First off I was skeptical about shopping for a mechanic on line so I read the reviews for this garage and I was impressed. Chewy was professional and honest about the repairs and parts my car needed. I'm on a fixed income and that was very helpful. Work was done in a reasonable amount of time. I am very satisfied with this facility and the work provided. I would and will recommend them to others. Thanks for your time and service Chewy garage.

Chewy's Garage staff were professional and helpful. I had extensive work done and they traveled to Moreno Valley to get a part so I would have my vehicle to meet my life")'s needs. That is above and beyond. They gave me rides to my house. The work was done perfectly, and at a great price. I was totally Blessed by the experience.

Chewy is professional, honest thorough, extremely reasonably priced. My car was picked up at my house and returned at my house I think that is really convenient. They are friendly and I appreciate them.Chewy does excellent work I don't even have to think twice about the safety of my car.

Had appointment scheduled with Chewy's garage on 2/28/24. Took my truck in and was greated by Chewy. Explained to him what I needed completed and he started work after price and work to be completed was negotiated. His wife came in and introduced herself and we started up a conversation. I was telling her what I needed done and she mentioned that the work to be done was not required by DMV. She had Chewy stop work while I called DMV. They confirmed the work did not need to be done. Chewy returned my vehicle back to original condition. I asked how much he responded no charge. A tribute to his work ethics and honesty. Very professional in my opinion. Thank God for honest people. His wife had mentioned that their daughter was going to have a baby. After I left I went and purchased a gift card for Chewy's grandchild, I walked into the garage and jokingly said my vehicle wouldn't start. Then gave him the card in appreciation for his kindness.

Chewy was very friendly and helpful. He made sure I understood everything that was happening and my options. His family was very kind when I needed a ride to and from the shop. And he kindly dropped off my car for me when it was finished. 10/10 service :)

I'm so sorry for the late review, I was getting my car done at Morales Electric WORSE PLACE EVER!. I end up calling here thinking it was the same place, even though it wasn't the ladies end up helping us find the right place my car was at. They picked us up from my house and took us back home they were so sweet and thankful #MyHeroes

The service provided from Chewy's Garage was SUPERB. My alternator went out and being new to San Bernardino I was not sure where to go. The tow truck driver referred Chewy's, and when I say from the moment I called and spoke with Veronica, dropped off the vehicle, pricing, service provided, and their knowledge was on point. My car was ready the next day, which I was very thankful for. They were able to work with my budget and the car is running well. My go to shop for all future problems.

Let me tell you, there's a reason this place has 5 stars. They deserve it. It's a small family owned business that doesn't try to rip you off. they're friendly and thorough and even offer a shuttle service to take you home and delivers the car to you when it's done if you need. I needed to have my control arms and an axel replaced and they shopped around and found the best deal on parts for me and communicated with me throughout the entire process. When the parts took longer than expected to come in, they patched up the parts that I had so that I could drive it and still make it to work for a week. Keep up the good work Chewy's! I'll definitely be back for future work. Service: Steering & suspension repair

Had a check engine light and overheating issues. Dropped off my car with Chewy and his team and they had me back on the road the very next day!! Also love that this a family-owned/operated shop. I had my car towed to Chewy s when my car wouldn t start. They came highly recommended and I can see why. Their customer service is outstanding, they are straightforward about what your vehicle needs; no more no less. They were very understanding when I decided not to complete the work and even waived their diagnostic fee!! Wow! Have you ever heard of an honest mechanic!? I highly recommend them and would definitely go back again.

Due to my car acting up for several different issues I needed to find a honest repair shop and one with reasonable prices. I brought my car to Chewy's and they met all my needs and more. They kept me informed and performed the services needed properly. I loved the fact that they also called me after I picked up my car to see if the car was running the way it should. I don't feel like I'm just a person this shop can make money off of. I always felt respected and that I was given a honest answer about what repairs were needed. I highly recommend Chewy's for all your auto repair needs. This is how a business should be ran. I pray for many blessings and success for this business. Being honest, reasonable and efficient is how you get customers and keep them. Chewy's has mastered all of those things and more.

I have nothing but positive comments. I was recommended to Chewy from Good Sam roadside assistance. Two of my rims were bent and tires flattened by rocks stranding us in San Bernardino. Chewy came to me to avoid having to get towed, took the rim to get fixed, new tire, came back and got us on the road home same day. They called with updates, let me know when they would arrive and the pricing was half of what I expected. I wish I lived in the area and could give him more business.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

Great service, my baby was treated well and her problem was remedied quickly. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for affordable prices and great service.They also call you back to check on how things are going after the fact. That's satisfaction guaranteed.So recently I had brake problems again. Originally that was the reason I took my car to Chewy's. Well they had my baby back to me in less than 24 hours. Since parts were still under warranty I only had to pay for labor.ALWAYS willing to take care of their customers.

Second to none, one of the best experiences I have had with a repair shop. My first encounter with Chewy's was about a year ago after I was screwed over by another shop. They showed me the repairs that weren't done correctly, gave me a quote, and worked directly with me. Even though I was driving an hour to the shop it was well worth it in terms of getting the job handled by a professional that treated me with respect. The job was done correctly and didn't have recurring issues. I've gone to them since for anything from oil changes, check ups, and all general maintenance. They are constantly expanding the services they offer every time I come around and look forward to having them be my one stop shop!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes, Air conditioning, Auto brake replacement, Battery, Oil change

HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED I would give 100 stars if I could ! This is the best auto shop I have ever been to . Chewy and Silvia are so sweet and caring they go above and beyond to make sure your car is fixed properly and they don t take their time doing it !
