BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!I purchased a brand new 2023 Can-Am defender from this dealership on November 21, 2023I live three hours away, and I arrived in the afternoon to pick up my new vehicle. I had already explained to them that this was a business purchase, but by the time I got there, the paperwork was already done and my personal name, and they told me they could not reverse it, Strike one.Within two days, I noticed a problem with some of the components of the vehicle. The armor all had worn off the glove/toolbox, and the clips for the screen doors and revealed that they were old, cracked and years older than the actual vehicle.I contacted my salesman, Eric, no response was ever received.At the end of the first month, The battery would not hold a charge. I kept it, plugged into a maintainer, thinking the starter was using more power than shorts trips could charge. The vehicle will no longer start even on a maintainer. A mild investigation of the battery revealed it was a 2015/2016 battery, obviously not the one provided by can am. It was covered up by a 2022 dealer sticker. It is now is going to a local dealership. I will update with all their findings.Chaparral Dealership, sales staff and management will not return calls or texts.

If I can give 0 stars I would. Not even deserving of 1.. I ve bought 11 quads around at a few dealerships the past few weeks, this is by far the worst one I ve ever been to.Would not price match, took 2 hours for paperwork, then told me I have to wait an hour for the quads to be done after I m out of paperwork.Salesman was cool, finance guy was cool. Honestly the only good thing about the dealership.Will never come back here again, thought I d give them the benefit of the doubt for having 2 stars on Yelp There s definitely a reason

I purchased 4 tires for my golf cart. The price was very competitive, and they did ship it out quickly. One problem is that one of the tires came collapsed and defective. You can tell by the plastic wrap that this did not happen in transit. It was sent out, and you could tell that this tire was sitting on the shelf for quite a while because of the dust buildup. I sent them several emails and never got an answer along with several phone calls and just put on hold, and no one ever picked up. I waited almost a week, hoping to hear from them, and that never happened. I'm not one who likes to write negative reviews. However, their customer service is ridiculous. I'm hoping to hear back from them so I can make an adjustment on this review. Anyone can sell tires but people by hoping to get good customer service, and that's what makes it a successful business. CheersUPDATEDI took the tires and my rims to a golf cart company, and they ended up putting the tires on with no problems. Come to find out that this is common in the industry as far as the tires are being squished. As far as the dust goes, that could happen in no time. Overall, I am happy with the tires and the outcome. Chaparral Motors was very competitive, and that's the reason why I purchased these tires through them. I would recommend purchasing from this company. Cheers

Cheapest prices on tires. You can not get a better deal. Just bout all new rubber for a yamaha warrior quad. Less than $200 with tax 2-3-24

Lots of bikes in stock along with gear. I bought my first bike from there CBR650R. Christina was great help very knowledgeable about the different bikes and very helpful. Will be referring and returning.

Bought 2 motorcycle tires, but the front tire is already 3 years old from the manufacture date. Motorcycle tires are only good for 6 years before needing replacement, regardless of their use due to degradation of the rubber. So I paid full price for a tire that already has half it's life gone. First customer service guy was a joke and said it wasn't their fault as they don't actually provide the tires themselves, but they are supplied & shipped by another company. The customer service manager, Liz, was equally unhelpful. She continuously interrupted me while I was trying to explain things, refused to offer a return or any kind of discount, and was totally rude and didn't actually "hear" anything that I said. She has no customer service skills, and sets a poor example of women in the work place. I will never buy from this company again! I would recommend spending your hard earned money elsewhere!

Worst place to do buisness!!Never buy from here!!Never buy a warranty or extended warranty from here!!They sold me on the warranty."oh it covers everything".Never buying anything from this place I buy my bands my oil everything here, I will be taking my business else where.My razors control arm fell because of faulty ball joints and then my brake line messed up just lead to many more failures.I also bought my razor here.I cant believe this place is doing me dirty after all the money I spent.*I will update post if chaparral assists me in getting my utv repaired or not*- chaparall has denied repairs on my atv along with warranty company I will be picking up my razor canceling warranty and taking it elsewhere for the repair.

Just picked up my yearly dirt bike and Cristian and Patrick were the best part of my experience. Well versed and very knowledgeable on the product that led to me picking out something I didn t even know I needed! Well worth the time and the especially the price. Come here and ask for them!

Pretty disappointed with this store. Way too big and not a single leather pants for sport bikes. Wanted to get a combo of jacket and pants but this is not the place. I tried give it a second chance bye visiting you guys hurst a a day after and once again no success; ask for 3 different models of boots and the was none on my size

Chaparral s service department is less than to be desired, extremely unprofessional with regard to quality of work, keeping customers update, troubleshooting and the length of time it takes to fix issues! I brought my GSXR-1000 in for servicing because of bogging issues August 2022, their technician claimed that the fuel pump was the problem. I authorized the repair which cost me $825, I got my bike back 7 weeks later, took my bike for a ride not expecting bike to bog at high RPM, WRONG Called the service department notifying them that the problem still exists. Had bike towed back to Chaparral in October 2022, 4 weeks later they claim that the injector O-ring were faulty, I approved the repair, they claim they made repair and test rode bike but bike still boggs and they would have to continue to troubleshoot. I don t hear from Chaparral again until December 2022, at that point they claim that the problem is a faulty fuel injector, I authorized the repair but 6 months later my bike still hasn t been fixed and disassembled in their shop! I contacted the service manager on June 4, 2023 and notified him that I would be picking my bike up that day, when I pickup my bike they give it back to me partially disassembled and with a fully discharged dead battery.

