This place is amazing. I got a blow out on the 15 freeway due to debris from construction work. I looked everywhere for my particular tire for about two weeks. We finally found the tire we needed to match the other three, in good condition tires. The owner and his employees are wonderful, helpful, and reasonably priced. They went out of their way to help us. I recommend them for their work and services. Thank you!

I was welcomed with a smile and very friendly staff i got a tire repair. They have setting under shade and good prices. I got est on new and used tires. Happy with services.

This is the friendliest, most efficient and inexpensive place in all San Bernardino for your used tire needs. Sal and his crew are top-quality people who are clearly happy and proud to provide the service they do. I have a "hard to find" tire size, but they always have what I need. They work fast and if you pay in cash they give you the best deals. When you go, tell Sal aka. Mustach/Bigote, that Wolfie/Lobo sent you. I always drive away feeling safer and happier that I found this little jewel of a tire shop to take care of me.

Best place out here! Super friendly and kind. Prices are unbeatable. Im on vacation in big bear from San Diego and had a tire malfunction on the road, took the tire off and went to several shops in big bear and everyone quoted me $160-200 charging me over $100 on labor even though the tire was off the car already! Even with used tires! Took it to Jose s tire shop and I got a semi new tire (new in my opinion) for $60 with installation in less than 5min! Muy buena gente y demasiado amables. I have been coming here for years because their prices are reasonable, they are very quick, courteous and do an outstanding job.and caddy corner across from McDonald's. and looks like i will be there tomorrow 11.3.2023..

Hello, I would give zero Stars if there was such a thing. We pulled up to Jos�'s cuz tire was low on air. We were debating whether to get a patch or buy a used tire when the old man informed us that they do not do patches; they only do plugs. Money was not an issue, but that seemed very suspicious! They do a plug for $15 so that you will be back the next day needing another plug or forced to buy a tire?? When my husband finally convinced them to at least look at it, they jacked up the truck & old man suddenly agrees to do a patch for $25. Hmmm....I thought they didn't do patches?? In any case, we finally agree to it, but they wanted me to get out of the truck and go sit in their garage. My husband said I was fine to stay in our truck since I was on a business call, but they said no. They not only refused to service us, they just let the truck drop down with a huge attitude & no explanation. Thankfully we made it next door to Victor's who only charged $15 for the patch. My husband mentioned our bad experience & they said they get most of their business from Jose's unsatisfied customers! Save yourself the frustration. Don't go to Jos�'s!

22 year customer, Sal is just a great person. He goes out of way when I need tires, even will order new ones. The whole crew is wonderful. Highly recommended. This place is like 1949 full service.

Called for service asked for help got hung up on and they never answered when I called back left stranded on Sunday and only 10 minutes from there shop wouldn't use them in a emergency situation

I don t come here to buy used tires and it never failed each and everyone I would get would always end up with a flat tire or have a hole in it. I bought totally six used tires at different times to replaced the used tire with another because it has hole it. Finally decided to go somewhere else to buy used tires and never had the problem ever again. This shop is putting holes in there used tires and putting temporary seal it to hold for certain time then wears off then it goes flat tire. Don t go here.

Came here about 4 times for tires... I tend to run things over a lot lol anyways not the point, every experience I've had here is great, and as a woman... I was treated no differently than the other men waiting for their cars to be serviced as well. Never had an issue with quality or service. They are quick and get straight to the point which is the best because I'm in and out less than 10 mins. Def my go to tire shop

This is the only place I trust to get my tires, brakes and alignment done! I read some of the reviews of females saying they take advantage of females that is absolutely ridiculous! This is how I found this place because I got tired of being jerked around. I had a warranty GoodYear had 4 brand new tires, one got damaged and I went to use it and was told I would have to drive to Long Beach to use because they no longer handled the warranties at that location any longer. I was furious, but what could I do I lost out on the money I spent on the warranty and had to buy a new tire!! Was not about to give them any more $ I was given their name (Jose s Tire Shop) as a reference and that was over 16 years ago! This is a family owned business and they have always been very respectful and explain everything. All three guys are professional, and respectful. I appreciate that!! Always remember respect goes BOTH ways! If you want respect you need, try approaching them with respect your visit will be wayyyy more pleasant!!

