Tyler, you are the man! Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart for helping my boyfriend and I get this beautiful Mustang! Thank you for making things right and helping me get the best deal over the phone and getting me pre-approved so my man and I can take the car home Friday night when I had planned to make it in to town. Tyler at Fairview Ford was the only one that was willing to order a brand Ford Maverick for me when the Order Banks opened. All other dealerships (even ones I previously bought cars from) promised but when the time came, no one called me back. As Maverick owners know, it can be over a year for a ordered car to be built and delivered. When a comparable Maverick arrived at the Dealership, Tyler called and honored the original price. Not only that, they delivered and we did all the paperwork in my driveway! His phone call was in the afternoon, I had the car in my driveway 8am the following day! Seamless transaction and no dealership b.s.! Outstanding!

I really appreciate the customer service from this dealership. They were very nice and ensured to answer my questions. I took my explorer for repair as another dealership (Sunrise) was terrible in providing help. This location was able to warranty the Ford transmission I purchased outside of the dealership (which was bought through them). They did the additional programing/repairs that the small shop could not complete due to limitations. I really appreciate them getting my car back to me.

David s the man! I was referred to David from my brother after he purchased an F-150, unlike a lot of car salesmen he wasn t pushy or sharky, super patient and helpful. I traded my 2021 Bronco first edition for a brand new 2024 F-150, couldn t be happier. All the staff was super friendly and helpful, thanks again!

This Ford dealership has been one of the best experience I ve had buying a car. Tyler was a super star helping me get the best deal for me and worked with me on down payment and monthly payment for the car that I wanted and never tried to sell me something else best sales man ever i will be doing any and all future auto business I have with him and would extremely recommend anyone looking into buying a Ford to talk with Tyler. This deal was done all over the phone simple and straight constant communication and great people it made the two hour drive to this dealership more then worth it and I m glad I give them my business because they earned it and deserve it. Ford dealerships have bad reputation and I understood why when I contacted different ones looking for the car I wanted but I can honestly say that Fairview Ford is a Gem that actually cares about the customers wants and needs ,definitely would be willing to drive hours to this dealership and would recommend that anyone looking into a car make the drive here too you will not regret it i sure don t. Tyler and everyone at ford thank you I hope to see you again when I need a new ford.Part 2 one year later -My first purchase here was this ford bronco , at the time a dream that seem a little hard to achieve but Tyler at Fairview ford made it happen, but not only did he make it happen he made it so easy and welcoming that when doing this deal it made such an impact on us that less then a year later we came back and drove yet again another two hours just to get this new 2024 ford mustang. Once again this deal was done by Tyler, he made it happen all through the phone easy and simple. He gave us constant updates and pictures of the car and made the deal so easy that we only came here to sign. As someone who has dealt with many dealerships I understand that buying and getting a deal done for a car is very stressful, in a moment that should only be an exciting moment in your life. I can whole heartily recommend Fairview ford and especially Tyler to get the deal done and make a true magical moment in your life easy and exciting. I appreciated all of my contacts with my salesman. David before I got to my appointment. He made sure the vehicle I was interested in was available and spent some extra time preparing it for the test drive.He has a very no pressure demeanor. He also helped me figure out how to unlock some things that were locked in my trade-in vehicle.Overall my experience at that dealership was just fine.

Bought a new Mach E, and it was a very pleasant experience. Worked all my trade information before I even went down. Cars don t have an additional dealership markup Like another local Ford dealership. I would highly recommend going there, and I would buy another Ford from them without a doubt.

My experience Extremely Satisfying! The hands on care I received from my Sales Representative Bill, the Sales Managers John and Ruben, even from Billy the General Manager last but not least Jorge and Melissa in Finance!Everyone took my concerns and needs into account to find me the right vehicle which was above my expectations. To top it all off while I was in finance signing my paperwork, John came in with a better deal lowering my interest rate which allowed me to keep the same payment but now included a full warranty.I am extremely grateful for their expertise and the hands on care I received!! Fairview Ford has my business for life! 5 STARS across the board.

I ordered my Maverick almost 20 months ago(the delay in Hybrid engines was beyond dealership control). Julian and his team kept me informed throughout the process. Upon delivery, Julian and his team kept transaction smooth and stress free. Would recommend Julian and this Ford dealership to anyone in the market for a car.