The parts department was very helpful. I bought a motorcycle brand new there with the 4 year extended warranty. For the service department, the man could not tell me what was under warranty and what was not. He also said that he could not look it up. He said that if work was done, it has to get approved for warranty, and if not, I would have to pay out-of-pocket. I was simply asking if the battery was under warranty. To pay a couple thousand dollars in them not being able to tell me what is under warranty and what is not for something as simple as Is very strange. I definitely do not advise getting any extended warranty when buying a new vehicle from there. Will most likely be my last time Buying any new vehicles from chaparral. Very poor customer service from the service department.

I went in and purchased some parts with cash. I came back an hour and a half later to cancel my order and they wouldn't give me my cash back. I was told that they have to mail a check out instead. The cash I gave them was still sitting in the drawer but now I have to wait and hope it doesn't get lost in the mail. Very frustrating

Chaparral Motorsports charged my $75 restocking fee on a helmet return. Don t do business with them. UPDATE: they replied below that they would like to speak to me because my satisfaction is important to them. This is just an act as I have been speaking with them extensively yet they still refuse to return my helmet without the outrageous restocking fee.

No products sent and customer service presents no resolution. I purchased products online for them to never arrive, despite tracking saying it was delivered the very next day .less than 24 hrs after placing the order. The products never came nor have I had an order supposedly arrive so soon and they have presented no solution in either replacement or refund. Straight Robbery, will not be ordering again

I recently had an experience with Chaparral Motorsports that unfortunately left me quite dissatisfied. My main issue was centered around their customer service and a specific incident involving the Kawasaki ZX6R motorcycle.Initially, I was informed by the staff that the ZX6R was available. This assurance was a major factor in my decision to choose Chaparral Motorsports. However, my experience took a negative turn when this information proved to be inaccurate. Despite being told the motorcycle was in stock, it turned out that this was not the case, leading to a significant inconvenience on my part.Moreover, the way this situation was handled by the customer service team was disappointing. I expected a proactive approach and clear communication regarding the availability of the motorcycle, but the response I received was neither timely nor helpful. This lack of effective communication added to the frustration of the situation.While I understand that inventory issues can occur in any retail setting, the way they are managed is crucial. In this instance, I felt that both the accuracy of the information provided and the customer service response were lacking. These aspects significantly impacted my experience and my view of Chaparral Motorsports.

Ordered a tire online and when I received the tire I noticed parts of the bead were tearing off when I returned the tire they didn't approve refund and they said it was destroyed on installation attempt when I never even put the tire on

I purchased a new KTM 450 from the Salesman Danny was awesome and super easy to work with. I let him know what I was able to pay for a bike up front and he was able to get it done at a lesser cost than any other dealership in So Cal. I 100% recommend speaking to Danny if you are looking to get into a new vehicle. Thanks again!

This site is a rip off. I ordered a helmet which was 74.97 ( order number 201599157 ) i noticed they put a $9.99 shipping charge. immediately I called them but they said its already been shipped and the call center person told me his manager can waive the shipping cost. I followed up almost three days and they denied my request and also to return the item i need to pay the shipping cost from my pocket.

What poor customer service, tried blaming me for them not having what I ordered in stock. And instead of correcting their mistake they canceled my order and told me I'd get a refund in 48 hours it didn't take 48hr to take my 500$, beware........

First off, I love this Chapatrral they have great bikes, awesome riding gear friendly staff and much more . However it makes me furious that they are not open on Sundays. This is one of my only days off and they are closed. They have missed opportunities selling me 2 bikes and multiple helmets and gear just because they are not open on Sundays. Last time I went there on a Saturday trying to buy a bike and I couldn't even get anyone to help with my trade because they where so busy.

I love this place. I bought my 650 ninja from them in 2017. And I have them do all my servicing. I trust them with my life every time I ride. Matt is a stud. Thanks for your help brother. And who ever the mechanic was that put the new chain and sprocket on Thank you too , she rides great again!

Man if you are on the go and need a a helmet that's the spot to go. Got a motorcycle, a kawasaki ninja 650CC in San Bernardino just randomly, on the go. Gave an offer to a random guy, bought the bike and went straight to Chapparal and got a beautiful Bell Helmet for 114$ , + tax that makes it 135$, really worth it and drove right away to Santa Monica. It's really worth to stop by the shop, they have huge sales and as well practically a warehouse, where you can get everything you need. Now, it will always be my number 1 spot to shop for bikes.

Always a good time walking thru Chaparral. Son n I love going thru checking out the new inventory. Went in to get a new helmet finally. Matt K in service was extremely helpful with my multitude of questions. Great customer service with his guy!! Manny in the helmet/boot dept was also helpful with the selections. Money well spent for protection and fit with my new HJC C10. Thank you Matt n Manny!

Amazing store with the largest selection of anything motorsports related. Was blown away by the selection of female riding gear. Which is hard to come by at any motorsports store. And the customer service was top notch! I've reccomend this store to all my friends in the riding community! Cudos to you guys. Keep up the good work.
