A fraudulent auto repair workshop engages in deceitful practices, manipulating customers and stealing their money through various means. In addition to these unethical behaviors, the workshop also charges exorbitant prices for maintenance services. The quality of workmanship is notably poor, characterized by substandard repairs and insufficient expertise in car maintenance. Customers are often left dissatisfied with the overall experience, feeling cheated and taken advantage of. Such workshops not only damage the reputation of the auto repair industry but also harm the trust and confidence of consumers in legitimate businesses. It is crucial for authorities to take action against such establishments to protect consumers and uphold the integrity of the automotive service sector... bad service

Don't go to this shop! I spent $400 on new tires, but they didn't have the right size. They convinced me to get a different size, but the next day, my car had problems. The tire warning light came on, and when I turned, it felt like my car was being damaged. When I complained to the shop, they denied any responsibility, even though it was their mistake that caused the problem. It was a total nightmare.

Called in for a front end alignment today and was told to come in anytime no appointment needed. Greeted me right and were fast to service me with the alignment. Pricing was affordable and reasonable. They were honest and upfront about what I needed. They do any other auto repair that I had no idea of so I would be coming back for any problems I have in the future. Would recommend coming in here for any needs.

I've been here twice and both times have been great. The staff is very nice and helpful towards me, thank you to Carlos for helping me with my tires, you are appreciated and if I have more car issue, I can trust they will help me with it

Carlos saved our buttsStayed open just a little longer just to help us out. If I'm ever having car/tire problems and I'm anywhere near this shop I will definitely go there.

They did 4000 dollars worth of work on my 1999 gmc Yukon and today it's in a shop with metal in the engine and they say I need a long block now worth 5000 total to replace the engine. Art: don't you warranty your work seeing how it only made 3085 miles on your repairs??????

This is my favorite auto shop. I live in the mountains and drive down anytime my vehicles need work. These guys do it all, and do it right. I ve had them replace radiators, tires (better prices than Costco), they even put new leaf springs on my e350 box truck. The owner Art and the mechanics are great! Highly recommend.

Art and Mike were the best. Did everything in their power to help me out with what I needed and were very helpful in explaining things to what my truck needed. I will Continue to do my business here and keep coming as a regular to fix up and and more things to my truck...

I took my vehicle here and it was there for 3 days and finally was finished and he lied and said he test drove it and didn t. I had to take to a diff shop. Art and Carlos will get over on you fast if you don t know about cars.

Totally happy with my truck services done and tire installation. An honest and reputable shop that does what they say in a timely manner. Very fair pricing . Thank you Big Mike and Art and your crew are very friendly. I recommend Quick Stop automotive center.

Excellent service! I will definitely be returning. The employees are very courteous go out of their way to help you . As a woman I hated to take my car to the mechanic as I always feel taken advantage of which is not the case at Quick Stop.

They banged out a rim and replaced 2 tires for a reasonable price; so I left the place satisfied. However, 4 weeks later, either the rim they repaired or the new tire malfunctioned horribly and left me stranded in a horrible area at 11pm, waiting almost 2 hours for AAA.I will update this review after returning here tomorrow, 2/25/2023. Hopefully this review is incentive for them to do right by me lol, and I'll change it back to 5 stars.Update: I guess it was just a coincidence that the tire they worked on is the one that went flat, as they found at least 1 hole from a tiny screw I ran over. In any case, the repair was affordable, as was the original service, so I've set it back to 5 stars.

One of the best automotive repair shops I have stumbled upon. The employees along with the owner offer nothing short of amazing customer service and work. I do and will refer all my friends and family to this shop. They provide quality work along with a great customer experience Highly recommend having your repairs done here. Art along with Lee are great to do business with.

Very satisfied with the work they did. Art the manager is a very down to earth guy and was very honest with the tires they sell and got a me a set that would fit my driving conditions. It's hard to find a good honest mechanic. I highly recommend these guys. I will definitely be going to them for my vehicle needs. Thank you Highland Tire Center!

They had my truck for a week and didn't touch it until the 4 day . Had the ball joints , bushings, steering box done. Went to pick it up in the 5th day , steering wheel was going to the side and non of my buttons on the steering wheel were not working , and the message center said service airbag , and the check engine light is on , so Art the owner of the place said it's my number 6 glow plug , so had that done . On the 7th day the wheel alignment is good steering box is good but the check engine light is still on. Art is a cool cat , he gave me back 150 dollars off, a more upgrade steering box, and new Pittman arms . He would probably make more money by not giving kick back if they would just do the job right the first time .

Went in for a tire mount and balance and alignment. Great service since i got there, pulled the truck in right away, did a great job with the alignment, made a huge difference from a previous shop that worked in my suspension, the truck rides great now and the prices are the best you will find. Very recommended

Had a great experience here! Actually came upon it by accident as I was going to visit the old tire shop that was there before due to an older post. Once I got there and realized it was the wrong place I almost walked out but after talking with Art and Ramon I felt extremely comfortable in leaving my vehicle there for service. Not only did they do an excellent job in the work but they also saved me a ton of money by not fixing things that didn t need to be fixed as had been told to me by other mechanics. They were honest and forthright and I am exceptionally grateful for that. They walked me through everything and I felt very comfortable in the process. I will definitely be coming back here again as these guys are a rare find in a world where honest mechanics are often hard to find. Very grateful to have come across this place and will definitely be back!

Stewart helped me recently here and he was great. They ordered the tires I needed and installed them quickly and they were professional in notifying via phone. Good prices here and lots of bays to work quickly.

If u looking for good work at a good price come here they done my catalytic converter o2 sensor and they install coil over and I'm happy with the work this is the spot

I went to quick stop because I had a issue with a engine another shop did once I brought it to art shop he took it and when he found the issue he call me in to show me before he began to work on it . Really appreciate his good customer service as a owner.would recommend anyone to check his shop out if you want the job done right. Question have anyone been to a shop where they appreciate your business well they do at quick stop
