Usually good. Today, they sent me the wrong part and I had to postpone my repair. I also had to drive to their "main" store to pick up the part myself. Clerks were friendly and helpful, though.

I needed oil and I was able to run in and out in under 5 minutes. They have plenty of upfront parking. Multiple people available to help look up car parts and such. There was a cashier for the register, I didn't have to wait. This is the store I choose for all of my automotive needs. They keep your number on file so you don't have to hold on to all of your receipts.

I went to get a warranty exchange due to the fact that the part I had bought was not the correct one that the box label was and the store Manager Fidel was really rude to me. The fact that I was just going for a warranty exchange, which I am entitled to which was not the first incident I have had at the precise store which I end up getting the correct label on the box with the wrong part, the fact that the store on baseline And Mount Vernon the manager told me that they are something else that they have been getting so many complaints from the store that comes to tell me what customer service is all about The fact that Fidel also told me that he gave me the warranty exchange I can no longer do business at his store, which I believe I was not doing nothing wrong, but getting what I am entitled to for what I paid The fact that I always buy my car parts there I feel like I no longer want to buy parts at AutoZone no more or associate with Autozone no more Even though I used to be in Autozone, I know the rols of customer service And trust me I believe this is not good customer service

Wide variety of services offered, but be careful trusting their judgment. I had to buy 2 different fans and neither worked that they recommended to me ended up having to go somewhere else

Well I just stopped today at 8:20 I asked them for tire snow chain so they recommended me one that is pretty much good but then I realized that I needed a windshield wiper, so I ask the guy that I need the wiper and he just reply in a bad mood saying make up your mind do you need something else because I don't want to go back and forward, I mean if you don't like your job just quit if you don't like what are you doing move on and find a better job for you, he ended up just telling me okay go to the aile 3 and I don't know what else but I ended up buying a wiper that didn't fit my car it was a really bad costumer service I believed that this guy was the manager because he even was joking around about that if someone wants to talk to the manager he would just turned around and put his tag as manager I will never come back to this auto zone I was there tonight 12/20/21 at 8:20pm and they were not even busy so they could easily have helped me out to find the right wiper for my car

I went into this Autozone to get a can of Refrigerant with a Charge Hose that was sold to me by Danny. He was super friendly and helpful guy. The service was fast and he was pretty knowledgeable. I bought Avalanche brand i believe. My hondas ac has been blowing warm air from the driver side and in this i.e weather it's become a real necessity. We got home and checked the pressure and it was good so i did not end up needing a recharge after all. I will be taking my car to honda as there is an open recall for the condenser and seal. I went to return it today and Danny was there again. He made the return quick and easy. I really appreciate the service Danny! Thank you

Some lady that work there said I had to wait a whole hour to see if my battery was no good. When I know for sure she could ve just tested the battery to know if the battery was dead and needed a new one or not! I had to drive home and come back wasting my gas just to come back to buy a new battery. Very inconvenient.

Bring back the trash cans is my first concern otherwise you allow litter the float down the street. Second thing is there's a bad manager there. He treated me very rude on 40th Street. I wasn't able to see his name behind his suspender I don't plan on coming back anytime soonfor this type of treatment

Love it its local, friendly an helpful with females along with Elders like myself. They welcome you with a smile an their staff don't mind listening to Elders are people in general that don't understand . I love them so glad they are so close by. Also their prices are great an they help with all they can.

This store is understaffed or mis- managed. Long wait times at check out. When you purchase a part at another store and have to pick it up at this location, you have to wait in line again. Bad policy and truthfully it is financially hindering for them.

My battery died at my work and I got a jump start and took it here at 930pm at night. Alfred was kind enough to ring up my new battery and install it in my car. I was very grateful for him and he did a great job

I got the parts I needed and was helped promptly. However, the woman who was helping me was not very nice from the start. No personality. Just seemed like she didn't want to help me, or didn't like working with customers. This is your job. There are other people who wish they could have your job. Be grateful and enjoy the privilege of getting paid.

All the gentlemen are very helpful. Luke always helps me when I come in. If I need a funnel they always let me borrow the one that belongs to them. They are very honest and straightforward. You guys are doing great. Great customer service

Came here this morning and a young man named Aaron helped me. He was amazing !! Went above and beyond for me. He was polite kind and patient. He tried every possible way to save me money which I appreciated. I needed a new battery, he gave me a jump to allow me to get my kids to school. I came back and he replaced my battery for me. He was just a doll !! Employees like him are hard to find!! Would definitely come back to him and recommend this location to anyone.

The staff wad very friendly and knowledgeable! I wasn't sure which tool or tools I needed to test coils on a 04 F150 and they were very patient with me. Of course they were busy so this kind of service was very much appreciated. They would have gotten 5 stars but they were out of 2 different sockets I wanted. They did check other stores to locate the sockets I wanted and there were 2 within 3 miles but I did not feel up to making the drive

For 5 workers who were there, some just walking around. They had a line of 3 people waiting to be checked out. Lol, they could have shown initiative and opened the other register to get the people out. The guy who checked my things out was actually cool and nice. Other than that, I hate to see how this place would be when it got super busy.

woman working there was super rude and answered my question by saying "no" and walking away. Weird because I've had great experiences with employees here before.They also, for the first time ever, did not offer to install my wiper blades.

I walked into the store and it is very busy. I found a nice leather steering wheel cover, some glass cleaner in a spray can so it will not spill. I stood in the long line and was thanking all bad things. There were at least 5 guys working, all were rushing around. A tall lady with tattoos walked in the door. She looked in a rush too. There was a tiny older man with silver hair. He was super helpful with a customer. There was a really tall heavy set kid. He was helping people and was polite. There was a guy with a man bun hairdo. He helped some lady that needed a product to quiet her risers. He politely answered a bunch of questions. He even acted like they were real good questions. It was finally my turn. I got the "girl". She rang up my items and asked if I wanted anything else. I asked her if she had wipers for my truck, aaaand if I bought them, I needed them installed. Because I am just as bad as the lady with the engine noise. She politely smiled and said she had someone available to install them. She fetched the wipers and asked me to walk out with her. She said she wanted to verify that she had the right ones for my truck. I paid for all my items and she walked out to my truck. Another employee "man bun" walked out behind us. She said he was going to make sure she did the job right. With his instruction she installed the wipers. Buuuuuut then he said, "Please try them before you go". Whaaaaaaat!!! Wow! What service!! I am so impressed with tattoo girl and man bun. I didn't have cash on me so I could not force a tip on them. I wish they were at every store and restaurant that I go to. I know they would be just as awesome anywhere.

The staff was extremely helpful especially Aaron. He went above and beyond. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. When what he suggested solved my problem, it put a HUGE smile on my face! And when he saw that i was happy it made him smile too! I will be going to that store for all my automotive needs because of the great customer service i received tonight! Thank you fellas!

I had a less than knowledgeable employee with a bad attitude. He kept insisting that they didnt have what I was looking for in stock. So I asked if there was anyone else that could help me out. The manager then came to the computer just to find out that had exactly what I needed and that kid had no idea what he was talking about telling me they dont have the loan a tool I needed. That kids got horrible customer service.
