Great! Have been going to this place for 6 years. Always trustworthy great service. They will give you the best prices & work with you. All my tires have warranty. I ve gotten my brakes & rotors done, oil change, tires are usually $125 each. This is my go to spot.

This place is just so amazing!! It never seems to surprise me with how affordable and honest their prices are, they put all other mechanic shops to shame! I'm honestly so happy this last time as well as other times with the service it's unbelievable. I had another quote and inspection of the work i had done and I couldn't believe I was lied too! As a woman these places can really take advantage and leave you empty pocketed with more work to add on top of that. Jr is a really honest guy and I recommend this place to anyone!! thank you guys so much

Bob & Al's Tires on Rialto Ave in San Bernardino is hands down the place to go for the best-priced tires. I was blown away by their affordability, and the quality of the tires was top-notch. Friendly service, great deals, and a smooth experience what more could you ask for? Highly recommend!

What can I say other than Bob and Al's tires have the best prices in town or maybe the county or maybe the state Junior has an excellent crew they're friendly and they our professionals they not only sell you tires but they also give you free alignment every 5000 miles which is great John is a wheel and tire alignment specialist he's been there for many many years and he knows what he's doing two thumbs up I gave him five stars.

Truly by far the most trustworthy knowledge location here in town to perform, service and or repair for my vehicles. These gentlemen have serviced all my cars: Acura, Toyota, Lexus, BMW, Tesla and the list goes on. 100% reasonable with their price and always complete their work in a timely manner. JR & Danny have always and will always earn my business & they should earn yours as well.

Came in for an alignment and oil change. I had hit a really nasty pothole and JR explained the damage issues and gave me some options to fix it up. The customer service and prices were great. My car is riding good now.Great experience and highly recommend this place.

Sorry customer service, don't even answer the phone..it goes to music .was just making sure my stubborn father made it there..but they don't care, just keep charging ridiculous prices for repairs that doesn't need it. Taken advantage of the elderly and when they go there about the problem they fixed. They want more money..I call a scam!

I don't know how anyone could give these guys less than 5 stars. I own a local heavy equipment rental business and we rely on Bob & Al's for all our fleet tire services and alignments. Hand's down they are the best tire store I have come across in my 32 years on business!

Exceptional customer service by Daniel. Very patient answering all my questions, rare for mechanics in my experience. Did the job quickly and charged far less than the typical price range for the job. On top of very good prices, they don't charge a diagnosis fee even if you take it somewhere else so you're not throwing away money to find out you can't afford to fix your car should it turn into that.The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that the car was parked near the public street (in San Bernardino...) with the window down and key in the ignition. The car was called in ready for us a few hours prior to us picking up. I will certainly be using them for future service and will refer them to anyone who asks. :-D

There two weeks ago brand new tires for my flatbed still need for more I need to for the front right now I might go tomorrow but who knows the only 175 a tire maybe next time I get a little

I typically don t do reviews but this was not satisfying. The overall service was quick and price for an alignment was affordable. Some of my issues at the shop are addressed below. I didn t like the fact I almost got hit by another customer in the parking lot. This older Asian man sped into the drive through this is poor driving on the drivers part. The shop should close off the other gate to avoid any fatalities because it s a small shop and some people speed up into the lot from any angle it s dangerous. I told the driver he should be more careful when he driving. He had his back turned so I walked away so I can proceed walking to my car. I didn t want to ensue an argument but I wanted him to be aware of his poor judgement. I made the decision to carry along because he seemed careless and I was not going to shed light on anything. Some people are plain ignorant but show empathy for the customer this man almost ran me over with his wreck-less driving. He shouldn t be driving. Let someone almost hit you and you would have a different tune. I m glad I was raised right because the right person he won t be off the hook. I told Daniel about it and it was no empathy he was concerned about proceeding with my transaction. Another issue is the shop did not call me once my car was done and my vehicle was parked across the street in the other lot. If you ask for a customers number do a curtesy call. I also didn t enjoy the customer service Daniel wasn t personable at all. The guys at the shop need to communicate better and ensure all your concerns are addressed. I inquired about the alignment, and brake light. When this concern was brought up Daniel said the other mechanic didn t mention it. We can do a lot better with customer service and appreciating customers. I won t be returning to this shop.

My car has been in there shop off and on since July. They have messed up my car and know they don't want to fixed right. I have warranty on it. It's the engine they fixed then they messed up my transmission too. Plus they never communicated with me about what was going on with my car either. My car was in there for about 12 weeks and I had to call them all the time to get an update. My car broked down again on Saturday and I feel like they are just given me the runaround. I also been waiting to put it back in the shop after Thanksgiving. I'm not happy with them at all.

Good for tires and suspension but don t come here if you need do some engine work they couldn t do a simple job like valve cover gasket I came 4 times still couldn t do it right they just made a mess had oil everywhere took it to someone else and they did it the first time I never write reviews it was very frustrated for me as a consumer to keep going back on my days off

I really enjoyed this place, they tell you how many people are in front of you. They have reasonable prices for alignment, in my opinion. When my car was done I noticed as I was driving that the wheel still was not centered so I took it back and they fixed it so fast! 5 mins at least!! Thank you for your service.

I highly recommend this place, I have been done dirty by so many mechanics, but not here, Jr has always been honest and charges me fairly his work and labor. I have no complaints. When JR is not available his son Daniel will always make sure to take care of business. Truly Honest and Righteous people

Best place to go. Staff is very friendly and the vibe is good. They have a very clean office with great Air Conditioning, TV, vending machines, coffee and water. I got 2 tires installed for $100 out the door on my Civic, you can't beat that! I was in and out with no appointment in less than 30 minutes. Highly Recommend.

My car is there right now in fact getting work done on it. The main guy Junior is a great guy, he's honest, fair and reasonable. Took my car there Saturday morning at 8am and there was already alot of people there. That's always a good sign that a business is good at what they do, but also how they treat customers/ clients.

Hassle free and altho they are super busy they move fast!!! Great people with competitive prices. I found a cheaper spot for a used tire but the other spot was rude so I rather give these kind people my money...you will find quality service here for sure.
