I ve used the services twice and I will definitely use it again for any future transport needs. Direct Express Auto Transport made transporting my car across the country very smooth and easy! Booking is quick and I got assigned a driver a week before pickup. The driver Yesun was prompt, punctual, and very communicative. I m glad I got my car back very quickly and in good condition. I would definitely recommend this company!

I am giving 4 stars because the person who answered the phone seemed annoyed with me because I accidentally messed up on my credit card number. I got the car delivered fine, but they told me the person delivering the car would call me to arrange a time. That never happened, and he ended up having to leave the keys in the tire of the car until I got off work. Overall, an okay company to work with, but the communication could be better.

Direct Express Auto made transporting my car across country so easy! Booking was so easy; Ashley provided great customer service. The pickup process was seamless with a great professional and communicative driver. I will definitely use Direct Express Auto again for my future transport needs.

Had a non-running truck shipped from CO to VA. Direct Express was very informative from the start, communicative throughout, and their supplier was professional at pickup and drop off. Had some obstacles getting the non-running truck off the trailer due to our sloping driveway; however, after multiple strategies applied, it was successfully squeezed into our garage. Yay! So glad I did not have to transport it myself!

Easiest part of purchasing my car was booking Direct express for shipping. I booked rush transport on Wednesday evening, car was assigned transport on Friday Morning and was here Saturday morning! Best of all the rate was way better than anyone else I checked with by far! I would use them again in a heartbeat.

I tried to book online and couldn't because the truck I was shipping was lifted. I called and immediately got an answer. They offered me assistance over the phone and got me a driver the same day. The Driver was good and responsive. He had the truck from Denver to Austin in 2 days. The turnaround was impressive. The only dissapointing thing is that they charge an extra $100 for a vehicle that is lifted. This makes no sense and is not warranted. I was in a pinch and needed to find shipping asap. The extra charge was my only negative that I would say about the service. Overall, I was glad to have my truck to me in one piece and done promptly!

I have been using Direct express Auto Transport since 2013 and I have had 5 Cars shipped to me, Direct express gets me Best Rates, a fast pickup and delivery. My recent delivery was from Texas to California, my car was picked up same day & arrived a day earlier than expected with excellent care by the driver unloading it in an enclosed transport. The cars I have had delivered are all high end exotic cars, Very nice lady Nicole took care of me my order # was 232934. I am a loyal customer for life. Nick S.

I got a shipment book on a Wednesday and my car was picked up on Saturday and delivered on Monday from Ft Worth to Western Montana.Driver did great, booking was easy and fast. I would use them again if I need to ship a car again.

They deserve 6 stars! Amazing service. Zero worries. They brought my 2 non running project cars in pretty much 2 days from Oregon to New Mexico. The driver (Thomas) was answering my texts every time I had a question. I tried dealing with 9 other different AutoTransport companies and they kept playing games and lying about the price estimates/dates. Direct Express Auto Transport earned my respect and business in the future. I highly recommend upgrading to Rush when transporting a car from remote locations to remote locations. I am so happy! These people saved my Thanksgiving! (I was going to drive myself during the holiday to pick up the cars, but I found them instead). Thank you again!

Extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient staff who made scheduling my transport easy. Trucking assignment and pick up was made quickly and on time. Everything went flawlessly with the delivery and my vehicle arrived in perfect condition. Great communication every step of the way. The day after I asked for the vehicle to be picked up, it was! Seems like the mid tier and expedited tier get the quickest response. I've used Direct Express twice and the vehicle arrived both times without issue. I also appreciate that a live person can be reached if you have questions.

I ve had a very good experience with this company, providing me with quick and efficient services, considering there is a possible backlog of vehicles shipping from California these days. The car was picked up the day after I made a reservation and delivered to Florida nine days later. Attaching some photos My order # 250953 and my customer service representative was John. And yes, I will ship my second car with them again soon.

My order number was 218195 and my representative was Jessie. I booked a transport using the expedited rate ( middle one) and immediately after I placed the order I noticed I entered the wrong email. I called and got it fixed right away and they even resent the order confirmation. So onto the shipping portion. I had a 2018 Nissan 370z Sport shipped from Texas to South Carolina. I entered the earliest pickup day on a Saturday and was notified on Monday that they had scheduled a driver. I should also mention this was the week before Christmas. The car arrived in perfect shape on Wednesday afternoon. Amazing service would absolutely use again. The customer service is what really made this for me, I called several times about certain aspects since this was my first time shipping a vehicle and they helped me with solid advice every time. A+ perfect could not be happier.

I've used this company to transport my Jeep 3 times now and I would not hesitate to use them again. All of the assigned drivers have been very friendly and easy to deal with. Sometimes the drivers can be a little slack with communication but it pays to be proactive and contact the drivers yourself. Once they are assigned to pick up your vehicle you will receive the driver's contact info. Best prices and great service!

Expected a delay because I was shipping from a fairly remote area. I placed the order on Saturday. The car was picked up on Tuesday and delivered Wednesday. Plus they were over $200 cheaper than the previous company I used last year. Very Happy.

They assigned Enoch LLC order #202416 to pick up my vehicle in Florida and deliver to North Carolina. Driver was very professional and quick about delivering my vehicle...2 days I was in shock!!! I would have given him 10 stars if I could!

We booked the transport Thursday, Friday the driver was selected, we received the vehicle Saturday morning. From start to finish the entire process exceeded my expectations. Communication was also excellent.

