While traveling from Northern CA to LA in my 14 yr old Honda Accord with my 16 yr old cat my thermostat started sticking so II researched Econo Auto Service . This was truly a great experience,. This shop was busy, with many regulars and all of the staff were friendly, honest, respectful and the price was right. The mechanics had me back on the road within a couple of hours as promised even with their steady stream of customers . Oh, and they even offered to keep an eye on my cat so I could grab lunch., Wow,! Worthy of 10 stars I wholeheartedly recommend Econo Auto repair shop. Thank you!

Mohammed and the team were awesome. They helped troubleshoot/replace a broken fuse that prevented my car from turning on and also ended up replacing my cigarette lighter. These are good people and I felt well taken care of. I ll return for sure.

Best auto-mechanic experience I ve ever had. I was broken down on the side of the highway 20 hours from home and called and Syed was able to diagnose the problem before I even had the car towed. I trusted him immediately to take car of the issue while I rented a car to drive home to Colorado. He then stored my vehicle until I could return.I only wish that I could take Econo Auto home with me because finding a Great mechanic is rare and I was blessed to have found them.Thank you Econo Auto team!<3 amber

Nice guys, dropped my car off, they did an excellent job and whacking of transmission was gone, really inexpensive, too.Had them change spark plugs and also spark coils (one failed, it's a toyota after all) .They also fixed a leak with the radiator, thought it will be expensive but it was just the cap.Very reasonable and honest guy.Services: Transmission, Electrical repair, Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Auto brake repair, Transmission repair, Brakes, Oil change

My water pump went out yesterday on the Cajon Pass and we limped to the nearest auto repair that was open on Saturday afternoon, which was Econo Auto. They were swamped with work, but agreed to help us out because we were stranded.They did a great job and our car now runs great. Prices were reasonable, and they didn't take advantage of our situation. Yes, we had to wait our turn, but luckily there were shops and eateries nearby to kill time at.Thank you for your service!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair

Had a bad experience yesterday. 7-13-23Went it for a regular A/C recharge, told them it blows ice cold when the weather is under 90 degrees or so and don t have issues unless it s hitting close to 100 degrees. Asked them just to run it w/some Freon. Waited a little over an hour just to be told that they are going to take all the Freon out because my condenser is bad and was told AC was still running hot, at least that s what we could understand. My husband didn t understand him either and we went and put our hands to the AC and it s running ice cold, meaning Freon worked. Felt like I was getting scammed. Kind of sad since I use to deliver for the original owner Muhammad and thought he ran a trust worthy service.

Took my Dodge Charger in there they commented on my big hemi engine then took it for a joyride and caused severe damage to my tire and rim. They also didn t reset my oil change indicator and did a shotty job on my brakes. They accepted no responsibility at all. Horrific people horrific service. I ll be having my lawyer contact them and calling the labor board.

Very professional and kind staff. We had a car issue this morning and they were able to fix it same day. They kept us up to date with everything going on when they could (they were very busy) and the price was very fair. Amazing Service, they really go above and beyond to meet the needs of their customers. Had some work done on my parents suburban and they went above and beyond to repair. They even stayed late to get the car back the same day! There super reliable, great prices and very very honest. Appreciate all the work they do for all of our cars. This is our #1 Mechanic shop!

My friend ran over a huge cotter pin in her car on the way home from work, she didn't know what to do and stopped at the closest place which was Valvoline and asked for help. They declined her service and told her they don't do tire repair. So, she found Econo Auto and they helped her right away, no questions asked. They were VERY friendly and had WONDERFUL customer service and prices! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

These guys are honest mechanics and a big help to the community. The owner Syed is extremely knowledgeable and is able to explain to me what is wrong with my car in laymen terms. I go to them often for my repairs and they were able to get my car back to me with my ac fixed quickly and efficiently whereas before I was sweltering in the heat everyday. We were on a family vacation and our Van broke down on the freeway. We had it towed here and they were able to diagnose that the alternator went out. Even though they were super busy Alex made time to fix it that day!! Super grateful for these guys and the professional work they performed.Service: Engine repairService: Engine repair

Never go here. Horrible service, they was better 2,3 years ago. I got an oil change, paid 50$. And needed oil soon as I left.

