Great price.The total price including labor here to replace some suspension was lower than just the labor at another shop for same service.

Their honest and fair and seem pretty knowledgeable (not that I would know otherwise) but they are a little behind the times. They will only accept cash and I didn't sign a single piece of paper - nothing but a handshake. But that's just how they roll it seems; after fixing my car they let me quickly run to an ATM to get cash to pay them in the car they had just fixed :)

I am going on a trip at the end of the month and I wanted them to check my front brakes for me to make sure they were in good working order. I asked them how much they would charge just to check the front brakes. The guy said I could pay him whatever I wanted. He checked the brakes and he called me over to show me that I had plenty of brake pad left. He estimated I had another 15,000 miles to go on the brake pads that I had. I paid him $10 for checking the brake pads and he seemed good with that. I asked him how much he would charge me in the future for a front brake job. And he said $100. How reasonable is that! This is a great place to go to get your work done on your car. They do great work for pennies on the dollar.

The people here are great. Always helpful and friendly. They do great work. We Dont trust anyone else with our cars. Will always be our go to place for car problems! We drove 5 hours just to come here.Edit: at the time we lived in AZ. We moved back a year ago and still come here to get our work done. Definitely recommend.

This business does not even deserve a one star review after my experience! I am going public and legally against this so-called business and owner.� I was recommended through a family friend to take my vehicle here and that's the ONLY reason I agreed to it.� I am going to sum this up the best way I can with the purpose to help anyone else from this scamming business practice.� My vehicle was there for minor repairs and originally our family friend that recommended this place was the one communicating with the owner regarding what needed to be done.� Let me fast forward to facts: as the vehicle owner I never received an estimate or actual bill, contract or any paperwork whatsoever stating what labor or parts my car needed.� For the past month we tried to reach the owner and we were told he was never there. We went by there also and his workers said he was out of the country or on his 2nd job as a truck driver.� He wouldn't answer our calls either! Finally last week we finally came across him and what does he tell us? He can't give me my car back because it's at his house to come back the following day! After exchanging words and disputing with this lying thieving owner, he finally returned back my car keys had the decency to take out the car battery out n roll my car out! Had to tow it back home. Just so I can later come to find out that the vehicle I have owned for over 5 years has somehow been transfer to his name! This business has no integrity or honesty!� On top of values, how is this legally possible?� Like I mentioned, I am already legally pursuing this and I hope this review helps others so this doesn't happen to anyone else!

I called about servicing my RV twice before actually bringing it down. They said bring it in and we can talk about pricing. After hauling the rv for 45 mins to the shop I was told they can't work on it and it might have been miscommunication. The workers are rude and didn't seem like they knew exactly what was going on. Kinda glad they didn't touch my RV at this point. Took it to a shop around around corner and she's running like a champ. Thanks for nothing

Really nice people and honest! They also charge very reasonable prices for labor and are willing to let you bring in your own parts. You can easily save money by choosing these guys. I'm very happy with their pricing, customer service and work ethic! I absolutely recommend anyone to come here.

We take our company vehicles here. We have been here 25 times in the last year, and I've taken my personal vehicle here 3 times in the last year as well. I trust Panda and he always has done quality work, at great prices

I have known Panda the owner of Franklin s auto repair for around eight years. I have been bringing my cars to him since he opened. I also recommend family and friends to him as well. I considered Panda not only as my trusted mechanic but a family friend. I was recently shocked to find out a friend he is not. Last year i had brought my parents 1988 BMW 525i which was given to me when my mom past away. I had just spent over $3,000 to have the motor rebuilt but it was having over heating issues. I asked panda to check what the problem was so it could be fixed. Panda said the shop was busy and could not look at it right now and I told him I was not in a hurry and look at it when he can. He called me several months later and told me to put a used motor in it. I told him why would I do that when the motor is new. So I asked Panda to find the real problem so it could be fixed the right way and not the easy way. He said ok and I ask him to call me when he found the problem and to give me an estimate of how much it would cost to fix. I never heard from panda since that last conversation. I new he was busy and I was not in a hurry and thought nothing of it. So early this year I brought Panda a family friends car to find a short in the wiring and I told him they were not in hurry and get to it when you can. He called a month or so later and said he fixed the short. I told him the owner of the car wanted you to check rear suspension making noise and to let me know was it was and how much it would cost to fix. That was the last time we spoke and didn t hear from him. I finally got a hold of him in early August after 2 months of trying. Only to find out he said he lien sold my BMW and my friends Lexus I had brought to him earlier this year to fix. This so called friend who knows my phone #,my place of business,and where I live could not call,write a letter or stop by to let me know to pick up the cars or he would lien sell them. What kind of person does this but a low down thief. He even went as far as returning my friends Lexus after arguing in circles to settle things peacefully. Only to report the car stolen causing the police to raid my friends place of residence hand cuffing and treating my friend and his family like thieves. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS THIEF and LIAR be warned.

I wasn't aware that they were that close to me. My friend across the street from me called early this morning asked if I would follow him to auto mechanic. They were busy but the owner came out right away. My friend said he always takes his cars there, and they are always friendly and pricing is fair. We all know a good mechanic is hard to find.I will take my car there if have a problem with my automobile.

Fast, knowledgeable, friendly. We are vacationing in California and our car ran into a nasty pothole that bend the control arm of my car. The guy's at franklin diagnose the problem within minutes and able to fix our car with ease. Highly recommended and would come back again. 5/5

Fast Hard working shop. These guys know it all i take my truck all the time for everything from basic check up to accident repair. i even went to them for a light bar installation.

I wouldn t recommend this place to anyone! He has taken advantage of too many people. We need to put a stop to this business that doesn t do proper paperwork and is being investigated!! DO NOT waste your time and money it will cost you more at the end. I am in disbelief how people like him have gotten away with taking advantage of others, but this STOPS now!

Do NOT take your car here. He is very unprofessional at his job not giving you any paperwork only because he is shady! Don t trust this guy. Do NOT go here!!!! God sees everything..YOU THIEF!!
