Byron installed an aftermarket suspension system in my Lexus. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle, installation procedure, and required follow up. While the install had its rough patches, he stayed calm and always kept my in the loop on every little snag or change. He is honest, fair, and skilled at what he does. I have brought my Jeep to Byron at Ross Valley Auto a handful of times for various maintenance and repairs. He has always been thorough with his vehicle inspection, and detailed with his estimates. He has been able to identify where issues are occurring that stumped multiple mechanics before. His work is top quality and I always leave happy knowing that I can trust his honesty and reliability. Bought a ~20 year old jeep and a friend recommended we go see Byron to have it evaluated and some basic work done. He is just a total pro! He communicates super clearly and understood exactly what our situation was (wanted to have it in good shape, but not go too crazy). He knew the car inside and out after about 15 minutes. He was incredibly detailed in his estimate and observations and had the car ready same day. He will absolutely be our go-to guy for this car as long as we own it.

Byron is gifted at what he does. He can fix and maintain the integrity of any car. He is also a trusted friend, which I why I sought him out to do some major engine work on my 2012 Prius-C. He contacted us throughout the process with updates to make sure we felt assured and he was transparent about everything that would need to be fixed. I have been pleased and confident with my decision to travel to Ross Valley Auto from the start. We live in Benicia, so I had a great test drive home. My car sounds, feels and drives like the day I got her. Byron did a fantastic job and saved me a lot of money and from buying a new car unnecessarily. Marin residents, you have a Toyota expert at your fingertips, and someone gifted in fixing and maintaining hybrid technology at that! Excellent. Was a little apprehensive when I found out that Rick I sold the business. After doing business with the owner twice so far, I can say I'm very happy with his service. He is honest and practical and his pricing is very reasonable. He is extremely knowledgeable and works on numerous other brands. Would highly recommend!
