We recently went into SB Toyota for a check engine light on our 2009 Prius. Gary Gamboa was our service advisor. He was very friendly and kept us informed of the progress of the diagnostics and the parts needed to repair the car. He was aware that we were up against some tough time deadlines and did everything he could make sure that our daughter was back on the road to college the same day. It is nice to deal with someone who understand the value of providing good customer service. Highly recommend this service department.

Today one of our trucks was taken in for service and was scheduled for an oil change & routine service . The advisor CRISTIAN VEGA assisted when arriving at the service shop . The appointment was scheduled for 9 am 1/6/24 and a call for pick up was within an hour. The initial paperwork shows NO OIL CHANGE DONE . They had only done a tire rotation . Before the truck was taken all oil levels were checked before turning in to the facility and when received oil levels were checked and there was no oil change done. We then entered the service department and spoke to CRISTIAN VEGA and asked why no oil change was done when initially the appointment was set for that. He stated they did do an oil change and the paperwork must be wrong . We then call him out on a lie and let him know that all oil levels were checked before and after and showed proof and he then began to change the story. He then immediately took the truck back in for all the original services requested. Once the truck was serviced correctly CRISTIAN VEGA ID # 5794 then tried to disregard and shred all original paperwork handed over that showed no work had been done and tried to give new paperwork to reflect and hide the mistake . To top it off Toyota of SB then called after the vehicle had been turned in asking why we were a no show for the scheduled apt . We understand mistakes happen but as loyal customers to Toyota of SB who have purchased 6 vehicles from here we are extremely disappointed in the service received. We hope this is not happening to other customers and work scheduled as done is actually done.

I went in for scheduled maintenance and there was a tire light on. They couldn t easily figure out why the tire light was on so to diagnose they were going to charge me $130.Turned out the tires were just over inflated and we removed the air and the light went off.Shouldn t they have figured this out when they do the multi point inspection upon doing the regular service? If they check the air and it looks high, and the service tire light is on correct the air and be done with it vs asking me to pay more money just to reduce the air pressure in the car which should have been figured out through a thorough regular service!

Went to the service center and the reps were both professional and polite. Benito Gonzales helped us. The guy was spot on. Didn t have to wait long. Very attentive answered all my questions. I had someone vandalize my Toyota Tacoma truck and had to get to a shop quickly due to the damage. I went here since I usually get my truck maintenance done here, when I went in I didn t have an appointment but had, asked Frank morales for some assistance let him know my situation, he assisted me immediately, and with the rest of my service he was, very communicating and let me know the status of my vehicle at all times, answered all of my questions, really appreciated his assistance and would definitely recommend him, very helpful lead assistance services manager! Would definitely go back and ask for him again if I had an incident like the one I had.

We came in for a battery replacement on our 2009 Prius. Frank Morales was our service manager. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful in explaining all the charges involved. The service team was quick and thorough with the replacement and we were back on the road quickly. it is always nice to know that there are still service minded individuals who want to help out the customer and not just push them through the system. I made an appointment to have my car serviced, the receipt says that it takes 2 hours to deliver my car, 4 hours have passed and I still don't know anything about my car. The worst of the case is that I made an appointment, I went for the 1st appointment and my car is still not ready.

This was my second visit to their service center for general maintenance and their service advisor William Cooper is has one of the best customer service I have encounter from the visits I have had with toyota service centers from various locations. He was helpful and transparent in additional car maintenance questions I had with enthusiasm. His service and attitude is an A++. I will definitely ask for him the next time I come for my vehicle service.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Went after hitting a pothole and when asking for a discount over the phone a female rep started to laugh. Extremely Unprofessional and rude and when asking if they wash the car after service like they do in the Service dept in Riverside they said The city of San Bernardino does allow that. Funny that they wash the car when you buy it. In short go to the Riverside Toyota.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Auto tire replacement

Took my Rav4 in to get serviced today. I had the pleasure of meeting the service advisor Todd Hansen. He was great, informative, and excellent communication skills. I had an issue with a service advisor last time, and Todd made those bad feelings go away. This dealership is where I purchased my vehicle, and I will continue to get all repairs done here as well. Well didn't want to do this but I feel I need to do it. Went in the maintenance advisor said he was going to change the timing change cover and the pully but only change the cover. He said there was a misunderstanding. Imagine my self telling them to change the pully and when the job is done I say, it was a misunderstanding, I only wanted the timing belt covere changed. Not a good thing.

Pricey, but seemingly good service. Went in for a recall service and figured I would have them look at my tires and do an oil change while I was in. I was told I would have pricing options on new tires (which I didn t get) and I was only given a new total over the phone after they d checked everything out. The alignment job didn t seem to be the best but we ll see how it s doing going forward.
