I Walked in this morning looking for tools to remove my tail light unit in order to replace my bulbs. (I drive a Fiat, tricky car to work on lol) I looked around for a bit and wasn't sure what to get. I asked an employee by the name of Ed (Older Hispanic Gentleman w/ glasses) for help and he was very dismissive, he didn't greet me or anything. He then asked me what I needed and I asked him if he could help me look for a torx bolt remover or bit to remove my taillight unit and he asked me if I knew the size and I told him I didn't. He then told me "well I can't help you if you don't know what you need" I found his tone very rude, so I said okay and stepped outside to take a picture of the bolt which needed to be removed, I went up to him a second time and showed him the picture and he said "I don't know what to do with that and I asked him "the bolt has the number 8 on it could that be the size?" He ignored me. He then tells me to go check the shelves with him. I go and he grabs some bits and tells me to show him where my car is. When I get outside I realize he's not behind me anymore but a second later another associate by the name of Cesar or Cesareo helped me out. He was much kinder and more knowledgeable. He helped me pick out the right ratchet and bit and honestly made my experience 100x better. Ed just made me feel dumb to be honest. Definitely need more people like Cesar!! I appreciate his hard work and patience!

Waiting in line for over 10 minutes. Each counterman disappears after waiting on one customer. All but one counterman is now wandering around not helping customers. Counterman taking customers that aren't in line before those who waited in line. It's like this a lot when I come in here.

Very helpful staff, prices just a little lower than Auto Zone. If the part you need is not in stock they can order it from another store to be delivered either the same day if requested early enough or next day.

I Bought a battery here when my son was manager there. They said they can't replace it because my son quit. The managers were so rude that they didn't even want to give me cooperates number so they passed the phone to an employee that started the day before who all of a sudden , had cooperates number. Just ignorant behavior and unprofessional. DINA is currently the manager and another woman , they're both unprofessional.

The workers are so helpful. Every time I go in I'm never embarrassed to ask questions about my car and they are always will to go outside and take a look. They have managed to answer every question not only in an understanding way but with details so you get more for what you asked. There location. Is perfect because it is near food places so while you wait you can grad a bite to go. And I say to go because they are very fast and efficient.

Employee Joey willingly and with great customer service assisted me in jumping my car battery. He was pleasant and very helpful with suggestions on what to purchase that could help me with any future battery related issues... A+ service.

My rating would be higher if it wasn't for the surrounding area. The store itself and the employees are great. Everyone is always friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The area is not the greatest though. It is usually surrounded by "Berdoo's Finest" who are most times pan handling or yelling at traffic passing by. It's quite the turn off when it comes to wanting to stop, but give them a chance and you won't be disappointed by the service you receive. I would go back, and recommend them to others.

O'Reilly's is a good place cuz they are working there to know what they're doing even you can't pronounce their name yesterday and I don't know his name but he helped me out real nice with a water pump for my 2006 Malibu Maxx thank you man

O'Reilly auto parts had the part I needed in stock and at a reasonable price, and I happened to need transmission fluid and any other place did not have the one I needed except for O'Reilly. It all worked out well, look forward to seeing how well O'Reilly keeps on going.

Terrible customer service. Workers seemed to have an attitude for no reason and weren't very friendly or helpful at all. I'd find a different auto shop if you can.

Went in for car fob battery. He replaced it for me, extra one $10! I'm happy. Need to return as I need new windshield wipers.

Bryant (D I think) was AMAZING. This man IS customer service embodiment. Truly impressed and happy with his help. I m told there was another man with the same name awhile ago but this guy-excellence. He saved me from having to tow my car.

If I could give this business zero star ratinv I would gladly. I had the misfortune of meeting a hospanic female working there in her late 20s early 30s with tattoos on her arms. It took 2 visits and 5 and half hours to get my battery charged and she blamed her negligence on me despite the fact that my battery was in the exact location I put it in 2.5 hours earlier. If I were the manager I would hire someone that actually wants to work

Watch what they give you, I received the wrong oil filter once, when I mentioned it to the same person this last visit she refused to help me, it was fine with me I got the correct filter

Called to ask about a radiator cap and I'm still on hold literally right now. I asked them they asked me for year and model and put me on hold. Been on the phone waiting for 20 minutes. They're close to my house but car is leaking coolant so didn't want to take the chance. Definitely going to AutoZone now they have always appreciated my business and I'm dissatisfied with the service the incompetent people that work there. It doesn't take over a minute to check for availability and say yes we have it or no we don't. I hung up after 22 minutes.

I went in to get windshield wipers, I asked the manager why they didn't have the cards so you could look up the correct size, he said because of covid, I told him they haven't had the cards for a few years, then he said it's because of handicapped customers. First it's time to stop using covid as an excuse for everything, second if it's a reach for handicapped customers what do the do at every other store. This was the manager, if you don't know the answer just say so don't lie or make up stuff.

Very ,rude assistant manager and manager, n idk about there policies on customer care, but assistant manager referred to me as a problem, and I told him I wasn't a problem when I bought the battery with 2-year warranty only had it a year only wanted another battery, and got treated like a criminal ED , MANAGER,ON HIGHLAND N STERLING,NEEDS AN ATTITUDE ADJUSTMENT

Workers aernt all that friendly. You have to get their attention to let them know you're there. Then when you are getting helped, it's like getting help from a robot. Hardly any eye contact, no thank you, you're welcome or goodbye.

Yurami manages a great crew. They are all quite personable and what they don't know, they quickly find out collectively. Been coming here for years and never heard a discouraged employee.

Shawn waited on me, I wasn't sure how to describe what I wanted or how to go about doing it. He listened, figured out what I wanted and how to go about making it happen. He was excellent help, friendly, and knowledgeable. Thank you Shawn for your help.

I don't know why I just didn't listen to my brother and call O'Reilly's for a part we needed. I called and sure enough they have the part we needed... 3 minutes tops on the phone with a pleasant employee of yours. We're I was holding on the line with AutoZone for 57:33 only for the 4th person to get on the line and tell me they don't carry the item that I needed... O'Reilly's you found you a new loyal customer. Thanks for your help.