Direct Express got the vehicle transported, but it was a S-L-O-W process. Like the other companies out there, they are Brokers, they themselves do not do actual transporting. It took just under 3 weeks from the desired pickup date given to Direct Express Auto to 'find' a driver and that was only after I paid them an extra $200 for "Rush" delivery (on day 18). Car was picked up 3 days later by 3rd Party carrier -- no complaints with him. Car moved from Southern Calif to Northern Oregon. Total time from request to delivery was exactly 3 weeks.

This is the most unprofessional dispatch towing company ever. I paid for express shipping 1-4 days and it s been a week and I still haven t received my car I contacted the company and they can t even give me a discount, I was told that it s only a day late I have small children and I work however they don t care that Ubers are over 100 dollars when it s snowing why advertise express shipping and turn around just to not stand on they word this company should be sued for false advertising. I ll never use this company again this world is all about money these days and don t care about people feelings why pay extra if your drivers can t stand on there word

I had two vehicles transported from California to Arizona and both vehicle arrived safe and sound. Overall this was a very pleasant experience, from the initial call to the driver who made the delivery, customer service was awesome.Thank you.

This was the first time I used an auto transport service. Direct Express Auto Transport did a fantastic job for me. The projected timing was met, the car arrived in pristine condition, the driver was friendly, and he took great care to unload the car in a way that the undercarriage would not scrape the pavement. I will certainly use them to transport my next purchase and I encourage other users to consider their service.

Needed our car moved from California to Texas. Spoke with Ashley at Direct Express and she knew her stuff. She guided me through the process and set us up with Jana Transportation, a company that did an excellent job. (This car is my husbands baby!) I would definitely use this business again.

Addition to review - Days after getting the cancellation email I get a call from the driver. He was calling to give an ETA for vehicle pickup. Apparently Direct Express didnt even inform him of the cancellation. Again, the communication is really awful.Although I did not use this company for a shipment I did deal with them. I had made an order online. I got a automated email confirming the order. After which a week and a half passed with no other communication. Needing to ship two vehicles cross country I started to get worried that my vehicles would not get shipped in time. I used the messaging portal on their website to cancel the shipment. Again I did not get any communication. I called them a few days later and spoke with a customer rep, I believe her name was Jessica. I explained to her that I tried to reach them through their website and needed to cancel my shipment. She became pretty rude when I told her I was unhappy about the lack of communication. She was even more rude when I kept insisting that I wanted to cancel my order and be refunded the money that I was charged for the vehicle assignment that was made after I tried to cancel the order. I'm glad I found a different company that actually kept open communication with me about my cross country move.

I got a quote for different packages, standard which will take up to 7days to get a Driver, Expedite up to 4 days and rush up to 2 days. I paid for Expedite and after 7 days, I was asked to add extra $200 because they can't find a driver. Mind you, I have started paying storage fees after 3 days. I call another company and they got me driver at the same day, at the same rate I was billed 7 days ago. This company is not ready ..

The process was smooth, I placed the order a few days before the vehicle was going to be available for pick up and they had a driver for me for the day I indicated it was gonna be ready. The drivers are third party companies who get the jobs through Direct Express and in my case the driver was very nice and professional, and maintained good communication with me until delivery. All in all, my cost was about 20% less than other quotes I got from other places.

This was such a great experience! The entire process was so smooth- from checking out online to getting the car. The car arrived 3-4 days early, which was so exciting. It was only 2 days after placing the order online! Almost too good to be true. The delivery driver (and his son who was with him) were so kind and professional. The car was in perfect condition upon arrival. Highly recommend this company!

My experience with Direct Express Auto Transport: no complaints. Fast turnaround time, streamlined process. Great price as well.However, the towing company they contracted out was a headache to deal with. They kept saying they were going to pick up the car, then didn't. Then they kept saying they were going to drop it off by some date, then didn't because they confused my shipment with another. I left explicit instructions on handling the car because of the delay, which never got communicated to the driver.When it finally arrived, the battery was dead; I'm sure because the driver left some light on. To his credit, he spent about 20 minutes trying to jump it with me before he gave up.Communication with this company was unprofessional & Informal, & full of mostly verbal promises. Nothing malevolent or rude, but perhaps more clueless.Direct Express Auto Transport should consider cutting out Precision Auto as a subcontractor.

Excellent transport service. I used the mid-range option, and, as promised, my car was picked up within 4-5 days. We shipped New Mexico to Maine. Our moving van was packed on the 26th of July, the car was picked up on July 30. We got the car August 3rd, before any of our other belongings. The transport driver was fantastic. Thanks, Roman! The car, because it wasn't on a covered transport, was pretty dusty, but was otherwise in perfect condition from when I had left it. I will certainly be recommending this company to others.

It was a totally pleasant and delight experience with Direct Express Auto Transport! I shipped my car from MD to OH and made a booking for pick-up on Sunday and transporter was assigned three days after (it was so quick!). On the same day, transporter contacted me and let me know the time to arrival for pick up. My car has delivered next day so it literally takes only 4 days shipping my car! Transporter was very kind, professional, and reliable and always on time both for picking up and delivery.Most of all, the price beats all other auto transport quotes!! No hidden fee as they highlighted, some type of deposit when transporter was assigned, and paying rest of fees at the delivery! Very convenient and trustworthy.I text my transporter to show my gratitude as "thank you for your service, I will definitely use your service next time if I have to ship my car again!"FYI, my order number was 251399 and main customer service representative who was taking care of my case was Jessie.
