I went this location where Brandon helped me right from the start he clarified everything for me in a great and polite manner replace my items for the correct ones going back and forth tonthe back of the store and never rushed me he was more than helpful he did go beyond to make sure I'd do the job right the first time.Thank you very much Brandon.

I ll keep it short since the whole process was long and tedious. Went to get a new battery and an employee tried to put it in my car. Ended up killing my car and hours later, I had to get my car towed. Cost me over $500 in damages. Got in touch with the store and they claimed to have footage of the employee not being at fault. They never showed this footage to me. If employees don t know what they re doing then they have no business putting batteries in a paying customer s car. At the very least, be professional and wrong your right by compensating that customer.

Extremely helpful here. On more than one occasion, these workers helped me save thousands of dollars by suggesting other options. The dealership wanted to charge me thousands to replace my ignition switch, but a female worker there suggested I go to a locksmith. That saved my poor a$$ in a bind! I also had a mechanic try to charge me $900 to replace my A/C compressor, but the manager at O Reilly s explained to me that it just needed a refill with the A/C pro because he could hear the compressor charging when I refilled it. $50 versus $900?! Everyone needs to come here and save their money, because these guys know what they re talking about!!

Awesome, the CSR Monica and the Manager was awesome. They gave me the right parts for my car. Excellent customer service, will definitely come back. I recommend this place. Thank you Monica and Manager.

The guys there are great and the person that helped me out was awesome his name was Joseph go to that guy he know what he's talking about wait time are about 10 to 15 mins and you can you Samsung pay, Apple pay, and visa checkout all on your phone.!

Lazy workers who don't know anything. Instead of placing a battery in for me they gave me tools to do it myself, no other customer was in the store but me at the time. When I told them the post don't reach one worker jumped in to help and shorted my car's electrical system I had to get it towed, very expensive repair. District manager placed the blame on me saying I started the job first so it's my fault. They'll hear from my lawyers.

Rude workersThis store has a worker named Ceci G. Counter#239410. Apparently she doesn't know how to use the computer there, because she couldn't find my info in the system, and that gets her worked up, she was very rude, and not just too me but other costumers there.

They know their stuff, friendly and helpful. Most of the time they have the parts you need at good prices. If they don't have it they will hunt it down for you and have it held for you at another store.

Great workers go to a guy named Martin. Need an oil change, brake pads, rotors, tune up ? He gets you all the parts quick Everyone else is pretty chill too

GOOD HELPFUL PEEPS HERE... BROUGHT IN MY DEAD BATTERY IN WITH THE HOURS RESULTS WERE I NEEDED A NEW ONE. THANX GUYS KEEP UP THE EXCELLENT WORK!!

I love O'Reilly Auto old Kragen auto parts. The only thing is the point system I wish they did like auto zone as far as 20 dollars for every 100 dollars you spend it takes for ever to earn money on the point system that O'Reilly has set up

Even though they are surrounded by homeless this place is very clean, no need of security due to homeless being loyal cause of the treatment they received, a plus+++
