Ryan and his team at Inland Import Automotive Specialists have been taking care of my car service and repair needs since he opened the business many years back. He is a true gem, in that he genuinely cares to explain issues, be upfront with pricing, and never tries to upsell on unnecessary things. He now services all of my family s vehicles, which happen to be Honda and Acura models. Whenever I have routine or unexpected car issues I have the peace of mind that Inland Import will be there to take care of my vehicle. Since opening I have been a happy and returning client. I always call and book an appointment for an oil change and have nothing but great customer service. Each time I get an inspection and Ryan or Brian explain anything I should be concerned with like brake pads or tires etc. they are honest, reliable, and efficient. Updated review as of 2023We recently had a bad experience here. They misdiagnosed the issue with my vehicle, causing my family to get stranded on the freeway, and now we have to spend additional money to get the car up and running (it has been undrivable for almost 2 months now). They did offer a "solution" that will put me out an additional $5k+ after I have already spent close to $5k on the previous "issue" that they recommended be repaired. I've referred many people here, but I can no longer in good faith recommend any of my loved ones to come here. Unfortunately, we can no longer trust them with our vehicles and are unhappy with their service. ---------------------------------------------They have always been very helpful, fair, and honest. We've been coming here for about 4 years and I have no complaints whatsoever. It's so hard to find a trustworthy mechanic, but I gladly recommend them to friends and family.

These guys are awesome. This review is a couple months late (apologies), but I've dealt with a lot of mechanics in a lot of states and they're truly the best.Took my '02 Toyota in with a weird wheel sound, and on the same day Brian called me back and assured me it wasn't as bad as I feared, then talked me through what they could do to fix it and their rates. I had them do some overdue brake work as well, and they talked me through all of the replacement part options with pros/cons and costs.Most friendly and honest mechanics I've ever met, and as long as I live in southern California I doubt I'll take my toyota to anyone else. I honestly don't know why these reviews are 5 stars . Over priced . Misdiagnosed my car. Out of 5k just for my car to make the same noise . They know basics about cars nothing too serious . After confronting owner of car still being messed up he started to act like he didn't want to be bothered with my car anymore . Yeah stay away from these guys . Wish I had better things to say but I don't.

Ryan is a great mechanic. I took my 2014 Mazda 6 in for repairs. My head gasket was blown he was able to fix it at a very reasonable price. He updates you every day with a phone call, he's a honest and loyal machine. My Mazda 6 runs like new again.

12/18/19Very professional. I came in for a Suspension inspection and also to inform the mechanic about a few unsettling noises. Brian thoroughly inspected and test drove my Nissan, after he had finished he warned me about several leaks and weak points of my 20 year old vehicle that I wasn't aware of. He is a huge advocate of using OEM-like replacements for his repairs and is very knowledgeable of which brands are best.

I have really appreciated my experience with Inland Import. They don't try to pull gimmicks and games, and their pricing is very fair. They only do what you ask them to do and don't try to push you ever if you don't want something done right now. I brought in my aging Nissan Sentra with a check engine light. When replacing the oxygen sensor didn't solve the problem, I brought it in 2 other times and they fixed it free of charge. They were willing to bring it to another electrical place if that didn't work. My family also goes here and we have had multiple good experiences.

I ve brought my 14 Lexus IS here twice and they have done fast great work, but the thing that stands out the most to me is how friendly they are and how thoroughly they explain everything to you, makes you feel very comfortable.

I been coming to Inland Import Automotive for 5 + years now,really honest guys and best prices in the IE.. From my custom front bumper and light installation,and all the aftermarket parts,and my vehicle regular maintenance these guys are the best..

I always love going to inland import Autobecause they give great customer service and Ryan and all of his staff are always friendly and they're very knowledgeable on what they're working on. what I like most about inland mport is they always treat everybody's car the way they would fix their car so that you know that it's going to be the best quality of service possible. Good job you guys and I always look forward to coming.

Inland Imports is a true blessing. My daughter ran into car problems 90 miles from home on her way to CSUSB. We had no idea about mechanics in the San Bernardino area, so we turned to Google in search of an honest shop. They went over and beyond to make sure my daughter was safe and her car was repaired even if it meant staying late. 100% recommended. Thank you!

Ryan and his team allways come through and fix what ever problem it is that you have with you're car. I have a 99 Toyota Solara and while most shops charge you an outrageous price Ryan gives you the best and most god honest price on things that you need for you're car. You should really consider coming here if you have A Toyota, Lexus, Acura, Honda. He also does Nissan and Mazda. I would reccomend Ryan and his shop to anybody that is looking for the last honest Mechanics this side west of the Mississippi.

they ruined my engine , and had to replace it, and i still had to pay!!! for a used one.. not to mention they forgot my axle bolt and i almost lost a wheel while driving, never again, utter incompetence! never again!
