I would recommend Salinas Auto Body to anyone in need of repairs. The front desk explained the process and they were able to get my car in for repairs quickly. They do great work and they work fast. I was able to get my car back 3 days earlier than expected.

First I d like to say that working with this company used to be nice before management change. The current manager (Johnny Keldsen) is very disrespectful to the workers. I gave a two week notice courtesy for the company to be able to find a new hire. I was then terminated on the spot. I was never given a reason for that. This goes to show how much he appreciates the employees at this location.

Fortunately, Salinas Auto Body has performed exceptional repairs to not one but unfortunately, two of our family's vehicles due to damages caused by other drivers. Both times, from the front office to the workers in the back, I have been welcomed with a very respectful, hardworking, diligent group of employees. I feel so comfortable joking around with the workers and have had no issues from my initial call to the shop till receiving my car back. Very organized place. Quite impressed to say the least. I kept getting messages that my vehicle would be ready for pick up on 12/8/23, I called around 11am on the 8th and was told they would call me when my vehicle was ready. At around 3:30pm I received a call and was told my vehicle was ready to be picked up, my Fianc�e was doing the pick up since I was at work. My fianc�e told me he was waiting for them to wash my vehicle but he had been waiting for an hour when he told me this, which I thought was odd because they had told me I could pick up my vehicle. Then I receive a call from the body shop close to 5pm advising me that there was a hiccup, I don t mind delays, what I mind is having my fianc�e or myself waste our time when we were told the vehicle can be picked up when it wasn t in fact ready to be picked up. That was aggravating.
