Had an appointment yesterday to get my car diagnostic. When I made the appointment over the phone nobody bothered to tell me that they were going to keep my car 3to4 Business days. That's not even fixing the problem with my vehicle that's how far behind they are. The one I drove all the way from the high desert to moss brothers it was a wasted trip i didn't have a second vehicle. This is not the first time I have to deal with moss brothers in an inconvenience way. When I bought my vehicle and got my first oil change with them. The oil change took 5 hours. Needless to say I'll just be paying at a pocket for anything I need to fix on my vehicle that my warranty covers because I can't guarantee that I will get my vehicle back in a timely matter. And then the next day they have the call and tell me I missed my appointment no I left because you inconvenienced me.

My car buying experience at Moss Bros, in San Bernardino has been a great experience. Jose Q and Fidel have gone above and beyond in helping me obtain the car of my dreams. Excellent customer service, great communication and transparency when coming down to numbers. If you are unsure and hesitant about the dealership I recommend you take a leap of faith as I have and experience it yourself in person.

Gotta give a big shout out to Rick Sawyer and the techs at Moss brothers San Bernardino, who service my Jeep s (AC compressor and rear main seal) Great customer service, and excellent work! so far so good, running smooth. Rick went above and beyond to get it done ASAP! I had a True Car offer from the dealership. I was dealing with Rudy. I texted him yesterday about the offer and he said to come on in. I drove an hour and a half through traffic to get there. The first car they showed me had water stains on the back seat and door. The salesman said they must have let the window open in the rain but that they had a detail man who could clean it up.The second car had a dead battery. They tried to jump it but the battery was bad and they said they had to replace it. This was a new car. What new car needs to have the battery replaced before it is even sold?I finally got to drive the model trim I wanted and liked the car. I had a True Car offer from the dealership which has the price I was supposed to pay. Once I sat down with the salesman and showed him the document he said they would not honor it. He said they were no longer a True Car dealer. They had a meeting the day before and almost all the salesman had been told. Rudy had not been in the meeting.I was just going to leave but first the assistant GM and then the new GM talked to me. The salesman had told me the GM had quit three days before Christmas. First the assistant GM said he wanted to give me a bear hug. Why I don t know.The new GM wanted to talk to me to find out why I was leaving without buying a car. I told him I drove for an hour and a half because of the True Car offer. Instead of apologizing for not letting Rudy know they were no longer a True Car dealer anymore he said We re not responsible for Southern California traffic. What could I say to that? I couldn t get out of there fast enough.

I was very happy with my service at Moss Bros. Chrysler Dodge Jeep in San Bernardino. Robert was great. After my trailer hitch was installed, he installed my bike rack. He called me several times over 2 days to give me updates on the many tasks that were being completed (paint protection, fabric protection, alarm activation, trailer hitch installation, engine diagnostic, and more).

Their parts department is the worst I have ever delt with. I called in to order some interior parts and the guys made it seem like his job is to difficult and hung up on me. I called back 4 times and no one answered. I called to speak to a general manager, went to voicemail. I just spent $900 on maintenance on my truck there. I will never go back to this dealership!!!

Smooth and prompt service . Our service adviser Yvonne was professional informative and nice . I like that I can leave the service department with a smile . Nice change from advisers that are upset or frown when they see you come in or have to help you like they re alway having a bad day . So thanks Yvonne for your patience and kindness .

Thank you Moss Bros Collision Center. Recently I was parked and a vehicle backed into my truck. There was damage to my front bumper that required new parts and paint.When we got into contact with Ron and Team at Moss Bros. collision they were able to quickly schedule my vehicle assessment and began to work on our truck within an hour of delivery. Impressive.In a scenario like this, I'm hyper-focused on communication from the dealer and the result of the body work. The team communicated the work that needed to be completed before beginning any work, Moss Bros provided an estimated completion timeline, and communicated photos as they were progressing through the work. It meant a lot to us, our family enjoys this vehicle and the communication gave us a sense of priority that Moss Bros was taking pride in their work and respecting our time and auto.We would like to take a moment to recognize Debbie the front desk manager at the collision center, the Collision Center Manager and Ron, their Director. The result, the parts that were replaced and repainted look like they did the day our truck was purchased new and this level of attention means a ton.If you are considering a body shop, consider Moss Bros-they are a world class team and come with my highest recommendation. I did not have a good experience here. So much run around and drama. The manger did reach out after and try to find out what happed. So I gave an extra star. But out of all the places I shopped the best experience was at enterprise in Bloomington. Go talk to Aaron in Bloomington enterprise. He will get the job done and treat you great. I don t trust anything about sb jeep just save yourself the headache.

My wife and I went here looking for a truck and I must say we got more than just a truck Rudy and his sales Manger was absolutely amazing.They didn't pressure didn't feel like we were buying something we didn't want. We found a truck on their website which was $12,000 less then walking on the lot to buy. We live in Nevada but it was worth the drive even with gas prices as high as they are. Our salesman Mike was very patient and knowledgeable. The process was very easy. I did not like the fact that were nickel and dimming over a tank of gas. Our salesman said we would get half a tank then retracted and said they would put in $50 which the truck was on empty and with the price of gas that would not give us half of a tank, so our salesman put in $20 more of his own money. I had issues the week after our purchase. The truck came with LoJack and the dealer didn t release the vehicle. I could not create an account until they did. I kept getting the run around until I spoke to our salesman and he fixed the problem. Fun fact: All the signing was done on a giant sign board that was the size of the desk.

Came to down to look at a car after talking to two different salesmen over the course of two days. Got there after driving from apple valley just to be told I could not see the car because it actually isn t even available for sale. Then they tried to upsell me. Please dont waste peoples time.

3 years ago I tried to send them 3 promaster vans to attend to a recall and it was a headache, so I took them to Ontario. Today I came back here to buy parts and the gentleman assisted me very well and in Spanish and English. now I give them 5
