It was an overall great experience. Eric Morales was my salesman. He was very well informed about all of the vehicles that I had inquired about, he helped me to narrow down my choices and ultimately led me to a car that I absolutely loved! I went in thinking I knew what I wanted but he showed me so many options and one piqued my interest. Even when I chose the car, he was well informed about all of the ins and outs of the car, the accessories, the warranties, etc. Eric was very likable and attentive and kept it very straightforward. I appreciated the cool calm collectedness of Eric, the knowledge, and the tailoring to my car needs. He was truly the best part about the experience. If I were to buy another car, 10/10 would request Eric again. Thank you so much for helping me!

Mark was incredible start to finish. They were so accommodating and friendly and efficient. Jeff in finance was equally great and John assisted along the way as well. My experience was top notch beginning to end. The follow up was friendly and professional. I will recommend Mark and his team to anyone who will listen!

Had been looking for a white Forester with the Wilderness package and had stopped into several dealerships. Some didn't even make contact with me, but I had a decent engagement with another dealer and was ready to pull the trigger. I thought I would pop into San Bernardino and see what they had. As I walked on the lot I was greeted by a young man named Andrew who offered to help, but not in a pushy way. He was professional, had a pretty strong knowledge of the products, and just a nice guy to have a conversation with. He was very courteous and patient as I examined the vehicle in detail. Originally, I was going to just check out the vehicle and leave (returning to the previous dealer), but after the positive experience I thought I would give them a shot. I was introduced to Jose, one of the managers. I told them the price I was looking for and while their best price was a little bit higher than I was looking at, the experience was enough that I considered giving San Bernardino a chance.I left, but returned a few hours later with my wife. We drove the car one more time to make sure it was exactly what we wanted and then decided to go for it. The exceptional customer service continued as we were introduced to Joshua who joined Andrew and Jose in helping us wrap up the deal. We went through all the registration, car walk through, and other details before being turned over to finance. We were turned over to Jesse in finance and continued providing amazing service.While we were originally going to go with another dealer, Andrew's initial service followed by a great team changed our mind. We got a great deal, a great car, and first class customer service. Not only would we return we also will recommend Subaru of San Bernardino to anyone looking for a Subaru.

This is the second Subaru I have purchased from San Bernardino. I live in LA and have been to other Subaru dealerships and I must say the customer service at SB is top notch. Austin G. and John S. were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They gave me options and made sure I was happy with my purchase. Austin took the time to show me multiple vehicles and was able to explain the differences between the different trims in a way that was easy for me to understand.I came in wanting to trade in my Legacy for the Outback through Subaru's trade in program. Both Austin and John made the transition so seamless. Oh did I mention I took my one year old daughter and they definitely went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and the process moved fast! It is a family friendly environment, I am super thankful for all the patience and diligent work at Subaru in SB.It is truly worth the drive to come out here when purchasing a vehicle. I would recommend Subaru of San Bernardino to my friends and family without a doubt! Thanks again Austin and John!!

Jose Gutierrez was absolutely an amazing person to work with! I can t say salesman because he was more of a friend. When we pulled up to the lot, we were looking for our forever family car. He got an idea of what we wanted and gave us all the information we needed. There was never any pressure, he always made us feel comfortable and if we were ever to get a second suburu we would definitely be asking for Jose!

I ve had my crosstrek for a little over a week now and i love it more and more each day! Gerald did such an amazing job at getting me a good deal on my absolute dream car. He was very knowledgeable, super efficient, and unbelievably charismatic. We tried going to a different location before coming here and meeting Gerald. I m so glad we chose to come here. Please read this I had a great experience doing business here. Especially as a famous individual; these guys took care of me.After being denied/ taken advantage of from previous dealerships. Lost & feeling hopeless with bad credit being an issue. I had decided to try one last time with Subaru of San Bernardino. Once I had arrived at the Subaru dealership. I was greeted by the nicest sales staff. Who treated me with respect & were extremely friendly. Henry (Enrique) who is apart of the sales team. Was able to quickly understand my budget & found me the perfect car. After a few easygoing test drives. I found myself wanting the car. Henry who has great experience within the car industry. Sat me down for a friendly conversation. Then took my information down. Processed the information quickly. Then Henry congratulated me on the ability to purchase this new car. Which I had found this to be extremely exciting news. After processing the rest of the paperwork to purchase my new car. I then had the greatest conversation with their finance manager as well as the finance team. Who were extremely happy to have me as a customer. As soon as we finished the paperwork. The sales staff & general manager & financial team personally thanked me for their business.I want to say Thank you to the general manager for the awesome experience. Especially greeting me with a smile and a friendly conversation. Thank you to Enrique & the rest of the staff. For finding & working with me to into get the right car. HUGE THANKYOU to John and Johnny!!! This was by far the best experience we've ever had receiving a car and the whole process was fantastic! It didn't take nearly as long as other dealers and really wasn't bad. They offer you water, snacks and fun conversations while you wait for paperwork to process. We got a great deal on my husband's Impreza and I cannot wait to get my Crosstrek soon! If you're thinking about getting a Subaru please come here and ask for John and Johnny! We had done almost a year of research and this experience made our decision 1000x easier!*If you live in the mountains like we do, PLEASE come by this location!!! We need AWD or 4WD and these guys will go above and beyond to help! Not only the company but the people ACTUALLY care about their clients and working in a clientele industry myself that's extremely important to me! We went to Subaru of San Bernardino to get an oil change and ended up getting a new Outback Wilderness! Our sales rep, Leon, was fantastic! Great personality and knowledge of the vehicle. He made us feel at ease and comfortable with every step of the process. No pressure sales tactics! Highly recommend seeing Leon if you need a new Subaru! The manager, John, was very easy to talk with as well. No sales pressure. Worked out a deal for us that made sense without haggling over things. Jesse in Finance was easy to work with too. The whole team at Subaru of SB was terrific! It s our third Subaru from them! Good prices and great team!

