Customer Service. Donnie was stellar and awesome in helping my wife and myself diagnose our transmission issue. He helped me in a time of need and guided me in how to solve my problem. They offered me whatever I needed to fix my issue. I will never forget their customers service. Go there if you can.

I've purchased several transmissions throu United Transmission Exchange through work. They have been a great company to deal with. Quick shipping, outstanding customer service and warranty assistance on those rare occasions that something did not go perfectly. I run a medium duty truck shop and really appreciate the support and service I get from UTX.
