They are nice, fast, and honest. I tell everyone about this place. My whole family comes here. Prices are reasonable. They always give you a quote before starting repairs. They keep you updated in case you have to leave the car overnight. Give them a chance you won't regret it.

Took my truck 92 pickup here to get a star smog. It failed the 1st time. I had to fix a couple minor things. 2nd time their Evap tester was in a bad mood and it wouldn't complete the test, while that's frustrating it's not their fault. I returned a few days later for the 3rd time and BAM passed no problems. Many would consider this a bad experience but most don't understand the process of smog test for older vehicles. Overall I was happy with my service here. Sergio was always very nice and I will say they take their customer service seriously and want you to leave happy.

Drove to location noticed no cars in bay. I needed a smog check walked in and of course was greeted by mechanic and then owner of Valero Auto Service. I usually get an appointment to complete the smog check, but I had time, so I stopped in. Mechanic backed my truck in and started the smog check. Valero car care people did the job in no time with great results as usual. Great service great people thank you.

The service is what makes me come back, even thou I live in Redlands now. They are 100% upfront with their prices and you can not beat the customer service, which is VERY rare these days. I would highly recommended Mets to everyone.

Nidal and Sergio are the best!! I take my car to them for all repairs. I have known Nidal for many decades. He and Sergio (mechanic) are very trustworthy. They usually get my car in same day, and finished by the end of the day.

The owner and staff provided the best customer service I have ever experienced. The owner personally picked me up from my home and assisted me with exchanging incorrect parts I had purchased. He literally picked me up transported me to the auto parts store and ensuring the right parts were ordered before then transporting me home. They were also able to repair my vehicle same-day. I couldn't have asked for anything more. Just whe you thought providing excellent service was just a myth this happens. I will continue to go here for all my cars needs. Thanks again the amazing team there.