WOW!!!! Talk about great service!!! I couldn t e more happy with the service I got for the second time of going to Jose s tire shop on Highland Ave. in San Bernardino!! If I could give them 10 STARS I DEFINITELY WOULD!!! They have been in business there for more than 31 years NOW I KNOW WHY CAUSE THEY KNOW THEIR PROFESSION!! And living on hard times these days they have GREAT REASONABLE PRICES !!! And I drove all the way from Hesperia Ca. With no regrets !! Thank you for your hospitality guys !!! GOD BLESS YOU GUYS !!!!

Rude. If they don t trust their equipment I don t need their services.I went thru the reviews and there is a woman expressing she felt the prices were different for females than males. I felt I was treated differently and rude for being a female as well. I was also offered a tire for 55$ rather than 40$ when I had been referred by a man telling me it was 40$.The man who attends me asked me to take my sleeping toddler out of my car and I refused. He then lowers my car and said you care about your son? And I responded yes, He said I won t work on your car. Then just Lowered my car and told me good bye. I have never even been asked to get out of my car as someone switches my tires. I felt vulnerable and kinda concerned they would ask me to do that so I left.

Nice guys, always have a nice experience there. I had a flat tired then realized I left my wallet at home. They fix my tire and trusted me to bring back the money, which I did. I always get used tires from them, they show you the tired before putting them on your car. They always have good tires. Go check them out.

My boyfriend went a few weeks ago and got a tire for my car and it was $40. When I go to get a tire for the same car, they charge me $55. Don t go if you re a woman. :(Edit: they re trying to say my experience as a woman is irrelevant- no it s not. I noticed the difference in how they treated my partner when we arrived the first time vs myself, alone. The $40 tire is in better condition than the $55 tires. Regardless, I could buy a new tire for $60, so why charge $55? It s because they think I don t know that. I just bought them because I need tires desperately and Pep Boys, Autozone, etc had to order them with a weeks wait.

I had a flat and needed a tire as soon as possible. I called 10 different tire shops and the soonest they can get me a tire would be Monday which is 2 days away. Danny helped me look for a tire and even offer to see if there was anything to do with my old tire. As a manager I feel like this customer service and help is what every company needs. I appreciate everything they did for me it for me today. I would recommend going here if you're in San Bernardino and need a tire.

Awesome Job. I went in to ask a question regarding my brakes. The guys were friendly and very informative. They were not pushy did not try to get over on me at all they were great. Saul worked on my brakes, Saul did a Great JOB he made sure that I was informed of what was going on, he also doubled check to ensure that the my brakes were all good. Awesome Work.

I stopped by to get my tire repaired & I was immediately greeted by a really nice & polite gentleman. I was in and out pretty quickly with hardly any wait. Even while I was waiting, other staff made friendly conversation & made me feel welcomed. I would certainly recommend Jose's Tire Shop to anyone seeking fast, friendly service with reasonable prices (at least for the tire repair service).

I don't usually write reviews but stumbling across Joe's tire shop alignment I had to .. they deserve 10 plus ***'s and its rare that you come across real, Honest and trustworthy People. That are not just All about the money they actually care about you, keeping your family safe on the road and there fair. Thank you so must SAL I wouldn't have been able to make it home without your help. You have a customer for life .

I would recommend this tire shop to anyone. The guys are not only nice and super friendly but they're prices are ABSOLUTELY Amazing. I've already replaced 2 cars tires, all 4 on each. Haven't had a problem with any of them. The tires are used but still amazing quality. These guys don't mess around. If you need tires, Jose's Got Em!

Got me in and out for an oil change in 25 minutes brought my own stuff and labor was $40 on a Sunday Spanish and English staff was very helpful

Loyalty is its own form of currency sometimes these days. I try to use the same shops over and over when I find some place that's good and that I trust and let me tell you what these guys are on point all the time. They make sure that you're taking care of that you don't have to worry about things or bend over backwards to make it happen. I even called up with a really weird situation today and my main guy there took his time to call a friend to see if he could find a part that he remembered he had in his garage long story short we didn't go that router need to but the fact that he was willing to do that just bought my business forever. You guys rock keep it up

Lots of used tires here. Prices are very fair and reasonable. Very friendly and professional staff. The job was done fast and quality work. Nothing but good things to say about this business.
