensive performance shops for the alignment with no luck...I make an appointment at Victors to have a look.Master tech Manuel was up for the task and 1.75 hours later tge G8 was sitting very aggressive and aligned.I was pleased tge customer was Very impressed....and on to the next task.thanx Manuel

We needed a diagnostic on our older Toyota for a check engine light, and after going to two other shops, someone recommended this place. We dropped it off, they called an hour later with the diagnosis, a sensor. They ordered it and installed it that afternoon for 150. Car runs great. We will be going back for tires, battery and any other auto needs that arise. Thank you for your prompt honest service.

Absolutely fast service for my visit. Had a flat tire, took it to the shop and they told me they could patch it up and fill it up with air for me, and within 30 minutes i was driving back home with my fixed tire. It was actually really cheap as well only 15 bucks and they were very nice people who seemed to really enjoy their job. The only thing is that it may be a bit cramped sometimes so if you get claustrophobic driving in small spaces not the spot for you.

We hit a large screw and punctured a huge hole in our BMW X5 run flat tire. Angels were watching over us and the tire blew right near Victor's. Gabrielle hooked us up with a new tire and checked the other ones as well. Best emergency service ever! Thank you Gabrielle and the team at Victor's! Back on the road in under 30 Minutes!

Guys were nice but the only problem I had was when I had the tire I brought in to have mounted and balanced they installed it backwards not paying any attention. They just wanted it mounted, my money, and me out the door. Tires have an indication on the side that says "inside". "Inside" means the tire should be mounted towards the inside of the vehicle. He didn't bother to look and quickly mounted and threw it on and was like whatever I'm finished So PAY ATTENTION and look to see if they mount your tire on backwards cause they don't care.

These people are fast and honest, I brought my '13 Si here to have it aligned and was quoted $75 over the phone. When I got there they had the car aligned in under 45 minutes and only charged $65 due to it "not being that bad". I will be bringing my Q50 here to get it aligned as well thank you guys.

Excellent customer service and unbeatable prices. The whole family is very friendly and the other day I actually went to them to get my brakes replaced. Not only did I get a great price on my break job, they were honest enough to let me know that I did not need to get my back brakes replaced. Previously I took it into another shop and the other shop tried telling me that I needed to replace my back brakes and rotors.These guys are amazing and I m gonna continue going to them as long as they stay in business!

Let me tell you I been coming here for a couple years now and I m surprised I m just getting to doing a review. Needless to say the whole team from manager to crew are honest & a hard working family that always takes great care of me and my cars fast and accurate service which is why I won t go anywhere else. 10/10

I tock my car for breke service. They recommended new brakes, new rotors. They do the work and put new parts, but two months passed, brakes start making noises and they said, i have to pay new brakes again.

Overpriced but the used tire was decent at least. I highly recommend bringing cash they say they take credit but give you a big run around if it's not debit. It's a huge pain if you're in a hurry.

I highly recommend this place.Their used tires, for example the 265/50R20 are around $45-55 & All 4 New Tires $520 with warranty. The Mechanics are always friendly and professional. They guaranty their work in addition to being honest about the issues your car may have.

False advertisement prices are not the right price I asked him why don t they change the price to the real price they told me that lowering the prices makes them have more customers also if you call first they will tell you a price I came to get a wheel alignment which should cost me 49.99+ tax around 50 something they wanna charge me 65 The advertisement price is so they can get more customers is illegal and it s not right

Not too bad. Use to be better when the short blonde Mexican guy worked here, he was cool. Now it's just OK I guess... Sometimes cost a bit more than other shops.

They messed up my car instead of replacing my gasket seals they use silicone and i paid them over 600 and now they dont want to refund any of my money they want me to take my car back to fix again no way

I just moved out here to San Bernardino and i go to buy a used tire here at victors tire shop ... Well long story short i get home and im about to put the tire on the rim but my dad stops me and checks the tire and notices that the tire is cracked so he keeps inspecting it and notices that the had already ran the tire flat .... For my first time going here the service was good but the worker didnt even check to see if the tire he gave me was good ....

Great with tires, and brakes! I've found a great place that is reasonably priced as well as they know what they are doing! Pep Boys on E street needs to take lessons from these guys!
