I love that this shoppe is always open and so willing help. Brandon is such a nice guy and attentive. I m thankful that I can always come here for my cars needs.

Been going here for years. Today I had two brand new tires that I just needed mounted. The manager charged me about as much as it usually cost me BUY used tires there AND have them mounted. I figure that id just chalk it up to inflation.The Big issue though....He mounted the tires backwards. I have directional tires that are specifically designed to be mounted facing a particular way...there is a fairly big "inside" and "outside" on each side of the outer tire wall to show which way. That's a pretty big mistake for a tire shop that has been around for a long time. I would understand if it was just the new guy, and he doesn't notice...but the fact that the manager was there helping him is a big deal to me. Now I have to pay another shop to remount the tires I already fricken paid to have mounted.

Joel is a great! My husband and I come here for our vehicles from oil changes to mechanic work. He always gives us the best pricing than any other place I have called. He does what he can to help you out and gives you great quality service. I never had any complaints nor issues with my cars having the same problems and needing it to be redone or corrected. I totally trust him with our vehicles and his pricing and his quality of service he gives to his customers.

I have been going to this place since shortly after Joel opened his doors , I have brought beaters here and I have brought mediocre cars here and I have brought my nice cars here as well. The bottom line is Joel doesn't play games , along with Omar and the tire crew there it is a perfect match of mechanical chemistry. I have never had a complaint nor have I had a problem whilst using Universal tires. In fact as of writing this Joel is having Omar fix my lower ball joint that Dons Auto repair in Running Springs , CA destroyed (see what I mean about playing games?). Joel has the best prices and rock solid dependability on the labor anyone at his shop does. I have watched people return over the years and have complaints as I was sitting waiting for my vehicle to be done and Joel always meets them in person to discuss what he and his team can do to make it right , I have never seen him or any of his team disrespect or be rude to a customer. This place is just the all around best and I will continue to drive from the mountains to Universal tires to have anything and everything that my cars need done , it's just safer and more effective that way.

They are Open Early this is Great !! I had a nail in My tire and it was taken Care of right away after, I was greeted with a Morning Hello . Nice Workers , I was relieved that they could help, I woke up with My tire low and had to take My Grandson to School what a relief to get the help, I very much Needed. Thank You and God Bless

Prices are not too high not too low!! Mechanics are honest there! I keep coming back here for my services for the honest and friendly staff! Joel the mgr is a great guy! Look for him if you ever need services!

My husband took his truck to have tires installed. Called Joel told him it was shaking didn't think they were balanced right he said to bring it back. Took it in told mechanic they weren't balanced and he started arguing saying he did that it needs alignment. Told him we had gotten alignment done somewhere else. He wouldn't check balance, so we left. Took it to Pep Boys they did suspension check and let us know tires were not balanced right. Staff acts up when Joel is not there.

I have bought several really cheap and used tires here. I've never bought a new tire from them. The used tires are good and cheap enough to use for a short time which is exactly what I needed them for. Very helpful.

I've been going to these guys for years to get new tires. These guys feel trustworthy i see them working quick. On it right away. I get in and out in 15 minutes.

Called 3 times and nobody answered. I decided to go to there shop and it was closed even though it said it was open. Really upset I wasted my time, gas, brakes, oil, mileage, etc. On these fools. Called the next day and still no answer. Is this place even open still?

I recommend Universal Tires and Mechanic they have some good Mechanic's here.. and comes with warranties.
