Jose & Jesse worked on my Kia Soul and they were absolutely fantastic.Thank you gentlemen for being so nice & professional. They gave quick and efficient service and Jose explained everything in great detail, will definitely be back!

These guys lie about their prices. Was told that a full synthetic oil change was 119.00. I had a coupon for 24 dollars off. The price when they wrote the ticket was 147.85 needless to say, I canceled. Scheduled an oil change at Walmart, and the same oil change 58.00 dollars. Jiffy lube is a ripe off!

it was my 1st time ever at a jiffy lube, wasn't sure what to expect but it was a good outcome, only thing i would have preferred better that the technician do upon ringing me up, is discuss all of the notes that the tech wrote down about my car with me - that were placed on my receipt. didn't notice them until after I got home. not entirely sure what they all mean / or if my car requires more servicing soon on top of what i3 got done that day.

They were professional and friendly. They have you in and out quickly and I had oil change, tire rotation, plus cabin and air filter chnaged in an about an hour without making an appointment. We were a walk-in and Jose immediately attended to us , no wait. Very professional and courteous. They addressed my son s auto needs. I will use them again. I used the online appointment, it s easy and quick. I was early and the staff took my car immediately. They not only changed my oil, they topped off my fluids, washed my windows ( inside and out), vacuumed my interior and filled my tires. The staff was friendly, polite and efficient. I was on the road within 25 minutes. I will be back.Service: Oil change

Jose and his crew were very quick and efficient. He gave me a quote and stuck to it and even moved my appointment to a sooner date to meet my needs. Thank you jose! I will be a returning customer! You guys are really professional and know what you're doing. With no strings attached. Other mechanics would try and get you like vultures just for more money! Thank you for not being like that.

I like that they open on time and the staff is very friendly and the service was fast and at a good price, the suggestion to rotate the tires was very good and they did it in a very short time, also the oil change and fluid checks, the waiting room was very clean and the music was soft and pleasant, if you ask me if I return, I say yes. At the time of payment give a $25.00 discount coupon so it turned out cheaper. Thank youServices: Brakes, Oil change

Very pleasant visit, honestly the only thing I can nitpick is maybe an outdoor place to sit, waiting room is a bit on the cozy side.

The tall white guy left my oil cap off my engine and I drove for about 6 hours before I noticed oil all over my car and when I returned he said he would clean it but didn't even do that never again. I cant trust this location with my vehicle! This place is Unprofessional.

My wife's car was 4000 miles over due we use synthetic oil so it was safe and they did a great job i was in&out of there in less than a half hour,guys were very knowledgeable and friendly,thank you jiffy lube for keeping all our vehicles up to dateService: Oil changeService: Oil change

Very quick and efficient service customer service top notch. Pointed out areas of concern I was already aware of. The other place I used to take my car to took forever and iam talking forever and still didn t get this excellent service will be forever customer from now on as long I receive same type of service. Would definitely recommend and I don t usually do these surveys rarely would be an overstatement.Service: Oil change

Now in days it's been extremely hard to find honest and good service. Most places just want to put a quick fix ( Band-aid ) move on to the customer ($$$). I had my brakes and roters replaced at Jiffty Lube at the Fontana Sierra Lakes Pkwy location a few months back and had several issues with the quality of products they installed. 1st set were defective. I've taken it back 3 times and the problem continues. Javier the store manager tried to resolve it in a friendly professional manner but didn't think outside of the box or take the time to fix it. Instead he just lubed it. Instead Javier questiond me "Do you break alot??" Hello we are in California what kind of question is that?!? Then he tried to say what did I do to it? Its not your front brakes its the back. He just wouldn't listen at the end he twisted my words around treated like a game. I originally brought it in for a simple oil change and the fact that I needed brakes I included the service when they guaranteed a good job. My brakes had never given me any issues nor made any type of noises ever and Javier tried to say I brought it in like that when I didn't.Overall that experience was unacceptable to the fact that it was a very expensive brake job and my car would not stop squeaking. At times it sounded metal to metal loud screeching sounds and extremely embarrassing as well. Once I got a hold of the main area Manager James he suggested to go to a different location which in San Bernardino on University to have a new pair of eyes. He actually took the time to ride with me to hear the squeaking sound that continued to happen. James and his shop Supervisor/Manager Jose put in their dedication of expertise and time to resolve my ongoing issue.The fact that they listened and helped stop the issue so far. Fingers crossed there's no more squeaking from my front brakes. Thank you everyone for helping ease this ongoing unforeseen issues I endured. This has been a stressful experience and now I feel a sense of peace. Thank you all!

This establishment provided an exceptional customer experiences. They were quick and effective. I had my brakes, rotors, and oil changed, and they even informed me of small issues that should be addressed soon. The manager was pleasant and knowledgeable. Definitely a site I'll return with my automobiles.

I ve been taking my car here for about a year and I truly appreciate the fast and reliable customer service. I never feel like I m being cheated out of anything or pushed to pay for unnecessary maintenance. They tell you exactly what your car needs and allow you the chance to determine if you will go through with it. As a woman, a lot of car services tend to take advantage of your lack of knowledge about cars and I never feel that way here.
