Had an appointment scheduled a week in advance for 2:30pm for a complete vehicle inspection and a lifetime alignment. I arrived early. After about two hours of sitting and waiting, my vehicle had not yet been moved from the place I parked it. No word from any of the employees about delays, or why they hadn't started the work yet. At 4:30pm I asked for my keys back and left.Will edit to add: Bryce and the other man at the front were very welcoming and kind, but I came to have work done on my vehicle, and drove over 40 minutes to this location for an appointment that wasn t honored.

I had an appointment at 1:00pm for an oil change and tire alignment with tire rotation they told me it will be close to two hours I said that s fine. Then 5 hours later they then said the alignment equipment is down and they can t do it. It took 5 hours to do an oil change and tire rotation is ridiculous. I ve been a customer for years and recently been pulling this with me and I m tired of it they put the walk in before you when having an appointment. What s the point to come back any more.

My schedule is an appointment. I showed up for my appointment I had a coupon for 29.95 for a basic oil change. First they tell me that it's going to be $80 because I'm not using the synthetic oil. Then I agree and said I'll pay the $80 and they said they can't get to me for a whole hour and then the oil change is going to take another hour. This was terrible I'm not ever going back there again really bad management I feel that they're just trying to use the coupon to get you in there

I showed up as a walk-in for an oil change, and the gentlemen told me he only had a couple guys today and most of appointment, but he can get it done by the end of the day. I initially didn t wait to wait so I left. I can back a couple hours later and decided I needed it done today. I was impressed how quickly they called me, telling me my vehicle is ready to go!! I was very happy!

Ed, Maged & Bryce are so awesome at the service! Came to check my tire if it had a nail and it was good to go!! Their customer service is excellent and I highly recommend coming here ! I trust them with their honesty and integrity of their work !

Ed the manager went the extra mile to get me the tires at a diff brunch (didnt have them in stock) just so I can get the tires the same day, appointment same day and was upfront with the price no hidden fees. This place is awesome run by Ed. Thanks guys

Had an appointment at 11am and now its 12:33pm. This is ridiculous service. Whats the point of having an appointment if these guys don't honor it. Its pretty much regular wait times with an appointment. Will not go here anymore. Waste of time

SCAMMERS DONT GO. Called to ask how much for a change of back brake pads change and they asked the owner there s a lady asking me how much for a change of back break pads and they said it s $339.00 for a change of break pads you should not be paying more than maybe $130 tops.

We had a really bad experience at the Moss Brothers Dealer so we called Firestone Complete Auto Care and spoke with Anthony who was although very busy decided to help us out .... They definitely got my business now. Thank you so much for saving the day.

Came out to Firestone in San Bernardino to get my tires changed. Was helped out by David Negrete, he was so nice, and had me out the store in no time. Will definitely be returning!

Several years ago I had gone to this location for an oil change/tire rotation/alignment and had a really bad experience, so I have been going to the Redlands location since then. Well I ended up with a flat tire due to a nail and called this location because it is so much closer. I talked to Ed and he was awesome and very helpful. He had me bring my car over so they could check the tire to see if it could be patched. Sadly it could not so he had to order the replacement tire. He had me come in the next morning at 7am to get the tire swapped out. I was in and out in 22 minutes. Jessica was also great! I will be scheduling my next oil change/alignment/tire rotation here. I'm thrilled to have my go to place be so much closer.

I found myself in need of 4 tires due to an indiscretion. That's a whole other story. Ed greeted me at 7:00 am sharp. Within 1 hour, I was on my way. These guys were great. Highly recommended. Professional, courteous and kind.

I ve been going to this location for a few years, and loving it. After my last visit however I won t be coming back.. I had a flat tire that was leaking so badly I had to put air in twice that day. I made an appt, went to the shop, waited for 3 hours for them to tell me there s no leak But there s a faulty sensor, but we don t have a replacement I asked them to double check, and they say, well, the mechanic says there s no leak still.So I ask for my keys at that point, and go home. Next morning, completely flat tire! What a surprise.Firestone wasted 3 hours of my time on such a simple thing.The only reason I give this 2 stars is that the front end person was very nice and professional. Other than that, they re complete trash now.Had to find another place, and they patched the hole up right away.Service: Tires

I ve been here twice and both times was treated with courtesy and respect. The first time my car was towed in for new tires with two flats - the wait was reasonable and they helped me get a lower price on the tires I needed. The second time was for a (free) tire rotation - they also looked at my breaks free of charge while the wheels were off and let me know what was looking good and what was soon going to need fixing. Very kind people working here! I will definitely be returning.

