I have always taken my car here for oil changes. The service is quick, the mechanics are polite, there is no pressure to purchase extra services. They are always open to accept coupons with no hassle. I took my 2010 Nitro in for and oil change today, and was pleased with service and especially getting out of there quickly. Thanks again, will see you in 4k miles.

They left my plastic cover loose and I almost drop it on the freeway. I didn't like that pretty disappointed and I paid 79 dlls, not cheap.July 8, 2021, Today, after a year since the owner reached to me and I send him an email I haven't hear from him, he just responded to cover his behind on the review and to try to show off.

I have taken my cars here a few times. They are pretty fast, don't try to lie so you buy stuff you don't need, so thank you for that guys. I think the prices are reasonable and the staff is friendly and if you have a question for them, they will answer it and not make you feel stupid for asking like some other places do.

Must say staff was friendly, professional, and efficient. What I did not like was this establishment seeing a female in a newer model vehicle and right away hiking up their price for an oil change. Literally quoted me the same price as my vehicles maker dealership. I'm not for being taken advantage of solely for being female. Will not return.

Juan, Paul O the manager & Shyne took perfect care of me. They were very informative and gave me great service as a customer. I don t know much about cars and I went to get an oil change and they assisted me with a new battery and extra things I didn t know I needed. My car is running smoothly and I am 100% happy with they service they provided. I would definitely recommend them and I will be returning. Thank you again guys!Services: Battery, Oil change

The positives are they give good service. They also gave me tips on the maintenance of my car 2/3 of the times I visited. In addition, they always let you know what should be taken care of for your next visit.Another positive is they're fast with your service and won't goof off on the job. They aren't rude eitherHowever, I'm mutual on the prices. I believe the prices are mostly fair but could be smaller at times

They do NOT open until 6pm. I'm here at 5:15pm.on a Saturday and they are closed. PLEASE update your time on Google maps!!!! Wasted gas and time coming here!

I have been coming to Jiffy Lube for many years and have always had very positive experiences when it comes to changing my oil. However, I came to this location today around 2:30 and was not helped professionally. I did not have a chance to get the guys name, but he was very rude off the get go and was trying to over charge me. I have never paid more than $90+ To change my oil. If he wouldn t have been so rude, I would have done the recommended oil for my vehicle. I don t think I will come to this location again, i will continue going to another where I m not meted by someone so rude

I went on February 26 2022At 10:13am, there was 3 young gentleman and they were all very respectful and great customer service and I did not have to wait long. I went in for a inspection for Uber and Lyft ,but I will be back for an oil change. I hope you guys know you had some good employees that day . I don't see to much of great customer service. Be back soon.

Great customer service. We came in for an oil change, Jacob, Tre, and Jose helped us out. Topped off all of our fluids. The really nice thing was they are not pushy, they will offer you extra services but if you say no they don't keep pursuing which makes me comfortable sending my girlfriend here alone and I won't have to worry about them pressuring her into services she may not want or need. Thanks guys you rock!

Went here at 8:30 am and was out by 9:15 am , it was quick and easy , I got the synthetic oil change and a tire rotation. He did say that it's on a first come ,first serve basis .the worker was bringing me and showing me what he recommends to be changed and named how much on spot with all B.S aside . Probably the best experience I had for an oil change.Services: Tires, Oil change

Friendly enough staff , but went in for an oil change , they said they have no full synthetic for a honda accord v& when finished they didnt reset the oil light on the dash. And par their provided service including topping off all fluids coolant was still low. They work fast though .

I'm sharing a very unpleasant experience so that future people won't suffer the same. Do not take your Subaru or any foreign car here. I had an oil change done here and the young employees were completely clueless. They mixed oil in my coolant reservoir. To make it even more unprofessional, they told me I had a busted head and the fluids mixed on their own. I left immediately to my mechanic who, $700 later, was able to confirm that it was them who didn't know how to change my Subarus oil. I had to completely flush out my engine. Please do not come here!

Oil change went smoothly until I got 3 miles down the road and my skid plate came off as I was driving. No major damage but very inconvenient when you have to pull over to remove it cause it's smashed and dragging underneath. I went back and they did put a new one on but that's time I'll never get back

Jose, outstanding service! I knew I was at least 3K miles over service time, and there was no pressure of up sale. My Ram 1500 took 7qts and when I arrived I could hear a light ticking from a low oil stand point. Jose took care of that and I really appreciate his professionalism and customer service! Thanks for the $10 discount and I will be a returning customer next change. Thanks much!

They are exploding fireworks and it was very noisy, there prices are very expensive and when i was trying to fix my credit card by the phone they thought i m going to run so they hold my car keys. ( worst place in United state to to replace your car )

First he told me that it might be an hour but then in less than five minutes I was in there getting the new oil. That was fast. Raye gave me the manager special (10W30 for $20) and I was outta there in less than 20 minutes. Good job guys. I'll be back again.
