I would highly recommend Spectrum Auto Collision. When they had my car I was getting text message about the progress of how my car was doing. Everyone in the office is extremely nice. They even contacted the enterprise for me. I didn't have to do anything.

Over all been a bad experience. Had to return car on 3 different occasions after my mom s car was ready for pick up. The quality assurance is non existent, I deal with a new rep each time and they all assure it ll get fixed the right way and it never does. To top it off they are on the insurances side, they do not have your back.

Great experience Body of my car is excellent. Elias and Breanna excellent team we were all very patient with each other. Car still has flaws with engine. Need to check warranty on work done. David was FANTASTIC! Easy peasy... Geico referred me over and everything went smoothly. They had it overnight and was ready the very next day. This is definitely my new "go-to" shop! I had no problems whatsoever. I had to reschedule 3x within two days because I just couldn't get there due to other appointments overlapping. They were easy to reschedule with and completely understood. They were very nice and professional from start to end. Thank you!

Can't comment on the work done by the body shop, but Breanna (spelling?) at the front desk was extremely professional and went out of her way to assist me. My insurance failed to send an agent out for a scheduled quote and Breanna took it upon herself to contact my insurance to get everything resolved. Many other shops would have shrugged it off and left me dealing with insurance directly.

Worst bodyshop ever. Took my truck to get repaired after an accident and they did a horrible job fixing it. None of the fenders and doors aligned right. Doors didn't close right. Bumper was way off. They probably used a off brand paint because paint didn't match original.The guy there which is the owner sides with the insurance. He won't help you at all.They also returned me my truck with a dead battery. Save yourself the headache this shop has given me and just go somewhere else.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

Professional organization that communicated well. The work was as promised. However, I left my car with a half tank of fuel, when I picked it up, there was less than 3 miles before I ran out of gas. Clearly someone took my luxury car out for a spin, likely more than once.

Great professional business. From the office to the owner - staff is kind, friendly, professional, helpful and efficient! Quick response time and thorough estimate provided. Wonderful experience here, I will definitely return! Elias the manager is fantastic!! Cute atmosphere in the lobby with coffee, a nice tv and a comfy couch.

If you re looking for some horrible customer service I would highly recommend this shop. My sister car has been in the shop for 8 months and they still don t know what to do. The manage is very rude and needs to seek better training.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

What else can I say... these guys are as good as their website and YouTube videos say they are!Took my daughters vehicle in to be repaired after an accident and not only did it come back like new but the service was top notch.*They were very friendly.*They communicated with my insurance without a hitch.*We needed a vehicle replacement- they supplied us with a rental free of charge.*Answered all our questions.*Vehicle looked like new.In my opinion, probably the best auto body, collision shop in town. You won't be disappointed.

Spectrum auto was so easy to work with, they took care of everything with my insurance and they truly took the stress out of what seemed like a stressful process! The management and everyone there is so friendly and I'm so glad I found their shop. I was very satisfied with everything done and they even cleaned the interior of my car when I picked it up-they gave me a free loaner car which made the process even more easy :) I would recommend spectrum auto collision to anyone in search of a good shop. Amazing staff and very helpful thank you.

I've used Spectrum twice through Geico for repairs after car accidents. They are always friendly and able to patiently answer any questions I have. They also are communicative with a text alert option for repair updates, and my car was sparkling clean when I got it back!

I had an issue with the first business that my insurance company provided for me and they were unable to see me. What was turning into a horrible and frustrating experience, turned into a sigh of relief when Spectrum Auto Collision came to the rescue. They took me in and were able to help me out. My repair was initially not done correctly, and was not done in the time frame given to us. In the end, they made it right and treated us well. You can't avoid mistakes entirely, but you can make it right in the end, and they did.

Excellent service. All first class staff. The girl at the reception is bilingual and has such a beautiful way of treating all clients in a very professional manner. Besides, all the work they do is impeccable.Excelente servici�. Todo el personal de primera .
