I only rated 1 star because the option for negative stars was unavailable. I discourage any potential customer from purchasing service or tires from this business. My husband and I purchased a used tire +installation from this business 6/8/19 and experienced a blowout on the freeway jeopardizing the lives and safety of myself and our newborn daughter and causing severe paint/body damage to our new vehicle. When visiting a legit tire center, we were advised the used tire was expired by over 10 years and should not have been sold. International tire center office attendant was rude, unconcerned and even reluctant to refund $$ paid for the tire; although we're produced both the original receipt and the faulty tire. She insisted that we come back Monday, as the manager was not present. We will surely be making a formal police report and complaint to BBB; as well as pursuing the business in court, as they should be responsible for the cost of body work repairs in lieu of their negligence. I have included pictures of my shredded tire. No one deserves this.

I have been here 3 times now and would highly recommend them! Always very nice staff, quick, great prices, quality work. Showed me what was wrong with my car and what they needed to do to fix it. I have had 2 tires repaired and this last time my brakes done.

I've was in the automotive industry for 30 years both sales and service and these folks impress me and my wife. This is our 2nd time doing business with them. Professional, friendly, quality work at fair prices. They truly try to help their customers. We'll be back as well as recommending them to our friends and family.

Went there at 8:30 a.m. to get an alignment. I'm told there were two other customers getting alignments done. The employee at the desk wrote down my info and said I would get a call back as soon as the 2nd customer was about to be finished that way I wouldn't have to wait around for 2+ hours sitting around the shop. Waited til noon until I grew impatient and called back. They completely forgot that I was waiting for service. Now there's many more customers waiting. Horrible.

Update- went back to this tire shop after 2 years and was very very unhappy. Brought my own 2 tires to be mounted and balanced and was charged $46 which I was ok with. When I went to pay they told me they didn't accept cards at that moment and I had to walk a half mile down Baseline in 108 degree heat to get cash back. After driving for a few miles my tires felt wobbly and when I checked them they didnt balance my tires and had ripped all of my counterweights off of my rims! I had to go pay more money to replace them! Never again will I bring my business here.Great place bought 3 used 16 inch tires (80-90 percent tread left) for $85 mounted and balanced , very nice staff and nice waiting area. They are very quick I was in and out of there in under 30 minutes it is an all around great place to buy tires I highly recommend.

I always go here for my tires and any other car needs. Great prices! Great quality work! Amazing costume service!! They are the only reason I like going into San Bernardino.

Tony, Judith , & Fernando were all amazing. I had a flat tire and thought i needed a new tire. They were able to get me a brand new tire, Out the door for under 80. Until Fernando found a screw on the tread. 10$ to get it fixed. Outstanding!!!

Don't do business with these people. They will damage your property and attempt to make you pay for there mistakes. I spent $500 + on new tires and a wheel aligment, my car don't drive straight at all. I will be further looking to take legal action against them. Bill Linder Tires and International Tires are the same scum owners and they do not have good customer service...

Took m�ltiple cars ,first car i took to get an alignment the second car took for inspection. They charged me about $600 and he said they will change a few parts and fix my car...i got the car back in worst condition and now they want more money and still havent fixed the problem. I figured atleast i could Drive one car safely but the Wheel alignment is causing my truck to change lanes. Attemped to get them to make it right..they only want more money but its there mistake. If you need work done on a vehicle do not i repeat do not go to either one of there locations they will scam you for your money...

This place is beyond great!!! Went in for tire balancing for awesome price and centric hub rings for aftermarket wheels, which they ordered, and didnt charge for rings! Definitely recommend and definitely going back!

Good people, always friendly, and if buy tires there if something happens like new tire gets sidewall damage they gave replacement for cost Tony and Romero are awesome, thank you always good service, run good business.

Talk to a lady that had nice mud tires on her truck and she referred them to me. Walk and the owner made me a offer I couldn't refuse. Best and fast service.
