I took my car in to have bumper latches installed. I kept hitting parking blocks causing clip to break. I found these latches on Amazon. Could not find anyone to install them. I was referred to Majestic Auto Crafts. My car was fixed within two hours as promised. Fair price, excellent customer service, excellent work.

Oscar (the owner) met me at the site, gave me a tour of his facility, and quoted me a price. He and his crew gave my truck new life. Now I feel like I have a brand new truck. I was in a bad accident March 2023. I was so stressed, but I can say that the owner Oscar stepped in, and handled any questions I had and helped the best he can. I appreciate all the help and support they offered, they really treated me good. I referred my husband there for his repairs in an accident he had a few months after, because we can trust their expertise and customer service. I appreciate them taking care of us in such difficult times. We will be using them for any future needs. Thank you for going above and beyond!! Amazing

Very impressed with the quality repair of my vehicle . Great communication keeping us up-to-date with the insurance adjuster approval status. They made the extra effort of contacting our insurance company and submitting photos same day for approval. I also have received phone calls after the repair to insure we were 100% satisfied. I can t tell you how many times I ve had my cars painted over the years but let me tell you this was the best experience I have ever had with an auto body shop. After being a victim of a hit& run I was frustrated with how little the insurance wanted to pay to fix my Corvette but Majestic AutoCraft was thorough proving to the insurance I needed much more. The process was transparent as I was updated every step of the way and I wasn t left in the dark wondering what s going on. Would give this guys 10 stars if allowed. Oscar and his team handled my claim from end to finish. Even though my insuramce did not approve the repairs, Oscar waived the storage and towing fees to his location. Would highly recommend Majestic for any of your collision repair needs.

My was towed into the shop the same day I was in an accident, my car looks great now, the blind spot radar was replace and calibrated, the paint looks amazing. Majestic Auto is an amazing place. One of my cars got towed here and came the next day to pick up the car. The best thing of this outcome is that there was NO STORAGE FEE. I definitely recommend this place 10/10. I spoke with Oscar and Chris and they helped me out with the whole process. They can fix your car and get insurance involved and make the process very simple and fast. Can t thank them enough.

I was rear ended about a month ago on the fwy and my insurance wanted to take my car to another place. I was recommended Majestic Auto where Oscar and his team made the process so easy and smooth! Being the circumstances, and the headache this caused I am glad I took my car there! They defenetly went above and beyond to make sure my car was looking and driving as normal as it was going to. Great customer service! So far so good. My car isn t finished yet but so far majestic auto has been attentive and has been in communication every step of the way.
