Very knowledgeable, experienced, makes recommendations, decent pricing, professional and keeps you informed.My vehicle needs special tires that are not common or carried in the shop so they had to order them. I was quoted 4 days and they arrived in 2 days. Opens Sundays so it very convenient for these whose work schedule is pretty tight like mine is. I did not experience any pushy sales.

Online order was easy. This guy was very professional. I love them..if they don't stock it, thell ship them right over. I'm waiting for my Bronco now. Because the wife wants beefy tires for it. I price shopped all the major places and they hands down were the best in brands and pricing. The lobby is huge with ice cold ac as well.I will never recommend anyone other than Big Brand Tires going forward. I'm in the retail automotive business.

The tires I ordered were not available so they set me up with a better tire for the same price. I do most of my own work on the car so they gave a couple recommendations of issues they saw so that I could take care of it. Solid experience there.

The gentlemen working the counter are courteous informative and answered all my questions. The work was done in a timely manner. The original price was slightly discounted which I was very thankful for. They did not encourage or suggest extra work that I was not prepared to have completed. The bathroom is kept clean. There are plenty of chairs to sit and wait. There is a Mexican restaurant and a burger place within walking distance if the wait is going to be too long. I had an alignment and driver's side tie rod replaced. Great service. The alignment was a little bit more than I wanted to pay ($120), but I felt comfortable paying that amount because I knew they would do a good job.

Hi, service was excellent. I went in on a Sunday, the bays seemed lightly occupied and the work was done in a fair amount of time. First time customer here. I chose this tire shop simply because the salesman that generated my estimate originally was pleasant and thorough in the details. Didn't hurt that the shop is the closest one to my home :)

My son needed tires . The best part of this experience was Curtis, he took the time to explain our options and snd sndwered all of our questions . Strongly recommend him and his team at if Brand tired.

This is my first time going to any place to fix my car. This was by far the most pleasant encounter that I've had doing anything! It was so smooth and easy going they let me know what was going on every step of the way, got my car in and out within a day! Pete explained everything smoothly and efficiently even with things I didn't understand he took the time to explain. Their prices are fair and very affordable. I would recommend this place to anyone and this is going to be my stop shop for anything further I need done. Thank you big brand !!

I ve taken my car to mini places in San Bernardino, and to be honest it s all bad. Not only worth these people very knowledgeable, but they basically help me avert a crisis situation in the future by pointing out things that I had no idea were even a problem. Thank you guys for all that you do.

I bought 4 tires from Tire Rack and had my tires shipped to Big Brand Tires for a Friend and they installed and aligned my Friends car for about $220. They did fast and accurate service. Thank You

Thanks for your wonderful help. Came in with my son's car it needed brakes and rotors all the way around didn't realize that at the time, close to closing time but they were able to help and get me on the road with my son's car and did an excellent job way to go guys.

If I could I would rate 0 stars.I went in to get a brake inspection on 9/9/2023, and I asked the front desk clerk to do an oil change as well. A worker name Esteban was also there. Said they were going to lease me the brakes, 4 new tires, shocks and the oil change. Well the front desk guy did not add the oil change to be performed to the services. So my car had 0 oil causing my engine to seize on the freeway and my engine no longer works. I believe they drained my oil and had no time to do it and sent me home at 6pm. I called and spoke with Esteban/Pete and they are only stating I should have checked what I had done to my car. But why should I when I asked for that specific service to be done, brake inspection and an oil change then the rest of the work was added.My question is why wasn t that done? My car was there allday from 8 am-6pm. On your website it states , if I buy 2 summit tires or more. I should get a free tire installation and a free oil change. So why did this place lack to give me the service I requested since I got there ??? I lost my car !! Over negligence.When I was also about to leave Esteban stopped me because they forgot to put on two new lug nuts on two of the three studs I needed done. Meaning I still could ve got hurt on my way home. I do not recommend going here and if you do check what you needed done on your car before you leave the premises. I regret leaving at 6 pm before checking all was done . Now I am car less! Please take a guy with you or someone who knows about cars.

I took my car for a simple tire change but waited hours sitting as I saw my car just parked when they finally moved it only to leave it parked in the garage another additional hours, they then couldn t get one of the tires off so they gave the employee the order to buzzsaw the tire off but they accidentally ripped the antilock break system witch the car alerted me with a maintenance sign after they gave it back, a sign that wasn t there before so I told them about it but they just kept saying that I gave it to them like that, when that wasn t the case! a problem I had to fix with another mechanic cause they didn t want to fix it I also had a collection of quarters I was saving up in the car that had been they stolen from inside of the car bunch of thieves. I had been a loyal fan for many years but this was just to much to ever return again.

I came in here because I heard a noise when I applied my brakes and they took 45 minutes put my car up took off all 4 tires check the brakes check the air in the tires which was low they brought that up to standard and the brakes were fine and I didn't get charged a dime!! The staff was amazing and the manager was amazing and I would go back to this place in a heartbeat!

Do not use this place! Unsafe and horrible customer service!I purchased tires from Tire Rack and had them sent here for installation. I gave them new tire sensors to install. They said they couldn't program them. No problem I can do it later.The next day I find out they had not installed one lugnut on each wheel. Tried to claim it came in like that. Also found that they never installed my tire pressure sensors but claim they did. So I'm out 4 new sensors.DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!

Went in for an oil change in the beginning of march itsApril 9 and I have no oil. They were supposed to check all my fluids and everything is on empty. All they did was turn off the oil light on my car. This is ridiculous.

5 star service station. I got tires, all four struts, an alignment all in the same day. My car drives so much better now. Friendly employees that take good care of you and your car.

This was fourth tire shop in the area that I visited this morning and was the last one! Best value compared to the other big name stores and they took care of me faster then I expected! I m going back for the other three tires when I get the time in the next four weeks!

Integrity Tire Goodyear is definetly the best in the business. Chris and Omar stand firmly behind what they promote, they go far and beyond to make customers happy.I was recommended here and I got to witness myself all the good things I heard from this business.Great deals and great service!

Horrible service. I recently replaced my rack and pinion on my truck and took it to them to get aligned. I had left the cotter pins out in case it needed adjustment. I notified the service writer anD asked if they could install them and if they could torque everything. They agreed and said no problem. When I picked up my vehicle I asked them again if they had put the cotter pins in and they said yes. When I got the truck home I decided to check. I found no cotter pins in my end links and loose jam nuts. Cost over 140 dollars for an alignment here and you couldn't even tighten the jam Nuts or install cotter pins.

Vincent is always so helpful. I ve been coming here and only here for 4 years now. I can give a legit review only hope you see for yourself. Every time I bring my car up there they take care of me and they treat the service like they actually care. I go to them for everything and I trust their opinion. Most mechanics try to get over on you but not here. IF your looking for a life long go to auto shop look no further. They ALL are great.

SATISFIED! How does a person give enough credit, for such a great job! Intregrity has been my first recommendation for 3 of my pass cars and they always did there best, and know there Nissans! I left today happy then when i went in. There good with customer faces, and let your loyalty be recognized when possible. I always return with every car i had, and i more then appreciate there great service, and will return again and again for any of my vehicals! "ME AND MY FAMILY LOVE AND THANK YOU GUYS FOR ALL YOU DONE SINCE OUR FIRST VISIT!". And Thanks for removing those horrible mounts today!
