My cousin recommend me to come here to fix the crack in my front windshield. I had to wait a bit for the specific glass to arrive. Overall, they did an amazing job. I am definitely recommending this place to my friends and family.

I wanted to thank the team at Best Price Auto Glass at 436 E. 6th St. in the city of San Bernardino. I called during the week to get a quote on a cracked windshield replacement. Christina was very helpful and professional. She provided the best price I have encountered after shopping around in the industry. I called Saturday to verify they still had the correct windshield for my car in stock and they did. I arrived Sunday morning when they opened at 8am and Saul and Tony did an amazing job replacing my windshield. They were very polite, and they returned my car pretty quickly! I was very pleased with the service at the shop. Sergio handled my invoice and payment and he was very knowledgeable, welcoming and a pleasure to talk to. Everyone was awesome! I highly recommend this shop! It was my first time there and I will definitely come back in the future if I should need to. They had great customer service, they did an excellent job, the whole staff was so friendly and I loved it! Thank you so much Saul, Tony and Sergio at Best Price Auto Glass!

Great place! I paid less than half of what Safelite wanted!They installed my windshield in less than hour too!!! Sergio was very professional and his customer service was excellent. 5 Stars for sure.

These guys are awesome! Our driver side window went out (stuck all the way down of course), and these folks not only got our part for us without having to order it, they reinstalled everything perfectly. They didn't charge us too much either! WAY cheaper than the dealership (that's what we were looking at doing). In and out about 1hr to 1 1/2. Great job! Highly recommend!

They quoted me a very fair price over the phone about four months ago. Fast forward to today 10/11/2022 and I finally decided to get my windshield replaced on my 2013 Nissan Altima. I went to another local business to see what the price difference would be, and it was huge! These people are not only charging me way less than the competition. But the job includes lifetime warranty, and they will do a one time repair if I get a chip on the windshield, at no extra cost. They were also very friendly and quick. My windshield was in stock so I was in and out in an hour. Great job best price auto glass!If you need a windshield, go see these people.

Returned to my cabin to find that my car in the driveway had a bashed in windshield from the County pushing snow off the road into my driveway. I initially got an online quote from Safelite which seemed reasonable until I got to the scheduling which indicated that the earliest service date would be 2 weeks out because of a global glass shortage . First I have heard of this and sounds like a ploy to gouge on price. Also, I didn t want to pay an additional week of car rental waiting on their service! Google search turned up Best Price Auto Glass so I gave them a call and spoke to a very friendly Christina who quickly gave me a quote $120 lower than Safelite AND next day mobile service to replace the windshield. Danny arrived the next morning as scheduled and provided efficient and friendly service. Not only that, he fixed a problem I was having with my driver s side door which saved me running around trying to get that fixed and having to extend time on my rental car. I usually don t take the time to write reviews unless I receive really exceptional service which I did with Best Price Auto Glass and would hands down recommend them to anyone needing this service!Service: Auto windshield replacement

These guys took care of me in a very timely manner. I had a passenger rear door glass broken from a theft. They blew out all the glass from inside the door and vacuumed everything out. They even had my glass in stock already! Way above and beyond what I asked for. They don't call it Best "Price" for nothing either! Very good pricing and service you wouldn't get anywhere else these days.I'll be going back for my speaker upgrade and tint very soon.Thank you guys so much!!

This place is one of the best auto glass place in San Bernardino. They actually care about their customers and when I didn't have the full amount for my window they worked with what I did have and they fixed it in a timely fashion. I will recommend this company to all my friends and family.

Got a chip on my windshield today and got it fixed here the same day in less than 30 minutes. JJ was very helpful and offered an amazing price for the repair. I would recommend this place to all my friends and family.

Had a small chip smaller than half a pea they made it worse and now I have a huge glob of resin on my windshield and can t use my windshield wipers now they were super unprofessional and the only thing they did was say they wouldn t charge me the $45.00 fee. I would hope not since now I need a new windshield. This place is joke and I wouldn t recommend it to anyone.

Alright i guess, $150.00 for a 2016 Rav 4 driver side window. Had to come back for windshield today. A little bit of a wait, but the Manager must have seen i wasn't feeling well cause of the heat & gave me his lunch & cold water, who does that?! He does! Unbelievable! Don't bother looking around for the best deal in San Bernardino or even going to Los Angeles you've found the best deal here! Never in my entire life have i ever experienced such great customer service. Well highly recommend to any & everyone.

These guys took care of me. I almost cried they fixed my window after someone hit me in the same hour I called and pulled out the massive dents in my door. Great price is why I came but they did a great job too.

They charged me 350$ and said that I have a warranty with this price...a few weeks after I was parked in the driveway (no trees or kids around) and when I came to go out my windshield had spontaneously combusted I took it back to them with the receipt and pictures hoping they would stay true to their warranty for a defected windshield and they kept making up excuses for why it blew up like this and said the warranty only covered labor

I am so thankful I found this place. Amazing customer service and fantastic pricing. I felt defeated trying to find help getting a new windshield. Everyone wanted an arm and a leg. Awesome service!!! Sergio and Jay got my daughters passenger window repair last minute and on a Saturday. She was traveling, 7 hours away from home and had the car broken into. These guys took it in, charged a very fair price and got her back on the road. These guys are the best!

Aw geez, I hadn't thought of what to say, but I went there to get a right rear door window replaced, and they were fast! Plus, they really were the Best Price Auto Glass. Now here's where I should'a taken notes, because I THINK the office manager's name was Cynthia? She remembered me from a phone call, and I think I talked with her the day before. Also the assistant/clerk was very helpful. I can't remember her name off the top of my head, but if I can find the paperwork, I'll be sure to update here. Oh duh! I found my paperwork. So it was Brianna, Christine, and Saul who helped me! All of them were excellent! Saul did the work, Brianna and Christine were in the office. I tried looking for Saul as I was closing it out and leaving so I could thank him, but I missed him.Service: Auto power window repair

I had to give this 2 starts, not that I disliked the service or customer service, but because the window we got fixed a few days later, started to fall. It was not put in properly. But when I drove off and tried it at first it was fine. It was only a few days later it started to not function right. The customer service was fine, atmosphere was great as they played 89.7fm radio a family friendly station where none of the music is risque. There is only an outside waiting area, so if it is cold be prepared for that. The bathroom though was clean, the waiting area was fine as I went on a sunny day.
