Good mechanic. If he quotes you a price, it'll be what he says of less, never more. He's honest and we've taken our cars to him for years. Highly recommend.

George has been helping my family with our cars for years. He's a great guy and an excellent mechanic. The only reason I didn't give him 5 stars is because it's hard to get ahold of him because he's so busy.

I had a gasoline leak on my 97' Toyota Corolla due to getting sandwich during an accident and shopped around for prices for a used gas tank replacement + labor. The prices I got was around $800-$900 dollars with the used gas tank costing around $200. I finally found D&T Auto Repair using google maps and I was skeptical about the place & how it looks. Spoke with George and he took care of me for around $400 including the used part. Honest guy, told me it was a smaller gasoline tank. I didn't care as long as it wasn't leaking anymore. Been driving it for the past 5 months and no gasoline leaks. I highly recommend this shop. He did a great job on my gasoline tank replacement and had it back to me around 3-4 days with all the other vehicles he has to service! I have my SUV with transmission issues at another shop. I'm not sure if George takes care of transmission but it's costing me an arm and leg over at this transmission shop. The cost is well over $4000 for the transmission rebuild. (coolant leaked into trans) If I could take it to George, I'm sure it would be less. Highly recommend D&T Auto Repair! One last thing, George is a great mechanic and provides great service. The transmission shop I'm at, guy at the counter is a salesman and doesn't provide a fixed price. That's the difference between a salesman and a mechanic.

I've been taking my vehicles over 10 years to D&T Auto Repair Shop. I recommend it to All. They do great work and the price is affordable. The customer service is excellent and not to mention George is a decent honest Mechanic. My Thanks to all the staff.

I have been taking my cars for services; more than I would like to admit. Just a nature of five cars in the family and they are all old. Been to a lot of places; a couple are dishonest and shady; a few are incompetence; nearly all overcharges and pressure for up sale.My experience is that D&T is straight forward on what needs to be service and fair on prices. The garage is nearly always full, so expect a little bit of wait.

Really good shop.. It is sorta hidden however to the right of the the liquor store before Ace hardware is a lil alley on baseline after McKinley.. Anyways took it in because of a funky noise I had been neglecting.. George was straightforward with what it was took care of the problem and it didn't cost half the moon to fix.. Nor did he try to up sell me and lie about stuff. Worth checking out people!!

I drove my van in a 2002 kia sodona he replaced two pistons and two valves and it never ran again. He had it towed to my house and dropped it off today. He left parts in the seat from inside the engine my car had been hit. He also had done work on my truck , charged me $900 to fix a oil leak after taking it back five times over the same oil leak he charged me another $900 for the same oil leak , I had to sue him to get my money back.Service: Engine repair

Kept the car way too long and didn't repair what he said he did. Had to take it back to him and have it looked at by another mechanic. Never answers the phone. Would not recommend. Bad experience...
