I just got my car today, all repairs done by Luxe Collision.Everything looks great and fantastic! The team did a wonderful job, it was beyond excellent! My car looks so brand new, so clean, fresh and beautiful at all. The team is so passionate, helpful, approachable. Such an excellent customer service!!Forever grateful to this awesome team, Norberto, Lily and Jimena and the rest of the staff! Thank you thank you for all the work and it means so much to me, perfect time for thanksgiving. This shop is totally recommendable! More power to this team

I was looking for a body repair shop to repair my back bumper after someone rear-ended me. I found Luxe Collision online and when I stopped by, Lorenzo was there to greet me. He was super friendly and welcoming, and knew exactly what to do.Insurance companies can take a long time to process a claim, but Lorenzo was very proactive with my insurance company and transparent during the entire process. He even went as far to send pictures of the repairs in progress and call me with updates, something you don t normally get with a regular shop.When I got my car back, the wait was well worth it, my car is looking even better than before. All the sensors were working and the dents were all smoothed out perfectly. I couldn t tell it was involved in a collision!I don t want to get involved in a collision again but if I do, I know Luxe will be my first phone call.

I was referred to Luxe Collision, as they are certified by my Honda auto dealer, They did a fantastic job repairing paint damage and dents to a car I d owned only one month. They gave me clearly defined estimates and kept me apprised via phone and text whenever any change to the scope of work or timing of delivery might occur. Everyone I interacted with at Luxe was knowledgeable and professional. Best of all, my car once again looks brand-new! I hope l never again require collision repair, but if I do I ll go right back to Luxe.

I was not sure what to expect with Luxe Collision - -but they came highly recommended by those who regularly service my 2004 Honda Accord. My car was in a hit and run - and I sought to have repair work done. They gave me a very reasonable evaluation, and kept in touch with me to get the work done. I was extremely pleased with the quality and value of their work. My vehicle looks great and the job was completed before the estimated schedule. I highly recommend Luxe. I hope that I never have to use a collision repair service again but if I do - I would seek their services again. They were also very polite, efficient, and answered all my questions.

Luxe has the most seamless operation going on. Their communications with insurance companies and customers are top notch. I appreciated the texting feature. My car was finished within the time frame they gave me and the results are fantastic! Their whole team was amazing throughout the process. I highly recommend them.

Jimena and everyone at Luxe Collision were absolutely wonderful to work with during the process of getting our Lexus LX 570 repaired. They were able to get get us scheduled immediately, worked with our insurance company no problem, and finished the job quickly and professionally. The car looks amazing. I would highly recommend! They made the process easy and stress free.

This shop did a great job repairing damage to the front of my truck. Everything was handled very professionally, they did most of the work contacting the claims adjuster, and they kept me up to date with everything. The results are perfect, the repair is really well done.And they cleaned my truck for me, a nice touch. The overall process took a little less than two weeks, and I couldn't be happier.

Working with Luxe was a pleasure. Lorenzo was professional, kind, and excellent with his communications. He followed through at every step, kept in touch with me about progress, wrote thorough estimates/bills, and completed the job on the timeline as promised. Having a car in the shop is generally a pain, but working with Luxe made the process as smooth and pleasant as possible. So happy with the results! The car looks great!

Luxe Collision have been very professional folks to work with. The quality of repairs have always been very good and sustaining. Working with Jimena Avila has been a very enjoyable experience and she was very vaulable when dealing with insurance aspects of my specific claim.I hope you don't need to seek repairs to your vehicle but if you do I feel like you would be pleased working with Luxe Collision!

