This shop is 10000 times better than Velocity Truck Center & much more cheaper. They fixed my engine (cylinders, head, tune up etc). Thanks for a great job. I recommend you guys to have your truck fixed at IE Truck Park and Maintenance!

Really great service. Helped me out at a really bad time and was able to give me an affordable price after I got some really outrageous prices to fix the issue. Freightliner dealer said it would take them atleast a week in order to fix the issue but they had my truck done in the next day. Thank you so much for your help, I will definitely be recommending them to everyone around the area.

Nice place, got 3 bays and have parking for trailer if needed to be dropped. Seems like as if they specialize in Engine Overhaul (wouldn't know the quality of it). They repair both truck and trailers. Would need little bit more time than usual, so be patient with them. Old school, Mechanics are mixture of culture, Vietnamese Chinese, Indian, and Mexican. There were around 4-5 mechanic on site. Would be nice if they add the word semi in their name would get more hit by google map. Thanks for your help. You have to go through the gate inorder to enter the shop

ANNUAL DOT INSPECTION:I had one of my trucks visit this place a few weeks ago. My company is not based in California. We need a DOT inspection on our equipment. The mechanic working on my equipment claimed they found a leak on the tractor. My driver pointed out to him the reason the air was leaking was because the valve was not connected properly. My driver corrected the valve and the leak was fixed. The mechanic then claimed there was a power steering leak by showing my driver some oil on his finger. My driver crawled under the engine and ask to see where the leak was to the mechanic? No leak was discovered...there was a little bit on oil on the oil pan...but no leak anywhere.Once the inspection was over my driver asked if the mechanic checked the tire pressure? Mechanic claims yes he did check. Driver asks mechanic if the pressure was fine? Mechanic claims yes they were fine. Driver tells mechanic he is lying because he knows left steer tire was extremely low. One of the other mechanics checks the tires and yes the left steer and three other tires were low on pressure.This mechanic didn't even check the brake adjustments! The reason I know even though I wasn't there was because my driver video taped the mechanic as he checked my tractor and trailer.The best part is this so called mechanic tried to fill the hub oil using the air stem valve! This business needs to screen the mechanics before setting them loose on our trucks and trailers!

I absolutely recommend this truck service shop. The staff is very friendly, understanding and professional. If you need quick, top quality and very affordable service, you are at the right place.The administration was very understanding of my situation ( I am from NY) , and get mechanics to work even at weekend to fix my truck earlier.I am more than happy with the provided service. I wish every repair shop was like this one, and I definitely come back here to do regular maintenance of my truck.

Great mechanics.I had a issue with a leaking yoke seal on power divider and they did everything possible to find the part and also took me right away for repairs as soon as they received.I would recommend this shop for all type of work on your equipment since there was trucks in bays with full engine repairs.

Jay and Tulio have taken care of me since day ONE and been going to them for about 3 or 4 years now.Been going to them since they used to be in FontanaIm Here Now in the new shop In San Bernardino and same great service just new locationTruck and trailer full service and 90 day inspection being done.

Come here today was found them on Google map and they have second best review around Fontana area, give them try you will never be regret. Mechanic technician is nice give you advice when need, definitely will be back also is not not far away from my company Yard.

I have been coming this place on and off for few years. Since I park my truck in Rialto, this place was close and used to be good. They did Quality work with good service and pricing. Lately their mechanics doing the basic things can t get to do them right the first time and then you have to go back few times to fix simple issues. Andy is a very nice guy and extremely knowledgable. His brother Jay used to be nice but lately he seems to have an attitude all the times. Their best mechanic Pedro is no longer there so not sure if they fired him or if he left. The worst experience you will have here is with some new lady in the office named Johna or something. she is extremely rude and thinks she own the shop. They have given her way too much power here. I have personally witnessed her being rude to mechanics and customers and even people who park there. I have stopped going there now because after pandemic this year the wholeExperience is just not the same as it used to be. If I ever go back I will only talk to Andy. The rest of the people there think only like you need us and we don t need you. Maybe business is tooGood for them right now who knows.

they are very professional and helpful i got my trailer work done fromIE Truck Park and Maintenance, Inc. they changed 3 air bags and wheal seal and brakes on the same day that was very helpful for me cuz i had to pick up the load. Joana was very helpful she understand my situation and was able to give me a little discount for being a first time costume. i recommend them specially if your in a rush and need the job done the same day.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Brakes

Pedro is an amazing mechanic. He worked on my PDF and my truck works great. No problem, more mileage and power. I love the 24 hours service. Monday through Friday!!! Hope they consider opening on weekends too.

Shop does great work dealt with them in the past. No issues with their work. The guy Pedro is a very detailed guy to talk to. Gets down to the point and very helpful. Makes things easier to understand.

Had a issue with the brakes in the middle of the nite with a load to deliver early that morning one side of my drive axel would not release so I came in was taken great care of and at a fair price one of the best customer service around I definitely would recommend these people to anyone who needs work done especially in a emergency situation such as my own. Was here today for some minor two repairs. They had me waiting here for almost five hours before telling me they couldn t handle my repairs. Plus to top it off these guys are just to hostile. Not everyone of course. Jay is always pleasant to work with every time. This guy named Sa always looks like someone kicked his dog. Seriously why does he need to look like he wants to kick you. It s not just me either. I ve talked to three other O/O that deal with Jay and Andy. Neither of these three feel comfortable dealing with Sa. It just looks like Sa doesn t like to talk/deal with customers. Get a proper education Sa and get a office job man. I respect Andy and Jay I just don t understand why they keep these low functioning employees. Maybe I just need to find another shop. I hate to leave Jay and Andy though.Services: Electrical, Oil change

This is the best place we have ever taken our truck. We park our trucks there as they offer truck parking with full time security. We are new to the industry and the owners have given us advice when they did not have too.They have always been very helpful to us. Their prices are fair and more importantly they are honest. Good mechanics at the shop. Owner Jay knows what he is doing and they do complete the job on time and good thing about this shop is they are 24hrs and they help with people with emergency means loaded trucks. Like them
