I appreciate Adrian at Koritas tires in muscoy location but was not happy with the 2nd manager as she was rude and had tried to screw me over on a tire I bought Adrian came out and made it right.

The staff at Koritas tires are very friendly and prompt with their service! I was extremely pleased with the customer service bright and early in the morning. I definitely recommend choosing Koritas as the place to go for tire services! Will be returning!

A little pricey: they quoted me high for swapping 2 tires on my truck and I said no but as I was leaving they offered me a better price and I agreed. Friendly staff and fast service.

We called about 5 shops in the area, this was the closest tire shop to us that had our size so we let them know ahead of time we had a complete blowout, confirmed the price (because we didn't have much cash and didn't want to have to stop at an atm) and we were going to limp over to them. We get there and they completely changed their price because it was a blowout and they had to "work harder" to get the tire off the rim!! That's why we called ahead! Not to mention all other shops were now closed since we wasted all of the time trying to get to this shop. Go here at your own risk..

This tire shop likes to find ways to charge you more and more. This use to be my go to tire shop but not anymore after finding out they take advantage of their unknowledged customers.

Nice workers very friendly but a bit unorganized. Customer service could be better I almost left since every time a car came in they stopped working on my tire. Isn't that what the office girl should be doing? Guess it was too cold and windy for her to leave the office. What should have been a 15/20 min fix took over an hour since there was only one car ahead of me when I came in. I wasn't to pleased that they took care of 3 smaller vehicles tire repairs before they finally got to my truck even though I came in well ahead of time before the other 3 cars.

It's a small Mom and Pops shop but they're always professional, polite and their prices for tire repair and other jobs are way less than their Corporate Owned counterparts.Don't let the small shop fool you. They can get you in and out quickly. In addition to cash and credit cardsthey even take Zelle now to accommodate everyone's individual financial situation.

This is the greatest places in the I.E. to get tires and any other kind of mechanical problems taken care of. Great customer service, extremely helpful and really all helping there customers. Today my tire popped, I went to the shop and they got my car back on the road asap. 10 min later my tire popped again, they were all closed up, but they opened the shop back up and got your boy mobile once again. I highly recommend going to those shop if you ever have any kind of car problems.

Pulled in needing two new tires. They had them in stock at price none of the four other tire shops I went to first where offering. About 40% less I spent about 30mins the time I pulled in to the time I was driving out with my new tires I would highly recommend them to anyone who's in that area and needs tires. They have both new and used and you probably won't find a better deal. The employees were wearing masks and they're outside waiting area was definitely compliant with the covid-19 restrictions.

Great place and price but they do not open in time, nor answer there phones when they should be open. Waited 20 mins after the time they should of opened for them to open

Avoid this tire shop! They take advantage of females or anyone that doesn't know about tires or cars in general. Just that shows you what kind of business this is. Never recommending this shop to anyone. Thank you

Do not go here. Horrible customer service. I just bought 2 used tires and 1 tire immediately went flat. I called and asked if they could look at it and the owners response was "there's no warranty ". I never asked about warranty. They are used tires. But his response tells customers everything. He will sell you tires that are flat and and laugh. Never go to his business ever.

Really Bad costomer service, blames you for not being able to do the work they also don't have the right equipment, and have a two day service can never fix atm. Also tried charging everytime I went back for something that was their fault. Only reason I went back is because tires kept leaking air after they had " welded"my rim. Not to mention broke my tpms sensor. Horrible expierence, Don't recomend ..

Maybe just a language barrier but was about the least helpful phone call I've ever had and hung up on me after asking me the same question several times. Totally fine with Spanish speakers answering the phone, but please also he fluent in English.

Only tire shop to have my 22in tires in stockAnd at a great price. I lost my key to unlock my rims so the guys worked hard struggled a bit but finally after about 20 mins or so got the lock off and Did Not mess up my rim. Thanks for not giving up.

They need to be organized better, I was the first one there to get my tire changed and three other cars came after and were served before I was. Overpriced tires and poor customer service wont go back again, Its better to go down the street to the other tire shop by State street you get a better deal and their customer service is far better.

If you want a real deal or just good work overall, then this place is not for you! Befor everything they "got me" on the sensor not even factory would of save $40 just by going to the deal my self. Then i asked the "tire guy" if he didnt have a shallow tire socket that "I would rather him use this one i had ? He said "no the have one " well they did not Scratched on the paint on hole for the sockets. Then i guess they dont know how to mount 20" tires , then dug some scratches into the inside of the lip....hahahahahIm ill pass.....good luck

Really nice people great values for good used tires really great deals . I have a nissan 350z so tires are not cheap but this place had what i needed at the price i needed them for at the time was pretty much strapped . Thank you Alexandria!!

A used tire cost $45 dollars tire looked pretty good there's a 3% charge if u use a card but they now hav zelle for free.

They are the worst you can find. They will try to make you buy their tires even if you don't need to and if you refuse, they get mad and treat you poorly. I highly recommend going to a different place.

These guys are slow and rude one guy was slow coming out to help out and take the tire off , second guy was on his phone the whole time, it took 2 ppl to find a nail on my tire. They have horrible service I have pictures but I m afraid if I post them I can get sued Cause their faces are in the pictures this place is a joke!!!!Not recommended if you can avoid it please do!!!

Had a nail in my tire. They took care of it right away. Fifteen bones$$$. Open weekends but I think they close earl on sunday

Terrible!!!! If you have custom rims do not come here!!! I took my 24 in rims here and they ruined them.. scratches all over my rim.... and then they couldn't even fix the flat..... they still wanted to charge me $45. And all they did was bend and scratch my rim..