I've had nothing but excellent experiences with Luxe. Norberto and his team are top notch. Their attention to detail from minor body work to more severe body damage is truly the best we've found in Marin. I recently got into an accident with my 2020 Range Rover Sport. I was hospitalized and the car had significant damage but was not totaled out and needed some major work. I had used Luxe in the past for body damage on 2 different Lexus cars and I am so thankful I remembered them. I didn't feel comfortable with the body shop my car got towed to that was contracted with my insurance for repairs. I texted Norberto late in the day and explained what had happened and he had his team go pick up my Range Rover from the other shop the next morning and take it to his to do the repairs. When I asked him if he was contracted with insurance his reply was "We don't contract with any insurance because we work for our clients and do the work that is necessary on each car, not based on what the insurance wants." That being said, he worked seamlessly with my insurance (AAA) and I could have not felt more cared for. His shop cuts NO corners when doing repairs. All parts came from the car manufacturer (meaning he had to get them shipped from Land Rover in England) - not convenient for I'm sure but necessary to get the job done right. He even had the local dealership make a thorough check of the entire car before it was complete - it needed a couple other small things that I am sure would have been missed by almost anyone. I had known their work was solid before, but this experience was the best I could have hoped for in a pretty hard situation. Not only that, when the car was finally complete, I was still recovering at home and he delivered the car to my home personally. It looks brand new. THANK YOU NORBERTO and everyone at Luxe. Dear Neighbors,This is the story of these two outlawsgetaway car.Outlaw in the front, (my Goddaughter)Outlaw in Back her big brother.The getaway car Years ago, I bought the car in a garage sale.About two months ago, I took it to a car Body Shopnear the Redhill shopping center and asked the owner if he could paint it for $100That was all I could afford, and to be honest, I could not even afford thatbut I wanted to give it to my Goddaughter for easter.In hindsight, he probably thought, sure if this was 1982 I could,but instead, he said leave it with me and I'll see what I can do but I can t promise any miracles and yet that was exactly what he delivered. I got in a minor fender bender with my 2021 Tesla and I was worried because I know Teslas have a lot of unique features and parts that not all shops would have enough experience to be trusted. I'm SO GRATEFUL to have brought my Tesla to Luxe Collision for repair. They have excellent service and do top of the line work. With Teslas, some things have to be coordinated with Tesla's service center - which Luxe did seamlessly as part of the repair. I know they have contacts at Tesla service locations in Marin that not all body shops have which makes it easier ahead in the long line of service appointments at Tesla. I could have been waiting a few extra weeks at least had they not had such contacts. Luxe is a top-of-the-line collision repair shop for any vehicle - and I'm happy to report that Tesla owners have a place to take their injured vehicles! One thing I love is their communication is great and they work with all insurance companies to make the process smooth. You can even text their main number and get a prompt response from someone in the office. No detail is too small either - their work is meticulous! I would highly recommend their work and their customer service. If I could give more than 5 starts to them, I would - they deserve the business!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Three deer broadsided my vehicle causing extensive damage. A friend advised me that Luxe Collision was the best and Norberto who owns/operates Luxe was simply amazing. He and his staff are very professional, very responsive and their work is top notch. Norberto walked around the vehicle advising exactly what was needed. He prepared an estimate the same day as the inspection and uploaded photos to the insurance company on my behalf. He worked with the insurance company and created a very seamless stress-free experience. He repaired the vehicle in the time frame promised and had my car back to me when he said he would. He and his staff are very knowledgeable and super friendly. My car looks brand new! Norberto went above and beyond, and I felt as good as when you buy a new car and drive off the lot. I brought my car to Luxe and worked with the lovely Lily & Norberto. My new Volvo had damage to the rear bumper and a dent to the lift gate. They were knowledgeable, fast and friendly. Luxe Collision performed the repair work on my Lexus SC430 including bumper and undercarriage work, installing new parts and painting to match the custom color on the car. Lily was the person assigned to handle all the administrative details. She was thorough, professional and her communication working with the other insured parties insurance agent was complete, and timely. AMAZING service! Extremely communicative every step of the way. Our car suffered some vandalism and Luxe Collision was able to help right away! They spoke to our claims adjuster, and made sure I understood where we were in the process and what was still needed or pending ( i.e. parts and etc). It made the process less daunting. Luxe is a class business. They went above and beyond to work with our insurance. The body work was exceptional (we re picky!) They made sure everything was perfect and went the extra mile to figure out a sensor issue. They have a great staff and are very expeditious with communication and work.
