First, I want to say that the first initial contact with the gentleman Jose at stereo city was very helpful.Secondly, I had an appointment scheduled for a Thursday and ended up getting me in on a Tuesday, (two days) early AWESOME.The quality of work Was exceptional and in a timely manner, It was done when they said it was gonna be done. All around Great experience thanks.

I ve been shopping here for a every long time. James and his staff are the absolute best. I tell them what I need and they get exactly what I need and more. I wouldn t go to anyone else to get my Stero and speakers. I drive 2 hours away just to shop here because of their great prices and customer service.

Went in for some basic speakers and the gentleman that helped showed me a nice pair for just a bit more and it definitely made a bigger improvement. I told him what kind of car I had and what it was lacking. He gave me a set of JL Audio and it just bumps. Thanks!

Very professional and made me feel comfortable and great customer service. Other audio places don t like to communicate with the customers or just very awkward or antisocial. Theses guys explained to me about what speakers are good and what to look out for incase the quality of speakers are bad.

Great customer service and most competitive pricing in the IE. Had a full JL audio system installed in a 2018 Silverado which just now (2024) required a replacement amplifier after extensive use. My recent transaction went very well. Will return for all future car audio system needs.

Been going to this shop since I was 17. Never had a problem with them. They recently put an alarm system on my 87 Toyota pickup truck. They had an incident with my truck, but they accommodated me and reimbursed me quickly. With no hesitation, and or excuses. Will always come back to this shop and recommend this shop to anyone. Shout out to James for taking care me and the rest of staff for doing there job quickly and professionally.

Right when I went to the shop i was greeted by the kind workers behind the desk, one man came to me right away, and helped me out with all of the questions i had for my headunit purchase, ran me through all of the options from prices and features and we got to an amazing deal, very helpful and nice and I love the environment, comimg back soon for an amp as well!

This place is filled with all sorts of customizable possibilities! That is what attracted me to this business. I had all speakers replaced as well as a new receiver and it was done the same day I paid for it. I didn t expect to get it done so fast, but they did a great job. All staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I will return for a subwoofer very soon

I highly recommend and suggest this establishment for all your car audio needs! I am the type of customer that does their research in all the surrounding areas before I make my decisions. I made my choice with Stereo City being the best option. First off I was given the highest quality equipment and service by the manager and associate (Flo). Second, Stereo City beats all of the prices around the streets and online. Today I purchased a jl audio 12w7 with enclosed box along with a Jl Audio rd1500/1 and have to admit that I got the greatest deal and they understood my requirements. I will definitely be back for all my installation needs. I trust and believe that I have found the right place for all my car audio services and once again I need to express my recommendations.

First time stopping by and right away they helped me get exactly what I wanted. Answered all my questions and gave me a great price on my receiver and speakers. They also gave me some free RCA cables and good pricing on sub wiring. Definitely recommend and will continue to shop there. Thanks.

Was at a stereo shop down the street and they couldn t answer my questions so I came to stereo city to see if maybe they could help me out and Erick answered my questions and was experienced with the vehicle I wanted speakers for. Very professional and phenomenal service even though it was a simple transaction and I was out of there within 10 minutes, nowadays that kind of service is a dime in a dozen and I can appreciate it as I m also a sales person in my field.

Awesome experience getting a sound system with a new head unit and reverse cam installed in my 06 Ram. Jose was super helpful and transparent with the suggestions and kept my budget in mind throughout the selection process. Will return to do more to my truck in the near future