Been going to Firestone for years. Moved to this area and this location is absolutely the worst of the worst. Given them a chance 3 different occasions but will no longer bring my car here. They never include the checklist for the complimentary check, I doubt they even perform it. This last occasion, I paid $600 because my headlights were out, they were insisting they were after factory lights that happen at dealerships "1 in 1000'. Got them replaced. Two days later bolts were missing and took the car back to them. 1 week later, one of my headlights is out again. I'mnot surprised I stopped getting their surveys after each visit.

Went up there to get an estimate on what I needed done to my vehicle, was informed they had to determine that! Sat there for a little over 3 hours for them to tell me what I already knew plus they're additions. Not including the fact that I literally watched the mechanics help customers pulling up, knowing they have people that's been waiting and most of the time the mechanics were standing around talking. The price was outrageous and the whole day was a waste of my time, so I will never ever go back!!!!!!

I have had 2 nails & a bolt in 3 different tires in the last month. The two different service days went very smoothly. Staff were friendly and the serviceman rotated my tires on top of the repair which was included when I bought the tires. In and out with no bill. I will buy all my tires here.

Best service! This was a tire emergency, and this location and staff were so helpful, responsive, and caring. I want to especially shout out Jeff who was extremely helpful and patient. While we were waiting for our tire to be fixed (which with no appointment, was still very quick) we saw Jeff and his staff handle every new customer with the same level of professionalism and friendliness we received. When we got our flat tire, it was recommended to go to this location, even though there were other shops that were closer. It is very clear why this Firestone was recommended. We are very happy with the service and products we purchased.

I will be contacting the better business bureau on Monday. I went in Saturday for a tire balance and an alignment. They did not even do the alignment the first time and didn't give me a print out of the reuslts. Upon driving home the car was veering to the left . I called the rep I think his new was Steve or Brian told me to bring it back. They re-did it and and it is still veering to the left. I don't believe they even rechecked it. Please provide me with a number to corporate?

Had an appointment for an alignment at 1 pm, arrived 5 minutes early, and over an hour went by and my vehicle was in the same spot, decided to leave and not waste any more of my time.

In all honesty it was nerve-wracking it was a total headache that led to a dead end, on hold for 24 minutes, just to be placed on hold again I finally hung up and just called back! I gave them part numbers of the tires I was looking for just nothing! No real help at all!Totally frustrating when you have a correct part number but they still seem clueless even the computer LOLI ordered the same tires through another source. Thank you to the other source.

I take my car to the dealership every 5k miles for scheduled maintenance. I been hearing a noise under the hood lately. Told the dealership a few times, they still return the car back to me and don't make a big deal or tell me anything. I decide to take it to Firestone and they did a $21.00 diagnostic within 2 hours. They told me what was wrong and I called the dealership and told them the complaint and that I brought it to Firestone for a 2nd opinion and I have all the Firestone paperwork. My car is still under warranty so they told me to drop off the car at the dealership and they will handle the rest. Thank you for your help with this matter.

I have been coming to this fire stone for years I had always had great service up until a few months ago I don t know if this is under new management or ownership but the service is terrible the workers are very unknowledgeable with the exception of Misael I went in to have a tire ordered a week later going to have the tire put on only to find out it is not the correct brand and the service advisor was very persistent on still putting it on my car I refused the technician put my old tire back on and did not even know what to set the torque to!! I will NEVER go back!! UNBELIEVABLE! They just lost a good paying customer!!

Went to get my alignment done on a sun.right after i had new struts installed the technician "allan" didnt adjust anything the front tires are still crocked steering wheel not straight now i got to go in again im pist. Offff!!!!

The staff was very friendly and helpful despite being super busy. I made my appointment over a week ago to get new tires put on. Appointment was at 10am, arrived at 950 didn t get helped until 1015. Staff was very friendly but after checking in it s been an hour and a half and they haven t touched my car, this kinda of wait with an appointment seems unprofessional and I am very frustrated. I highly doubt I will return here.Edit: 2 1/2 hours after my appointment time they have told me they are going to pull my car in.Edit 2 it s been nearly 5 hours since my appointment time, my tires are still not on. I wouldn t wish this on an enemy.
