This is the best place!!! I got myself 4 new tires and they gave me a free alignment. The also checked my brakes for free. Affordable prices. Amazing service. Awesome customer service. Super happy with car doctors. Thank you George and Ryan. The brothers are awesome. Super clean place. I ll be back for tuneup and oil change.

I came here based on reviews. I came in for oil change and tune up. They did a free brake inspection. The place is super clean. Friendly service. Very affordable prices. I m so happy I came here. Awesome experience. My car is running so much better after the turn up.Thank you car doctors. I love this place!!! Prices are excellent. I saved so much money compared to other mechanic shops. They also have such a cute German shepherd. Her name is Roxy. Super cute dog. I will be back to get my tires done.I had an excellent experience. Thank you again!!!

WOW! As a women sometimes it s scary to go into a shop but I went for my tires, brakes and oil change and they treated me with such respect and let me tell you something I was frightened of the price but I SAVED money, thousands compared to dealerships. Their environment was totally friendly, I mean for the owner George to be there and greet you personally you barely see that now. A plus was Roxy his German Shepherd such a beauty and friendly dog. I came out extremely happy with their service. I will for sure be sending my friends and family too.

So I found Car Doctors Of Loma Linda on Google and saw they had good reviews so I decided to give them a try. I brought in my 2016 Kia Sorento and I got four tires and 90 K service as well as a new radiator. I m so happy I came here. The service is exceptional. Everyone is so friendly. Their prices are super affordable. The places is super clean. I m so happy I found Car Doctors. My car is running brand new I went to All-Star Kia before coming to Car Doctors and they quoted me an outrageous amount so I couldn t do it. Car Doctors saved me over $1000 and I also applied for financing which I got approved on the spot. They have zero interest for 90 days and that helped me a lot thank you so much Car Doctors. I really appreciate everybody there. I will be telling all my friends and family, I ll see you on my oil changeOh, and by the way, they have such a cute German shepherd her name is Roxy. Super friendly and super adorable. Make sure you say hi to Roxy. She s the best.

Came in because my transmission on my Volkswagen gti was slipping. I was quoted $8000 highest and $5000 was the lowest. Christy and George rebuilt my transmission for $4800 and gave me a 1 year warranty. It took about about 3 weeks but when i got my car back it was like brandnew. The place is super clean. Everyone was very friendly. Affordable prices. I will be back to get my tires and brakes done!!! Thank you Car Doctors. You guys are amazing.

I ve had flat tires several times and they are the guys I always go to. Not only do they fix my flat but they make sure the other tires are ok. They have also serviced my car and they did a great job! The staff and owners are friendly, beyond helpful and they provide great customer service. I highly recommend Car Doctors, they re right off the freeway and easy to access.

I was referred to this place by a friend. I m so happy I came here!!! Everyone was friendly. I brought my Kia in after getting ripped off at the dealer. George saved the day and saved me so much money. I got my brakes done front and rear and super happy. I will be back for oil change and to get my tires done!! They also have the cuttiest German shepherd, Roxy!! Thank you Car Doctors.

This is the best place to stop by and have your car serviced, the customer service is the best I ever had. Great people, great service, fast work, and also best prices compared to others around. I dealt with George Nino he is the person to deal with. Bring your vehicle here you won't regret it, so far all my family come here and also some of my coworkers. I have not heard any complain. I called this shop and the owner picked up to help me out. I wanted to get my fuel injection cleaned because I thought my car needed that. He recommended I do some minor tune-ups 1st then talk to him. Wow, what he told me to do worked and my car is fine. This place is God-sent, honest mechanics are hard to find. I haven't even spent a dollar here and I'm a customer for life already. Appreciate you guys here, stay humble and keep helping out our community with what you do.

Ended up having the work done that I went in initial to have done. And, true to the first Impression I got, they performed the required repairs promptly and fairly priced. Even gave me rides to/from home two miles from their shop.

Made an appointment for wheel alignment, paid much less than I did at other shops, service was done quickly, waiting area comfortable. Took my car in for a much needed wheel alignment and Ryan took great care of my service. The waiting area is large and comfortable and there are drinks and snacks for customers. I had a very good experience here and intend to take my car here for other service that it needs.

Such a positive experience here at Car Doctors. Very professional. Jeff and his team went above and beyond. I came here for Brakes and rotors on my 2015 honda accord and oil change. They got me in and out quickly. The prices are very competitive and much cheaper than the dealer.The topped off all my fluids and put air in my tires without asking me. I know this because my windshield wipes fluid was low and BOOM the light was off and filled.I will need 4 new tires soon. Jeff told me if I get 4 new tires, they will do a free alignment for me.The place is super clean.They also had a beautiful German Shepherd named Roxy she is an amazing dog and super friendly.Will be back for sure.Thank you Car Doctors and Thank you Jeff.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Brakes, Auto tire replacement, Auto maintenance, Auto brake replacement, Oil change

