I'm never going back to this place again. I went for a smog check and never got it plus got my car back with a check engine light on. Very shady business

I should have listened to the reviews before I left my car here. they did the work on my car that needed to be done just very unprofessional. They say they close at 5 p.m. I get there at 4:38 or so and the shop is closed my car is parked on the sidewalk and the person in charge of the shop has my keys and is gone and the owner keeps telling me he will be tight back, right back. I was told multiple prices. And they didn't accept ATM so I had to go find an ATM machine and the owner says that he doesn't have change so I end up paying more than what I was told when I came back to pick my car up. And I had to wait two hours to get the keys to my car BC it's a bad area and I wasn't leaving my car there overnight BC I'm sure when I would go back in the morning my car wouldn't be there or would have been vandalized. Good mechanics just need to work on their professionalism and learn how to handle customers and practice customer service BC they will never attract any customers other than who lives in ghetto San Bernardino. Luckily I only had a quick fix which was an AC charge.

Went for a car alarm at 2:15pm they told me to come back at 4. I went and stayed there until 6:20pm and the guy wasnt even halfway done. I told him i didnt want it anymore and only paid for the alarm, & not installation. VERY unprofessional. Will NEVER return.

They said they would fix my car same day then they end up telling me no we couldn t then I left 60 dollars deposit then he call me saying they need more money and at the end he said let me keep the 60 dollars and next week come and pay me the rest but they dident even fix my car PLZ DONT GO TO THAT PLACE !!!!!!! Rip of and they stole me 40 dollars

This place is trash I paid for my wife's oil change and new oil filter I came back 4 hours later and they said it was done. I check the dipstick and oil was still low and it was the filter was the same I told the owner he apologized and change the oil on the spot he probably did know I knew about cars... AVOID THIS TWEEEKER SHOP!!!

Its a scammmm,. Do not come here do not pay for anything upfront.theres a guy that says he can smog ur car he will take ur money and dissapear for months. Neverrr come here.

Awesome service & mechanic work, low & reasonable prices, willing to beat any other shop's price, friendly employees and great mechanics.. Recommend bringing in your vehicle for any mechanic work, or if your vehicle's check light is on.

Alert!!! I wish I could've check the reviews before taking my car . I brought my car here to only change a seal , I left my car for a whole week and guess what ? My car is not running anymore ! He said he doesn't know what happened , so now I have to tow my car and look for a new mechanic . Please avoid this place !! I wouldn't even give one star .

horrible customer service said it will take an hour and a half to do my music and it took close to four hours would never recommend to anyone or bring my car here again in future. They have no sense of time

TO ALL WHO GO HERE PLEASE BE ADVISED IF YOU LIKE GETTING RIPPED OFF AND STUFF STOLEN FROM YOUR CAR THIS IS THE PLACE UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE I WAITED FOUR HOURS FOR THE FAT GUY TOSAY MY CAR WOULDNT PASS SMOG WHEN I PAYED IN ADVANCE I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANY ONE ......all they want is your money and your stuff that's in your car..

Took my car in one day left it overnight and the next day when work was done went to pick it up as normal but i got home and realized they broke my door handles because they couldn t unlock my car. Will go back to have them fix it.. Will update.

They still money the fat guy there is so rude !took my car where they took it else where abondande my car saying it didn't turn on anymore...ask fire money back which they denied to give it back asked for a towing truck to bring my car back to the shop and guy just walked away....DO NOT TAKE UR VECHLES THERE

I do not recommend this, very bad, no professionalism, I simply do not recommend it, the stereo technician does not have any tools, I will not return even if they did it for free, be careful, greetingsNo recomiendo este muy mal nada de profecionamiento simplemente no lo recomiendo el t�cnico de los esterios no tiene nada de herramientas no vuelvo a aunque lo hicieran de a gratis tengan cuidado saludos
