Well I have been wanting g to get one of the little bikes for like a year and a half now. I was excited when I finally was able to get one.well that excitement didn't last long at all. So they delivered it to me., but they had to come right back within a few to bring me my helmet which they forgot to give the guy. Then they had to come back like 2 days later to see what was wrong with the blinkers. Of which none worked. Couldn't fix the problem so they took back to fix the blinkers. When he brought it back I didn't ride for a couple days. That's when I realized tire was low on air. Put some I. It made it to my friends pla e maybe 10 min away. Then saw it completely flat. Checked out the bike Ashley scratches on it that wasn't there before. That's also when we noticed. The very most important part was that my room was bent a little bit. And that is why it wasn't holding air because it broke the sea or whatever was there. But they refuse responsibility and I know I didn't do it. Nobody else rode. Call up, tell him about it. Asking how much the wheel and tire would be. So we ordered it next thing. I know dinner in town. Go ahead. Tried to tell me that the wheel was out of stock and had to order but could not tell him the price of the wheel copy us on thatTried to tell me that the wheel was out of stock and had to order, but could not tell him a price of the wheel call b.s on that. This is already way longer than I thought it would be so long story short. I've been stuck with out of motorcycle since I got it. Was up there or it's been sitting at my friend's house with flat tire. For me to get a rim and a tire.They're wanting me to pay out the a** for one for them. Closest, I could come up to without knowing the exact figure. Be at least $200. Oh, that's not including what they would charge me to put the tire and rim on. So I'm actually very one very, very unhappy customer, very, very disappointed customer. I was lucky and I got Acima to push back my first payment till April so I wouldn't be paying my first payment before. I got to ride the bike and enjoy it. So I thought. Still gonna wind up making my first payment without being able to really ride the bike and enjoy it. Because it's gonna sit in my driveway until I can afford to get a tire. And a rim. So I will now end this review and sign off as a very, very disappointing customer and wish I never bought it. Cause it's been nothing but a headache and this very short time. I've had it maybe ridden it 5 times if that. Sorry for this being so long. Oh, the helmet that forgot to bring and had to go back and get. That's what that first picture. Is that plastic piece that goes there? It keeps coming off and the second picture is of inside of the helmet. You see that little gap. Yeah, that aint Supposed to be looking like that. I was told that he would take care of it. But I'm gonna guess only after I hound him a million times Cause I've called up their multiple times and I swear to God, he doesn't hear a word.I say cause he's always having this conversation with somebody else on the side.And tell me that I call at the most inopportune timeCause I've called up their multiple times and I swear to God, he doesn't hear a word. Really great experience purchased a street bike and they are very honest and helpful. Will be a coming back for another bike soon. Thank you guys so much for your honesty that is a rare thing nowadays.

Very bad experience they made it seem like it was gonna be an amazing thing but it was the opposite the battery was dead now it wont even turn on we bought it for my son on Christmas day and it doesn t work now it had 3 month warranty and now they say to pay for it to get fixed wouldn t recommend at all! Besides all that the screws are falling from all over, then it just didn t turn on so my husband took it so they can check what the problem was turns out they wanna charge us $120 so we brought it back home spent money out of our pocket and for the quad to not work it just isn t right. Thanks to this my son wont use his christmas gift again

I had a great experience here at L7 motorsports. The service was awesome. Dirtbike, Mike and team are very punctual. I actually came in pretty late and they accommodated me that evening. The team won above and beyond because it was my daughter s birthday stayed an hour late just for us. So for that, I d like to say thank you and will be sending people your way.Thanks L7#SquareBiz

I am very disappointed. I chose this company due to all the 5 star reviews. However, I purchased a brand new atv for my son for Christmas. He was super excited to ride but that excitement was short lived. The battery was practically dead and wouldn t hold a charge so I replaced it with a new one (shouldn t have had to do that on a brand new product). That seemed to fix the starting issue. Then while riding the front wheels locked up and the atv will not move forward. So, he is not able to enjoy his gift at all during Christmas break. I won t recommend this place to anyone. Please do better.

Chinese made knock off junk. You can buy the same bikes off Amazon for cheaper than what L7 is asking . Do not buy a Chinese bike unless you want to get clowned on. Plus they are just downright dangerous.