I had a problem with my bran new Jeep Gladiator that everyone I went to told me that they can t even diagnose and that I need to go to the dealership, the dealership is very far from me and I am a very busy individual, so I just wanted someone to diagnose and tell me what is the problem with my electrical system and steering wheel mechanical system. George Nino was quick to greet me and offered me help!! He consulted with his Engineers and were able to find some programing issue that they fixed in less than Hour!! The wait was very relaxing in their lounge and I felt like I was home!!!! WOW definitely will take ALL my Automotive business There!! I chose this place based off it's reviews because I wanted a spot that people mentioned did a good job. I reached out to them via online and got a quick response stating to give them a call.When I called I mentioned the problems the car had and they gave me their fee for getting it checked out with them. I asked if that fee would get applied to the total cost of repairs if I proceeded to get the work done with them & they told me no. From there I should've figured this spot was not right. I proceeded to take the car anyway.Car was taken so they could check out problems I was having with the AC.I received a call back and the news I got back were crazy. Apparently my compressor was not good and I needed the expansion valve repaired. I was looking at a total cost of $2,100.00 to get it fixed with them. I immediately said no , the price seemed so unreasonable to me. When I said no they immediately gave me the option of lowering the cost to $1800 by going with a remanufactured part I still said no. So when I said no to that I was then given the option of "snap payments". I said no thanks to that as well. I ended up taking my car to a different shop and good thing I did. I paid a total of $120.00 (what a huge difference) What does that tell you ? This place is clearly not reliable and definitely not "affordable" as they claim to be on their website. I lost my time taking it here and of course the fee I paid for having them "inspect it". Attached are the photos of the quote Car Dr gave me and also the quote where I took it to get repaired so you can all see the difference.

I have been coming to the Car Doctors in Loma Linda for at least 10 years now. Nothing but excellent work and great prices. I can always count on them to do my work in a timely fashion and do it completely and thoroughly.I would highly recommend this place. Have been taking my BMW to Car Doctors of Loma Linda for the last 12 years. Very pleased with the work.Ryan has always gone above & beyond to keep my car rolling.Would recommend them to anyone.Never have had to take my car back for something after their repairs! Avoid this place at all costs! They tried to scam me by charging $380 for a simple coolant exchange, which is over $100 more than what the dealership charges. They only quoted me this ridiculous price because they overheard my car brand. Steer clear of any establishment that doesn't offer a flat rate for basic services like a coolant exchange. I'm taking my business elsewhere, and I strongly advise you to do the same. One-star rating for this dishonest experience!

I have been a customer of Car Doctors for the past 5 years. They have done all my maintenance on all my family's cars from Brakes, Oil Changes, Tune ups, Tires. I wont go anywhere else. They have the best customer service, The shop is always clean. Christy is AMAZING! Always helpful. Their prices are super competitive and their service is amazing!Most recent I was having issues on my 2015 Hyundai and rather than go to the dealership I came to Car Doctors, They rebuilt my transmission and gave me a 1 year warranty!!! My car is running like new and im super happy!! I work for a Hyundai dealership and still bring my car here! Thank you Christy and the Car Doctors Staff!! I appreciate you. I went in for oil change and the tech noticed the previous oil change place put in a shorter screw in oil pan and the oil filter wasn't tighten all the way. So he replaced the screw with the correct one and of course made sure new filter was tight! This is why I continue to return to them. I made the mistake of not waiting for their next appointment and took my car for a oil change place on highland and Belle and they stripped and broke my oil pan bolt and refused to fix it so I had to take it somewhere else whom I believe didn't do what they said they said they did. Long story short cheaper is NOT always better. The car doctors are trustworthy and honest!

I had a schedule appointment showed up and they had a sign saying they were closed was a friday by the way. I tried to set up a other appointment for Saturday they have only first come first served which I understand. Tried to explain my situation to her about the appointment I initally had but continued to talk over me. I'm glad I didn't bring my car here. I haven't even took it in and already having issues.

Excellent Service , very competitive pricingMy husband and I have been using the Car doctors for over 3 years. George (at the front) and Mike (the mechanic) are very knowledgeable, trustworthy, fair, and clear. Making an appointment is very easy and smooth. Both these gentlemen are very polite, professional and knowledgeable. We always get multiple price quotes before we take our cars to the shop and we always end up bringing our cars back to George. The always beat the other quotes. The waiting area and bathrooms are super clean and their coffee is great! :) Highly recommend without reservation.Services: Transmission, Electrical, Auto engine tuning, Oil change

After being screws over by so many mechanics l've found an honest one George and his team did my brakes maintenance and oil change all at an extremely reasonably price! I would 10000000% recommend they also have a very sweet German Shepard there named Roxy :)

so I found Car Doctors Of Loma Linda because of their awesome reviews. It s hard for me to trust mechanic shops because of all the horror stories that I ve heard I usually take my car to the dealership but this time I decided to venture out to find a local mechanic shopI m so happy I found Car Doctors Of Loma Linda and George, I brought my 2021 Denali in four for tires because of an ad I saw on Facebook where if you buy four tires they give you a free alignment.I own a transportation company so my vehicles are always on the road and I go through tires and brakes like crazy. I was quoted an outrageous amount for tires at the dealership and I also called American tires and they also quoted me over $1700 for four tires plus $180 for an alignment. After sharing my frustrations with George, he was able to get me four tires and an alignment for $1200. That s almost a $700 savings.While I was waiting for my tires, I also decided to do it oil change. George hooked me up with a full synthetic oil change for $89.98 and he didn t even charge me for the extra oil. At the dealership they charge me almost $200 for an oil change. I m so happy I found Car Doctors Of Loma Linda I will be telling all my friends and family and it is true they do treat you like family there, they even have a cute German Shepherd named Roxy. She s super friendly. The waiting room is very big and very clean. Thank you, George.
