BEWARE DONT USE THEM, The worst body shop I have ever experienced. I have brought my car back to them 7 times now and every time they say they will have it fixed within a day or two but they actually took over a week and it was never fixed. The first time I brought it back was due to them scratching a door that wasn t even close to the original damage and all the the gaps between the hood, fenders and doors were not even close to original fitment. They removed bodywork that wasn t even part of the original repair. The next time I brought it back was due to them putting a dent into the opposite side fender and they proceeded to tell me that was originally there lol. The next three times I brought it back to address the clear coat that they forgot to buff out they ended up scratching and denting the opposing side of we re the effected clear coat. Now my insurance says I have to bring it back to these clowns and I don t want anyone else to get screwed by these clowns. DONT USE THIS BODY SHOP, THEY DONT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING.

Just Want to give a huge shout out to Frank and his team for an outstanding job on our Subaru Sti. They replaced my windshield and painted my roof top. Excellent work guys. I highly recommend Frank and his crew.

Frank and his group of professionals did an awesome job repairing my two vehicles. I would definitely recommend using this business for your auto collision repair needs. Great service, and great quality work. Very satisfied customer. They repaired my 2017 Honda civic and 2019 Toyota camry. Very happy with the work performed.

They took care of me right on the spot. Empire collision gave me the best quote in the area. They only had my car for 1 day when other shops were telling me the job will take at least 5. The finish came out astounding. Thank you Empire Collision.

Frank and his team did an amazing job putting my car back together after a pretty bad front end collision. He was helpful and caring from the start and did his best to make sure the work was done perfectly. It s clear they take pride in their work and customer service. I will recommend them to everyone.

Was so sad when i had an accident with my car . Looked terrible. Frank said it was repairable ! Very good customer service . They made my car loook like new ! I couldn't get a good before after pictures of my hood ...but got a before picture of the damage and after .I recommend ! Very friendly from the heart!

Every single part they put on your car is aftermarket. I now have vacuume noises coming from under my hood. And it took them 5 months to change one headlight because they kept putting an aftermarket one on my 2016. It has sensors that told me since the beginning that the headlight wasn t working but they told me to wait. Which made a whole 5 month wait for trial and error. Ridiculous for me to pay 2k so bad parts.

Exceptional Service for My 2023 Toyota MiraiI recently had the unfortunate experience of being rear-ended, and my beloved 2023 Toyota Mirai suffered some damage. Fortunately, I chose Empire Collision Center for the repairs, and I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome.What impressed me the most was their proficiency in handling my high-end electronic fuel cell vehicle. The 2023 Toyota Mirai comes with intricate electronic components, including the self-drive assistance Teammate, and I was initially concerned about potential complications.However, the team at Empire Collision Center proved their competence by not only fixing the visible damage but also ensuring that all the electronic components were restored to their original state. Frank & his team were excellent while repairing my car. My whole car for the most part had to be repainted & the color matching was excellent. They made sure I was in a rental & that I was satisfied with my car prior to accepting it. I was referred to this Empire Collision Center by at least two auto body shop owners. When the job was done I was for sure thrilled by how my car looked. It looked like new. Friendly people doing great work.

I was recommended to Frank by a friend.I need it to get some work done on my BMW. He was very honest and explained the process very thoroughly. He told me the car would be done in a week and it took a couple extra days, but that was okay. Every time I called he would answer my calls and if he couldn't his wife Carmen would reply. Customer service is very important to me and they definitely deliver. Great honest prices and great clean work. Thank you so much for your help Frank! I love my car. When someone ran a red and tboned my beloved corvette, this shop is the only shop that would help me because my car is not a newer model. I had bad experiences in the past with other cars that people hit but I left this place feeling my car was in good hands.I just got her back and I can't tell you enough how much I recommend them. She is whole again. And I knew they really wanted to help me and they did so much.

Frank and his crew did absolutely fantastic work on my wifes mazda 3, he is very helpful and explains what has to be done with great expertise and customer service. If I ever have problems in the future ( hope not ) I would definitly deal with Empire Collision Center. they are the best I have ever found , they give a fair price with a true estimate of cost and time . Empire collision center did a good job on my car with waxing and painting it.. they also were very professional and not rude like some other shops are!!!! I highly recommend them to anyone who is inneed of there vehicle needing work done to it..
