Came to get my battery checked but once I saw the tester they used I realized I probably wasn t going to get a correct diagnosis.Employee said it seemed fine on the tester and all should be good but I knew something was up with the battery.Drove right around the corner to get a second opinion and they came out with a large tester that looked professional. Sure enough the battery was failing.Can t trust the battery testing at this Autozone, not sure if all locations use the same equipment.

A true American store. I always find what I'm looking for and at a great price. They have a member rewards program and sales all the time. #1, they support and provide a discount to former and current military. Keep up the great work AZ, you have a loyal customer here.

Was just there for windshield wipers. Great experience.Rudy was very nice and helpful. I was not sure which ones to go for and he helped replacing my old ones. Definitely coming back here !

Slow customer service. Empty store and always need to wait. Lady with big eyelashes was so rude.The only one very nice and helpful is an Hispanic guy seems like he is a manager. I think his name is Elias. I go to this store very often, twice a week, and always the same thing. Slower than the DMV

Worst locationThey have so many people in there and no of them working, either eating or chitchatting, they were racist to my mechanic, I called over 6 times to complain to the manger and they keep me on the line for 10 minutes and manger never picks up the phone.I will never go to this location again and I have commercial account, always they loss my orders and I have to wait longerO Reilly cross street way better service and professional workers

I visit this place this place most of the time it has the parts you looking for available. But sometimes they are really busy and it takes a while to get help.

Magnificent. The store manager took great care of me, and the guy at the register as well. I couldn't use my fleet account, so I received a 10% courtesy discount. I really recommend them, they have always treated me very well.

The AutoZone on Inland Center, San Bernardino....I got yelled and cussed at, by Ann (claiming that she is the manager and she won't give a s..t if I call the corporation to further complain) because I complained for being on hold on the phone for 30 minutes... while I was still on hold when I got to the store... after all the yelling and the laughing and derogatory comments from the other two colleagues of her's (men) she/they did not want to help with my car needs... I will never shop at AutoZone and will spread the word about their ugly attitude...

Had Joe help me with retrieving a crankshaft position sensor. I forgot I needed spark plugs as well so when he came back from the back I asked for them and he was happy to get those for me as well. He didn't get upset because I didn't ask for them with the other part. He was curtious and very friendly. He even helped me carry out the oil to my car. Thank you for the help Joe, keep up the great customer service.

Pretty good service! I ordered some window wipers for my grandpa's Ford F-150 and some guy named Malachi came out of his way and put them on for him then and there since i live no more than 5 mins away! Great work, after installing he then tested them and yes, they worked, cleaned the windshield like new. Ask for Malachi!!

Thank you to the crew inside that were helpful as well as kind when I was concerned about being outside after dark in a vulnerable/unprotected position with my head under the hood and many people lingering around outside. I appreciated the security. Thank you

Where do I start. I live north end of San Bernardino, But because of your team specially your manager Miriam, I will continue to come to this store, she always finds everything I ask for, always courteous, always professional, professional attitude and most of all excellent customer service and The store is always clean and tidy. Keep up the great work.

My replacement battery died before I had it even 1 yrs. I already had to replace it once. The lady, she's the store manager said the 3 yrs was up on the 1st battery so they would not honor the warranty if the 2nd battery ended before its three year life expectancy. Battery was not good, did not hold a charge. I'll buy from the factory from now on.

This Autozone is great! Good selection of products and friendly staff. It does get busy in waves I've noticed. Sometimes your in and out in 5 minutes. Sometimes you're waiting in line for a bit. Just the nature of most inner city auto parts stores. It doesn't have much to do with the staff. They honestly try to get you out as quick and efficiently as possible. It has some different safety protocols then other Autozones due to the sketchy area as well. Overall a great Autozone to hit up with a Harbor freight, Napa, Oriellys, and other vendors nearby.

Force me to wear mask after stating I have a medical conditon....that is discrimination and I do not agree with it....its wrong and to all the employees that work at this location that I got told have asthma and still have to wear a mask....you can file for a medical card for mask exemption...then according to hippa laws autozone will not be able to harass you or enforce the mask upon you as an employee with a medical condition....

I came in today with my check engine light on. I was greeted by parts manager Daniel and he was awesome he helped me with the code reader and helped me with explaining what the codes that came up meant. Thank you Daniel.

I went into autozone this evening to return something I didn t have use for. There was a gentleman who was working by the name of Will. (From my observation, the store manager) the store was pretty busy and not only was Will patient, he was answering everyone s questions thoroughly in a timely manner. Not just that but he was also training another gentleman. 5 stars goes out to this particular autozone for Wills great customer service.

This location allows Homeless Encampments on their property which is both unsafe and unsanitary, I'll take my Business to a Business that cares about their property and customers.

Just want to say a huge THANK YOU to DOMINGO@ autozone! I went into the shop to buy coolant, and not knowing much about cars, i didnt know where to put it. Domingo, one of the agents was so helpful, he told me about the importance of it and even went out to the car to take a look at it for me and show me where I can pour the coolant in. I am so grateful for his help, profesionalism, and knowledge!

I called to this place and Raymond Cerragosa was very helpful great customer service . I had been having a difficult time calling other autozones and trying to get information about a part for my vehicle and none of them seemed to know what I was talking about . But when I called to this place Raymond right away knew what part I was looking for . It s always nice to call to these type of places knowing that the employees have knowledge of auto parts .

The whole crew at this place,was more interested in being social butterflies,than employed by AUTOZONE!! MAY I SAY PLEASE IF YOU DONT LIKE THE WORK... QUIT. I LIKE A STORE WHERE THE TIME AND CASH ARE WORTH IT.just saying. HAPPY HOLIDAYS

Nirmally i would only give a buffet with no pies 4 stars. But im gonna give them fuve stars for bejng so nice about how i got angry about there being no prime rib. I ghought it was prime rib tuesdays, but the womsm explained it was actuslly mondsy and they are an suto parts storr and dont hsve food fir sale only auto parts. Sorry...