These guys have gained my loyalty. There was a little mix up on an oil change but the manager took care of it with no issues and to stand by their motto "we dont make mistakes" even gave me a credit on changing out my belts. I appreciate them owning up to the issue and was impressed on how quickly they fixed the problem with my oil change when I came back and had me back on my way in no time I will definitely be a returning customer.

This place is horrible...be prepared to talk to a nice man. Sayid... He is great on the phone.When you take your car in he gives you a quote. then suddenly somethings breaks on your car while he has it. This has happened on two occasions.Two different cars ...I took one car in and it was in for a gas tank and came back leaking gas all over, and a hose under my hood ...broke for no reason... Had to take it back two times. I gave him another chance on another car. Thermostat...then he test drove it and blew a head gasket. Please stay away from this guy. and prepare to add more repairs than you can imagine.

Ever since I pulled up to this place they have done everything they could for me and my car. They are all sweet individuals with great customer service. Though I always try to float in positive vibes no matter the situation I also like to come into environments as such with my head on knowing exactly what I am going in for, or at least an idea, because honestly no one likes to get played, especially me being a young female.

Great vehicle service and customer service. I found myself in a real pinch when a belt broke inside my car while I was driving. Luckily I was able to pull into the shop and they took care of me. Very clear and straight forward with explaining what work they would do before doing it and reasonable pricing.

For some reason something else is always wrong with vehicle after repair.They left a bolt loose on catalytic converter exhaust manifold which resulted in cracked manifold. My wife's car over heated once, they changed water pump and rebuilt radiator. Later it was leaking from water pump so they changed water pump again and came back leaking. It over heated again. We took ot back They said it was radiator crack and wanted to charge us. We told them they changed radiator before. Wanted warranty. They said no. Sorry no more for me. Screw me once shame on you, screw me twice shame on me.

This comment is way overdue. My son and girlfriend were traveling through the U.S in there camper van back in Nov 2019 and started having engine problems, stopped at one place and were told they would need a head gasket and it was going to be a lot, can't remember how much, so they limped along and rolled into this shop and they looked things over and found it just needed a water pump. so a couple hundred dollars later (very reasonable) they were on there way again. As the father I am so impressed that you are so honest and not out to skin anyone, honest business is getting harder and harder to find these days so thank you so much, cheers from B.C Canada.

Paid $700 for Power Sterring Wheel fluid leak they said i need the fluid line, i should have known better when i overhead a conversion with a man who was bringing his car back after paying them $1200 and was not a happy customer. He refused to leave until they fixed his car. Anyways when I picked my car up I couldn't even turn my wheel cause it was so stiff and hard to move the wheel. So I took it back and same outcome. So I took it back again and he told me some story about the mechanic that he is going to fire him and how the guy made the problem worse and that they had to put on a new pump. So I only had the car back 4 days and its leaking fluid again. IM GOING TO REPORT THEM TO BBB AND FILE SMALL CLAIMS AGAINST THEM...DO NOT GO TO THEM THEY ARE VERY BAD.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

The owner Muhammad and mechanic Chris are so amazing. I've brought 3 of my vehicles to them and always have a great experience. I great treated like I'm their family. I will continue to bring my vehicles to them and highly recommend them to anyone.

The workers are good and friendly. They changed my break good,but don t decide to change your oil in there because you will see your engine safer. I changed oil there and I feel something is wrong so I went to Valvoline to check and I was right. My car oil level was too high which will make problems in my engine. So I recommend to not change oil there.

Alex and Kyle are great they are thorough. I went in thinking it was one thing, after thorough investigation. It was something completely different. This is a shop you will call your own and want to share with friends and family.

These gents are amazing! They are affordable and genuine. Something died in my car and the smell was foul. I called talked to Saaed (sorry I might have messed up the spelling) he was familiar with my issue. I came in and they took great care of me. They've gained a customer for life! Thank you fellas

Went over here to replace a starter and they sold me a wrong size starter for my car, my car then began having problems starting, I tell them the car is not starting properly and they tell me it s the car keys that are wrong but no nothing wrong with car keys eventually the car isn t able to start anymore and I need it towed to a different mechanic who tells me it s was a wrong type of starter in my car

At first, I was skeptical bc there was a controversial occurrence with my simple break job. I was gonna rate it a 1 star. But then I reached out to Syed (owner), and he made the situation right. TY Syed for taking care of the situation.