Sara from the service department was the one who helped us. We went in not sure exactly what was happening with our vehicle and she gave us an idea what it could have been and was able to help us expedite the service for our vehicle. It is currently our only vehicle so we had a concern that it would be days before we would receive it back but Sara was able to push it through and get it back to us in 24 hours! Thank you Sara and the entire service department for being quick and efficient!

Poor management and communication. Marco was incredibly unprofessional addressing me as bro I'm a customer with a pre-approval not your buddy. An appointment was set to view vehicles that they did not even have on the lot. No one could be gotten ahold of. The set an appointment then the day I came in Marco texted me saying he was off schedule. One vehicle wasn't even there it was in orange county. So not go here they're nothing but trouble. Hemborg in Norco treated me right. Not only did they have their entire selection available but they had me in with one phone call and a 15 minute notice and they even beat my banks interest rate by almost 2 percent. Stay away from fairview.

I got helped by Julian Sanchez and Marco and both were very helpful when buying my car. They were very hands on with the experience which was great because I was purchasing the car remotely. Julian even took the time to talk me through the process of how they would bet getting my car brought up to Northern California on his day of which was incredibly nice. I m very happy with my purchase.

Great place to buy a truck at.Excellent service by John very friendly and kind.Steve and John offered me a great deal on a 2023 for f150.I had been a Toyota guy for the last 20 years and unfortunately was treated very poorly at Toyota in multiple dealerships even though I had just purchased a 2023 Toyota Tundra 4 months ago.There is no need to deal with a dealership that doesn t respect you.I am very pleased with my truck it drives very smooth and it s very easy to maneuver.Thank you guys for all your help!!

We we took our vehicle for a simple check engine light to find out it was more than we expected. Taylor was awesome letting us know what was going on in apologizing for the delay. Our truck now is running great it past smog and we are definitely coming back to FORD, my husband had his truck for years never really had a problem I trust FORD, will always be a Ford owner .

My last Fairview Ford experience was quite disappointing. I brought my truck in for a front-end alignment. Despite having an appointment they had my truck all day; stating multiple vehicles were ahead of me. At the end of the day, I get my truck back and it is still pulling to the left, steering wheel off center, and have to hold steering wheel to the right in order to go straight on the highway. It is almost like they did nothing. The clincher is, I am a long haul truck driver and I only get a couple of days off per month. I used one of my precious days off to get my personal vehicle fixed and it feels like it was time and money wasted. Fairview Ford has always done right by me in the past so I am quite surprised that this happened!

I met with Tyler when I first ordered my new truck from the factory. Tyler was great throughout the whole process. He sent me text messages along the way, letting me know updates about the truck. Terrible experience dealing with service department. Service advisor Sara really has no idea what she is talking about and has no business working that department. I have dealer-installed hood graphics decals on my truck, which she misidentified and kept trying to tell me referred to the hood cowl/louvers. I also have an ongoing issue with my side mirror, which I've brought to Ford on multiple occasions without question. This time she insists the mirror is aftermarket, which I contested unsuccessfully. I went home, removed the mirror, only to find a Ford stamp and part # on the mirror, proving my point. AND I was charged a diagnostic fee for that misinformation. For me to have to do the service department's work for them is ridiculous. I also brought my truck in for a water leak in the cabin, which they've now replaced the seals TWICE, and the problem is still not fixed. This is a failure on their part on every level and I'm frustrated and angry beyond belief. I'm still trying to get in touch with service manager to resolve this.EDIT: I wanted to update this review since I have gotten in touch with the service manager (Felipe Lopez), who personally addressed every issue regarding my truck. Mr. Lopez was great and went above and beyond to successfully correct each problem to my satisfaction. He was sympathetic and validated the frustration I had with my previous experience. He took responsibility for the mistakes made by his service department and corrected them by offering some "goodwill gestures" on my repairs. I'm hoping this level of service is more in line with what I should expect from them moving forward and not just them catering to me because of a negative review. This doesn't completely negate my initial poor experience, but I also want to recognize them for re-addressing and fixing the problem. So I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt and updating me review from 1 star to a more neutral 3 stars.

My advisor Alex at Fairview showed he really cared about my vehicle, took a real interest at the concerns I had, and then followed through with making an effort to get them adressed. This is my second vehicle me and my family have purchased at Fairview and we now use their service department exclusively. Truly exceptional service. I hope the integrity in their servcies continues.
