I went into the store today in before I was in Megan greeted me with how are you doing and how can I help you I told her I needed a battery and she was a great person to work with as I am handicap I asked could I have some help putting it in my truck and she said no problem and she got the battery and took my old one out and put the new one in she had a smile on her face and it made me feel good because it is nice to know we have young people like her I am 72 and handicap And it only took about.10 minutes are less thank you Megan for your help it nice to be around someone like her

10/5/21O'Reilly store at Kendall..I am observing these employees as far customer service and professionalism:1. Esteban - conducting and offering his customer to install the wiper blades2. Antonio - the manager; showing his professionalism towards his co-team members by helping and training new employee (new team on-board.3. To the new employee, not too bad of being there for two weeks. He seem to know a lot than weeks of being there.I can only write what I observed. Keep up the professionalism and great customer service .

Needed a new battery. Went in, the gentleman that helped me suggested a battery, told him I charge my tablet and cell phone without the engine on he suggested one that uses gel for longer staying power. He changed out the battery for me and checked the fluids. I used my $5.00 rewards. He was helpful, polite, and quick.

I needed to replace a bulb for my Honda. Reggie was the young gentleman helping me today and he made my experience superb. He showed me the different types of bulbs available and helped me pick the right one out. I was going to pay a mechanic to install the bulbs for me afterwards but Reggie literally exceeded my expectations and asked me if I needed help installing them. I said, "Yes, that would be amazing!" And Reggie humbly took his time, out in the heat of the sun, by hand, under the hood of my car, by himself, and single handedly did all the work for me while I stood in awe. This man is incredible and he totally made my day. I'm very grateful for people like this and I highly recommend O Reilly for your auto parts needs. God Bless.- Brandon Vielkind

So I visited this O'Reilly's out of convenience and it was a pleasure. The young lady who helped me was so nice and went over and beyond for me. I love black ice car fragrance and they usually carry it in a big size. Their computer said they had 4 but she couldn't find it and cleared that information on the computer so they can replenish their inventory. Great customer service.

Stopped by for new windshield wipers. After paying the sales associate asked if I wanted him to install them. Sure! Glad I did because the one I bought didn't have the right attachment. So back in the store he found the right ones and installed them! Thanks O'Reilly!

Helpfull friendly and military discounts. I started using O'REILLY when I broke down in Arizona and they asked me if I was a veteran for the discount. So I looked for one here and I'm happy with this store. It's been over twenty years and I've seen a lot of faces here but rarely one I didn't like. And no I don't work there. Lol

Called to check on parts spoke to Jasmine. Asked if they had a battery in stock. She gave me all the options in details. Held the battery for me. Came in she was at the counter when I walked in and knew I was who called as soon as I walked in. She checked the battery for me to see if the one I had was still good. And then rang me up for the new one. Great customer service, fast check out, she was very knowledgeable and friendly. Made my bad situation not seem so bad with her service. Thank you!

I normally come to this location due to the friendly staff, clean and organized store. However when I came in (around 7:30 pm 03/08/2022) to purchase oil and a filter for my regular oil changeI encountered something quite upsetting. As I approached the cashier kiosk, there were two attentive employees like normal, except that one of them was harassing and berating his female coworker. Calling her tastes in music trash and in general quite rude. When I commented on the scarcity of oil when making my purchase, since they had little choice in 0W-20, the male worker that completed my purchase that is framed a racist and derogatory phrase related with Far-right and conspiracist circles. It was uncalled for and quite angered me, but I held my tongue as it would not be polite for me to also cause drama within the premises. I would recommend that this employee be talked to and given a Adept on his actions, treatment of his coworkers and his choice words. We are indeed in tough times, but anger over someone that had no control over this crisis because of a overseas conflict should not affect customer/employee interactions. I will continue to shop here, but I do not condone the behavior of this employee as it was unprofessional of him.

By far the best oreiley I have ever been to! I went earlier today and talked to Donovan. He helped me figure out what part I needed for my car but they didn't have it in stock so he ordered it for me. Told me it would be there in a few hours and it got there even sooner and he gave me courtesy text as I preferred! He was extremely polite, patient, & informative. Even helped me install it in my car! This isn't the closest oreiley by my home but due to the service I will always come to this one! Thank you!

Today marks a landmark day... why is that? For one simple reason: 10 times out of 10, when I ask for general advice on how to maintain my vehicle the representative (constantly lackluster in expression) will always respond with: "T' be honest man I can't really advise." The only time I get an answer that doesn't mirror the : "..can't advise.." is when their paycheck is tied directly to what I walk out the door with.... The "...t' be honest man I can't really advise..." is just a fancy way of just saying dude I could care less about what you want!.. So when Donovan gave me an actual answer... not only was I determined to follow his instructions.... I also made the decision that this was going to be my auto parts store from here on out. Not O'Reilly I mean this specific location and not just showing up to meet Uncle Joe-Bob I'm coming here to ask Donovan what I need to buy. Donovan demonstrated something rare. Genuine interest in helping the customer. You only have one shot at a first impression and Donovan knocked it out of the park. From here on out I can say for certain that when I come back I'm just going to get what he tells me I need even if some of the things are borderline wants.. that's because he established gained my trust in knowing that his suggestions are for the greater good of my vehicle and therefore, myself.

I bought a battery 2 years ago with a 3-year warranty. It started acting funny... I called and spoke to Naomi and she was excellent at customer service. She got my battery like she promised switched it out with no problems!

The guy ringing me up must've been new.i went to replace my headlight as I told the guy over the phone.guy on the phone is steven.other guy idk(cashier).cashier guy sold me the wrong parts to my truck.steven went to replace my headlight,noticed it was the wrong part,went back and replaced it,refunded me the difference for the wrong part Wich was more expensive and replaced my headlight quick.i asked were I can get the headlights cleaned and he suggested me a place.i went right after.steven is wise,,he's quick ,he has integrity and very polite.hes a gentleman,held the door open even Everytime for me.this review is 5 stars because that's the service I received from Steven.

I fill in at this store from time to time and I tell you there is a great group of people that work here. There is a perfect balance of knowledge and customer service. I work at another oreillys location but I live near this store and I feel just as at home here as I do my own store..... thanks guys

Great place and friendly employees very helpful indeed went in to purchase a part for my vehicle an employee you been offered to help me put the part on my vehicle you just don't get this service anywhere nowadays will definitely be coming back in the future

Stopped there to turn in a battery core and return some wrenches for refund. The cashier was on the phone, ignored me. I waited and then another woman worker came in from delivery, asked me if I had been helped and I said no, she looked at my stuff and then said she was going to pull some parts from the stockroom. Then she gets her parts and walks out and gets into the truck and drives off. Hmm I thought she was going to help me. The guy on the phone finishes his call and then asks me if I've helped, umm no, you can see that no one has helped me. As he was processing my stuff my irritation boiled over and I asked him why she asked me if I had been helped and then didn't help me, he said he didn't know. I said that was a moron move. I have been to this store multiple times and sometimes the clerks look at you like, oh no there's another customer, we have to get back to work. I predict that this store will be closing soon.

I went looking for a part but was told the part I was looking for wasnt made for my car. So I went to another place and they found the part I was looking for. I like O'Reilly and its the first time this has happened. This wont discourage me from continuing to shop there.
