I ve brought both of my vehicles here. Originally for a smog only to find out they are a full service repair shop. Had my brakes done and I m very happy with the work. It s nice to know I have a honest mechanic near my home.

My husband and I dropped by today for a smog check. Ruben was super helpful and very friendly and got us out of there very quickly. Apart from the awesome customer service, the price was really great. I paid about half of what I was quoted where I live, about half an hour away in the mountains. We came back later in the day for an oil change, after running some errands, and we were taken care of quickly and professionally once again. I love how easy it was to get things done here and I love how trustworthy these guys are. I'm going to recommend them whenever I get the chance, and I'm definitely going to be coming back. They've got returning customers in us.

I have had only great experiences taking my car here. Ruben keeps my 2012 running like new. Smog plus is honest and reliable. I dont have to worry about being cheated when I take my car here. I definitely recommend this place.

Ruben was great. I brought in a 1977 Cutlass Supreme for a smog check. Addressed my concerns since it hasn't been registered in 10 years. Went through a pre-smog evap test, once it passed, got the official smog, and PASSED. Great service and looking forward to bringing more classic cars for smog checks in the future.

DONT GO THERE. Last Friday they repaired my truck and my check engine light came back on. Saturday morning truck wouldn't start. Towed it to the shop. Ruben treated me very badly. Thought his customer service in Language was below respectable. He stated I would not get my truck back in the same day. At 1230 went to the shop. Two open bays and my truck was still where the towing company left it. Immediately removed my truck from his facility. They forgot to connect all the wires. They called me impatient and to demanding. They did nothing to help remedy this situation. But they took my money on Friday I am sure if I hadn't picked the vehicle up I would have been billed a nice sum on Monday. I will never go back there unless they change the manager.

I have brought my family's vehicles to Ruben and the guys at smog plus for years. They have fixed everything from a transmission to a timing chain. Honest service. They have earned my business and trust.

My boyfriend took my SUV in to get the A/C looked at and possibly fixed. Well not only did they get it working for less then I thought but also changed my oil to boot for an excellent price. I was very satisfied with Smog Plus, I give them an A+

I hate this place i brought my truck for a tune up and transmission fluide change almost a year ago. I had to wait 4 hrs and after they go and charge 330$ to change my sparkplugs and tranny fluide. When i left the shop i was hearing a wierd loud clicking noise thought it was my fan hitting the hard plastic got home and checked around and yep go underneath and see my starter banging against my torche convertor trying to cuase my transmission to blow thanks guys! now my seals are blown and my teeth on my flywheel looks lovely i was gonna bring it back but knowing your guys are shady as hell i cant and On top of that my trans is well over filled still to this day!!! im sure there b more problems if i do bring it to them esp when i know my starter cant loosen itself by a whole inch! God have mercy on your pathetic money hungry sabotaging souls!

This is the WORST auto service place i have ever been to came in for a quick smog test and there was no one there now i know why. They told me it will take less than a hour because the guy that does the test isnt here yet so i went to go eat and shopping nearby with my week old newborn and wife a hour and a half later we come back to the shop to find out that the guy hasnt even left his house yet... i was surprised and asked for my keys back and said that i cant wait any longer the owner ruben then started yelling and cursing at me infront of my wife while i was holding my baby. I went to the car and told my wife to stay there and watch the baby and i went back in to try and talk to ruben man to man and just tell him that next time you thinkit will take longer than a hour to just let the customer know first he then approached me threatingly and told me to get the f*** out of his store before i start having problems. So besides the owner lying to me and then threatining me infront of my family while im holding a week old infant i would still recommend to burn this place down while ruben is still in it.

I strongly recommend not going to this place for a smog. Every time i go he makes an excuse on why he can't smog my vehicle. He is rude and unprofessional i don't know how they even stay in business.

Have had a couple good experiences with this place, but this last time was pretty upsetting. They worked around my wheels and afterwards my hubcaps flew off on the freeway, something was rattling near my tires and I had to take them somewhere else and pay for new hubcaps and to have things tightened.

They lied to me about oxygen sensor they told me the car won't pass and I asked him which one haven't said we don't know we got to do more tests and I said no and I took it to O'Reilly Auto Parts they test it for free they the show me which one needs to be replaced pay attention don't take it to smoke glass they charged me $45.20 and then to test the car and they didn't know which one was they're going to do more tests I probably end up paying about 400 to $500 to pass smog I'm taking this to Business Bureau to AAA and I'm thinking to take him to court who owned this place for you please don't go over there for any repairs if anyone have overpay for work not to be done contact me so we can join a lawsuitService: Smog certification

Was in and out within 10 minutes for a smog test. Transaction was smooth and fast. Very friendly staff to deal with! Highly Recommended!

Great place. Being in the automotive parts industry I can honestly say that Smog Plus is one of the few honest automotive repair shops in the city.

DONT GO HERE!!! Be smart and go somewhere else!! They do not care about you or your car! They make excuses and say they aren't responsible for mistakes they make! You will just end up paying to fix a bigger problem after you leave. What a joke!

Took an hour and a half and charged me 25 dollars more to cut a house and reconnect it they suck stay away from this smog shop (not recommended)
