Genuinely appreciate this place for their honesty and quality of work. It's always nice to get an inspection done with full transparency and have the mechanic working on your vehicle communicate with you throughout the process and that's exactly what I received. Alfredo was nothing but honest and thorough with my car and I'll be back for future work. Would recommend this place to anyone who wants good work done promptly and honestly.

Kicked myself in the butt for not going back to them in the first place! Another shop did some shady work on my car, Eddies fixed what they supposedly done already.HAVE NEVER HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH EDDIES.I highly recommend this shop to anyone needing care car. Reasonably priced and timely service.

They are what I call the lucky charm. Their work is real good their work and warranty is impressive, 24 months or 24000 miles. I went back for a warranty they were gonna honor it , 2yrs in Sept 2024. A slave cylinder replaced but this time was the clutch bearing.They did a again impressive work , their warranty best I ever had. Price fair plus is on one the 10th best places in SB County. So they replaced the clutch, bearing, alignment on all wheels, I wish they would of flush all brake fluid since is connected to clutch, they bleed it good. When the guy call me and gave me the info of what was diagnosed, he said I know is alot when you gonna pick up ? So I mentioned to give me a discount since it was 2nd new job and he said yea, he'll try.I was embarrassed to ask him after and the receptionist lady charge me regular. It was still a fair price and 1690 was good, warranty is very good. I wanna take it back for the brake fluid flush since they didn't do it and a oil change soon.Eddies auto care is my new place and I find out they do those payment thing too. Anyone with clutch problems stop wasting time n money go to Eddie in San bernandino on baseline and sepulveda I think. Eddie's is the BEST for their vehicle knowledge and their willingness to work with the customer. I drive from Riverside to bring my cars here. Absolutely 5 star service!

This place is very professional. Don't be surprised when you drop off the car they immediately send you confirmation email. They do quality work fast and they let you know right away with the car is done. Usually takes them very short time. Very organized and very customer oriented business.

Eddie's Auto Care is amazing. Completed extensive front end repair, rear brakes and rotors in less than 2 days. 2018 vehicle drives like new. Whole experience was outstanding. Excellent service. Travelling through the area and had a mechanical issue they were able to take us in for a look immediately and they ordered parts and sorted it out same day so we could keep travelling. Doesn t get better then that.

These guys are awesome, the most professional and courteous group I've ever encountered at a shop. Brought it in for a busted valve which is a big job, they got right to work and had it back in a week. They kept me fully informed with phone calls and emails. I highly recommend Eddie's Auto Care. A year later I had them smog it. Passed without a problem, I was in and out in 15 minutes. I highly recommend Eddie's Auto Care.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I ve been dealing with this place for 25 years and they finally went bad. I will not recommend anyone ever again to deal with Mr. Alfredo Eddie. The previous owner was one of the better gentleman there recently I had such a bad experience with them I may never do business with them again.

If I could leave 0 stars and get my wasted time and money back from them I would.Took my 2013 kia optima in to get the suspension looked at because there was a grinding noise from the front tires. They told me that they replaced shocks, struts, brakes, and got an oil change done at the same time. They charged me over $2000 for all of this work, and it was done within a day. After I got my car back, I noticed the grinding noise was still there. I took it back, and had them look at it again. They replaced the sway bar and charged me another $180.A month after I had these services done, a bolt that was holding the control arm on the rear passenger axle snapped while I was going 70 down the highway. If there was anyone besides me on the road, I would have crashed. The mobile mechanic (not working for Eddie's) that looked at it said that ALL the other bolts were replaced but that one, and he had to weld it together to fix it.I had my brakes looked at after a couple months of having Eddie's "replace them". I noticed a grinding and squealing that was getting worse, but I shouldn't have brake problems so soon after having brakes replaced, right? I took my car to a shop in Fontana instead of to Eddies. The mechanic in Fontana (not working for Eddie's) said the rear shocks were NOT replaced but the front ones were. He showed me evidence of both and there was a clear difference that was not due to a few months of driving. When Eddie's replaced my brakes they were placed over rotars that were in poor condition, causing the rotars and brakes to both need replacements.So in summary, they charged me for services they never performed, and put my car and my life in danger by lying about it. I paid them over $2200, and had to spend over $1000 to more reputable mechanics to fix it.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Brakes, Oil change

Recently handled my insurance claim, thoroughly inspect my car, seen and fought for repairs the agent didn't want to have done, great work, friendly knowledgeable staff, if this is how they handled my cars repairs, highly recommend for all repairs from claims to maintenance.

Eddie s Repair Shop went above and beyond. Raymond, was very professional.I m satisfied with labor and parts given the state of the economy. My vehicle will be repaired by this shop in the future. The mechanics are experienced with most vehicle types. My vacuum pump went out and my regular mechanic recently retired. I went to a shop around the corner from my house but they couldn't help me till next week after diagnosing my problem as the vacuum pump. I had it replaced about a year ago while on a trip to New Mexico and the shop that did the work gave me a 3 yr warranty which I thought was awesome. I called the warranty company and asked if they could refer me to a shop that would honor the warranty and they told me about Eddie's Auto Care. I called Eddie's and they were able to accommodate me. They also fixed my driver's window that had stopped working by replacing the regulator and motor. The repairs were both backed by the same warranty. The only shop I trust, hands down. I drive from Big Bear just for the excellent customer service & fair pricing. I've had a few horrible interactions being a woman at a mechanic shop before, but this place goes above and beyond to make sure you feel safe & well taken care of. Thanks again for everything!

I called Eddie's Auto Care explained my problem, was told to bring it in. Raymond took great care to explain what they would be doing to my car.They fixed my car in a reasonable time frame. I am pleased with the work and will definitely use them again for all of my car maintenance.Thank you Eddie's Auto Care, for a job well done.

I chose Eddie's as one of the businesses I got quotes from, they were higher and the reviews were fair but I was able to get a better price at a big name location (Les Swab) and thr reviews were better. I am satisfied with my choice. Get three quotes and check those reviews.

As I'm sure everyone away is aware having car problems is a big Debbie Downer but Eddie's Auto Care were phenomenal they explain the issues very thorough job I waited until I went about 200 miles in my new transmission to give a review I've taken it on the highway the car drives better than it's driven since I bought it. Great customer service. Text updates foe the entire process. Took my vehicle in for a brake inspection and they fixed a nail in my tire at no charge!I will be bringing all of my cars here for maintenance and any other issues.

They asked for 250$ just to find out what's wrong with my car then I'd have to pay additional Labor and parts costI just went down the street and got the same job done for what Eddies charges for analysisEddies Charges more for everything, if your on a budget Pass right on by Eddies