Right away when I walked onto the lot. We were created with courtesy and smiles. I meet Mark first and he made it possible to test drive three vehicles. I really liked 2. With John s help we stayed within my budget and I purchased a sharp Subaru. My first. Happy customer. Come out and meet these salesmen and get you a new car.

Sam Cummings sold me a 2024 Forester Sport today and I absolutely love my car. I was fully expecting to have a stressful day of car shopping and negotiating, and much to my surprise, it was a very easy process. Instead of having to argue my way down to an affordable price, a great deal was offered to me from the start. The financing department beat my credit union s offer by a ton. This is a great dealership with great people, Jose helped us find the perfect truck, but it was not ready the day we looked at it, so the team took it upon themselves to work on that truck all week until it was ready. As soon as it got pulled up front Jose gave us a call and we came in and secured the deal. Overall a great experience, would %100 go back because they take good care of you. Larry also helped us complete the paperwork and was very nice.

My husband and I had a great experience purchasing our new Subaru Outback from Edgar Gomez and John Schinharl at Subaru of San Bernardino! My experience has been great since I started taking my new Subaru Outback for service to this dealership in 2021. At the beginning of this year, I needed to change the battery in my key. Upon putting it back together, it just came apart on me, and I figured that it was no longer any good, and they are expensive! I stopped by the parts center and Mike Noriega helped me and got it all back together for me! He was very helpful and said they are happy to help any time. I was very happy to get it fixed! They are expensive to replace! I really appreciate this dealership and the friendliness and efficient service they offer.The Service Center is the same way. Pedro Gonzalez has been my service manager and he is the best!

So the story is we choose this new Subaru Ascent for a lease 3 years ago wanting to try Subaru s new large SUV and we loved the entire time with it. At first we just were not sure we would be able to fit the vehicle into the budget, here enters Jose who was able to find a middle point for us and we are now returning the lease and we are now in the journey of purchasing the awesome Subaru Ascent. Man, I can't say enough about Subaru San Bernardino. My salesman John literally came to pick me up in Green Valley Lake from The Black Dog Social Club because I was stranded up here with no car and Uber wouldn't come pick me up. We shared life stories as we drove down the hill. Once there, the whole team helped get me a killer deal on a used 2017 outback with top of the line features!! Got a sweet deal, made some good friends, and if you ever stop by Subaru San Bernardino - make sure to say hi to John, Jae, and my man Felix. They will take good care of you and your car guaranteed!! We met with Frank at Subaru of San Bernardino yesterday, and from the first moment we felt that he was there to help us make an informed decision about our car-buying needs, and not (necessarily) to sell us a car. We never felt pressured or hurried, but rather that our needs and concerns were the focus of our time together. Ultimately we decided on a beautiful Outback, and then once again we worked together with Frank through our financing options.Once the purchase was made, as painlessly as can be in this world of forms, forms, forms, Frank was there again to go over essential information on the Outback's infotainment console. We drove off, knowing that years of exciting Subaru ownership were ahead. This is my fifth Subaru purchase, and I'll tell you they just keep getting better.Thanks, Frank!

Today I came to Subaru San Bernardino just for a repair for my 2019 Impreza. Little did I know that I would run into Edgar Gomez. Edgar not only welcomed me, but also showed great customer service, and great generosity of his time. Long story short, I ended up leaving Subaru San Bernardino with a 2024 Crosstrek, and I believe it s all because Edgar was patient, understanding, and was eager to help a guy like me.

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a car from Subaru of San Bernardino, and I must say it was an extraordinary experience from start to finish! Our sales managers was Matthew Rodriguez, and he was knowledgeable and friendly, and took his time to go over all the details of the car, and he was willing to answer all of our questions, which were many. Whenever I go to a car dealership to buy a car, I m a little apprehensive, because I always feel like I don t want to be pressured or feel like I m rushed or that I might be taken advantage of. I can honestly say Matthew was so real and was not pushy, and he provided all the details I needed to be comfortable with my purchase. I purchased a Subaru outback, and the car is absolutely beautiful, it has all the bells and whistles that I love and the color is exactly what I wanted. I absolutely love the quality of my car. Also, as we were deciding ifthis was the car for our family the dealership made it comfortable for us and offered us beverages, coffee or water, and just gave us time to make an informed decision as well as worked with us As we worked out the details of a comfortable payment, etc. Also of the other sales manager named Sam came over several times, asking us if we wanted any water if we were comfortable and everything was going well, we really appreciated him. Seems like all of the staff work really well together. One thing I really liked about Matthew Rodriguez Is that I feel like he really wanted us to be comfortable our purchase including monthly payment etc. It s like he put us above the sale. I bought my 2024 Subaru Forester at Subaru of San Bernardino. It was a great experience!! There was no high pressure to buy, which was amazing. The gentleman I worked with were very professional.
