I called today late morning spoke to Manny he was very welcoming over the phone, I shared my exhaust concerns with him, he told me to head over..upon my arrival I was greeted with a smile we did a consult he made no promises and kept informed... Scotty's fixed the problem and made aware of some things that may need to be addressed in the future. I was in and out in less than 2 hours and "I AM HAPPY WITH THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE. I highly recommend them and the Price could not be beat.

I have had work done at this location several times. Manager Tom is very knowledgeable and informative about the work they do. The technicians complete the work in a very timely manner and test the repair before returning the keys. The workmanship is amazing and pricing very fair. Thank you Tom I could not be happier.

Tom is a honest, hard-working individual with a professional attitude. Customer service is absolutely wonderful here. All of the employees here are a pleasure to work with as well as skilled and knowledgeable. I've been coming here for years and should have left this review a while ago. Currently had exhaust manifolds installed as well as some custom fitment for the Y pipe and rest of the exhaust. I drive 50 miles one way just to come here to ensure my vehicle is taken care of without cutting corners. It is worth the drive and every penny.Service: Exhaust

Honestly really upset with the quality of work they gave me. Welded this massive piece of metal to support the muffler when other alternatives could have been used. I payed 225$ for the job and this is the end result. I was fooled by the photos they have on their Facebook page showing drag headers etc. With beautiful welds, only to receive these blobby/ ugly welds. I've had shops do similar jobs for 60$ but it's Too late to complain because they had already ruined my muffler. I relied to heavy on the great reviews and pictures, now I'm upset with the outcome along with a empty wallet. Guess they figured a old Honda deserved poor quality work..Service: Exhaust

This business was awesome. I recently had my Catalytic Converter almost stolen. One end was cut and the other end was half way cut. I brought my truck here and they offered excellent service. The price was perfect and they were done with the job in no time. Definitely recommend them!!!

My catalytic converter went out. Tom helped me out. He was very nice and explained to me information about my car instead of just saying, "This is whats wrong, it's gonna be this much..." I liked his description and him teaching me about my car.It took them a day to get the part and a half day to replace it. They work fast and smart. My car is running just fine now....(knock on wood)

Came into Scotty's thinking I was going to over spend I was actually impressed . My 04 Honda Accord is sounding better than ever very silent for the price I was able to afford thank you so very much.

Had my catalytic converter and O2 sensor stolen from my SUV. This place had one in stock for my car and was so much more reasonably priced compared to the other places I called. Was able to get in on same day called and get back on the road. Thank you Mark!!

Excellent and fast service!One of the best mechanics I've done business with in a long time. Tom was honest, straightforward and an all around nice guy! Does excellent work! Explained what the problem was very clearly. The prices were fair and I do my own price checking with other shops. I would definitely return for future repairs. You won't be disappointed!

Scotty s Muffler in San Bernardino is one of the best muffler shops in Southern California.Tom is awesome and knows his stuff.He offers excellent service and competitive prices.Check out this shop when you need exhaust and brakes done the right way

Tom is such a great guy! I went to Scotty s Muffler to have my exhaust manifold replaced. Along the way, I got a flat tire and limped into Scotty s.Tom offered to take the flat tire to Goodyear while they worked on my car. I am not accustomed to this kind of excellent customer service, it s like killing two birds with one stone! I am a repeat customer and will continue to patronize this business! I was greeted promptly upon arrival, and within minutes of my being there, my car was up on a rack and being examined by a couple mechanics. I was given a fair quote, my muffler was severely cracked and separated, and exhaust had been flowing into the cabin of the car for a couple weeks.The exact quote I was given is exactly what I was charged, and although I was told it would be 2 hours, the job was done within 70 minutes! Their work was pure quality, and it's been over 2 weeks since it was done, there have not been ANY issues whatsoever regarding their work! I recommend Scotty's Muffler Service to EVERYONE! 10/10 I would go to them again!

If you come here you are definitely getting a bang for your buck, Toms crew always delivers and always get the job well done without rushing and making sure your car is in tip top shape for whatever asked for. I got both my charger and Ram done here when it came to exhaust and let me tell you. I love it, great price and great work done. Thanks TOM AND KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK YOU AND YOUR CREW.

Got rear brake service, drum turned and they De-squeaked the front, and let me tell you I already can feel the difference. Their prices are unbeatableAlso they are all very nice and considerate and honest. Highly recommend them

Took my car to 3 places and no one could find the problem. Tom found it the first time I brought it in, fixed it in an hour, and a very reasonable price. Place was easy to find, very clean, and plenty of parking. Awesome customer service!!
