Business does not honor business hours. They will close when they want even though you may have called ahead of time to ensure that they would be open. I called and said I would be there in 15 minutes but due to traffic I got there in 25. However they still had 12 minutes before closing. So you would think that all would be well except they made me out to be a villain, and basically attacked me by saying that I lied about my arrival time, and therefore they would not assist me. Again, the business was still open! Honestly, don t waste your time with these amateurs, who literally do not care about your business. I am a firm believer in supporting small businesses, but if you don t even honor your own business hours, let alone when a customer calls and you make an agreement, you are setting yourself up for failure.

Absolutely love this place. Everyone here is so nice and it s very affordable. I ve gotten tired and my brakes done here. Seriously one of the best shops I ve been too. They re so helpful and explained everything to me. I honestly can t thank this shop enough.

This is the 2nd time I've purchased a used tire from this place and it was 100% no drama. I called earlier in the day and asked for a certain tire size and the guy said yeah we have it. The price was about 5-10 $ higher than other places in the area but they actually did have one there and it was in good shape and unlike the tire shop from the night before they actually had the right equipment and got the old tire off the rim with no issues what so ever. They honored the price we had discussed earlier and so far the tire is performing perfectly. Thanks again guys for being an honest tire shop, I will definitely come back again for any of my tire needs

Called before they closed at 7 and was assured they would be open. Got there at 6:45 and they owner said their workers wanted to go home and couldn t fix my tire. What a terrible business practice

They have prompt service but they will scratch your aluminum wheels. They need to get a new wheel thing a ma jig.

Small family owned been there for ever. The owner is out there working with his employees as well. Friendly German Shepard. Great prices and works with it. I go there for used or new tires. Or to have a fix done. They are also great at remembering the customers.

I have bought tires from them before and had good experiences. Today I wanted to replace two tires and they want to increase the price from their quote on the phone. No integrity! I will not be back!

The worker that came to my house was very nice and efficient! Fixed my tire within minutes and even took the time to check the others. He also told me options of what could of possibly caused the flat. I was very grateful for his service! 5 stars in my book!

Great service and very reasonable prices. With that being said, this is a neighborhood shop on the edge of a rough area. All in all it's a place that will get you up and running in an emergency but I personally think most would be served best from a larger tire service company.

My husband always takes care of the tire troubles but I had to do it today. The young man who helped me was very nice and explained everything to this old lady with a smile. The prices were fair, and I was in and out of there in no time. I definitely recommend this place if you're in a pinch and can't get brand new tires at the moment!

I plan on replacing all four tires on this car today anyways however the tires had other plans. Right Front Tire shredded coming down cajon pass and this shop was the closest one to where I was nursing one flat and three other tires that were pretty much racing slicks from the previous owner. Figured he got probably 75k out of them so I should be able to get the final 25 miles to get to a shop and have all 4 replaced but it didn't go down like that. So instead I rolled into this shop and the guy at Venado treated me right and got Right to work and hooked me up with a good deal on the two fronts, so I ask for a quote on the rear tires and when he responded I figured the price was per tire.. nope it was for both, and then he threw out the price for all four and I was astounded. Due to a credit card glitch with card and the machine they even worked with me and allowed me to pay them via PayPal which was a lifesaver.Good honest hard-working people right here. The shop might not look like a standard commercial chain store retail rip off giant but you would never get the service or the price at a big chain store that you get right from these guys. I don't usually even leave reviews but I felt motivated to do so after visiting their shop because in this day and age it's getting harder and harder to find old school people that run their businesses right and treat their customers with respect. That was cool and we appreciate it thanks guys.

Did a good job. Changed front right tire. Told me it would cost 25 for a used tire and 2 bucks to leave my old one. When he charged me he took 37 in total instead of 27.

This is my #1 shop I recommend to all my friends and citizens who live in this area. Cheap prices, excellent customer service. And when it comes to changing tires they're quicker than the pit stop teams for nascar, now that's how every tire shop should be!

El Venado tires is like a piece of M�xico. If you want to feel like you're in M�xico come through. The manager is great. The staff is pro. Prices are fair.

On Thursday dec 12th I had a horrible blow out coming up to university Ave on the 15 freeway. I searched inexpensive tires and this place popped up. I spoke to Yvette and she was able to help me get a tire super cheap for my vehicle. When I arrived her guys stopped what they were doing to help tend to my tire and had me in and out in less than 15min. She s such a sweet lady and her guys are so professional. I would definitely go here again. She was one of my angels that day watching out for me.

Last week I had a flat in the front tire of my GMC Sierra at my job's parking lot. AAA came filled my tire again and recommended Vendor tires just behind our business 2 minutes away. Got there guys were friendly and ready to remove, plug and replace the tire back on less than 20min. 10 bucks I was back in the road, no games no drama no hidden fees. Will get newer tires from them next year. Thanks Venado tires trabajo simpatico!
