Don t go here . Run around and No sense of urgency . I went in for a simple suspension part that just needed to be tightened. I went early once they opened i seen a few of there tech people just standing around and there ramps were empty . I explained what I needed and the response was , we don t know if that s what you need you have to make an appointment first I had explained what I thought it was but I didn t get no response it was dismissed Carlos didn t even want to give me a time estimate . As a business you should want to attract people through communication not push them away . I went to Ulysses Smog down the street and as I first pulled in they guided me to a ramp and tighten some bolts in 20 min I was gone . I tipped and paid them a full 2 hours of work just as extra . As someone who has a fleet of cars I won t come here again and I ll make sure not to recommend. Front counter guy - Carlos work on your communication skills and don t make your customers feel irrelevant.

They got the job done but ladies and gentlemen bring your pillows and blankets because even though I made an appointment man what a snooze I took. Service took an hour and 15 minutes just for a scheduled oil change, at least they didn t mess up my car.

I am completely satisfied with their service and staff. Robert was extremely patient and helpful. Being a woman it is difficult to find auto services that will not take advantage of you. Rossi Bros. Is A1! From initial phone contact Elias was knowledgeable. I had 4 new tires put on. Efficient, patient with me, and affordable. Ive waited to do this review because i wanted to see the quality of tires . It has been 3 mos so far so good! Keep up the great works!

The folks a Rossi s are the best! I was told at the dealership that I needed a new tire because the nail in it was too close to the sidewall. If I have to buy a tire it will always be from Rossi s so I called them and they had me come in and fixed it for free! While I waited! I appreciate their care for their customers so much, it s not every place that will treat you so well.

Really nice people. I went in without an appointment and explained my problem which if let go was going to turn into a really big issue. They made an appointment the next day and went to the extra effort to patch me up well enough to be sure I wouldn't have any ill effects till I came back. When I came back the next day the parking lot was so busy I got nervous about parking my big vehicle. I finally just put it in park, walked in and gave them the keys and told them to do it. They were big sports about it. They were great, solved my problem and got me back on the road.

I was in Salinas on an Emergency Hospital visit. Well coming into town I had Car problems. Michael and the Staff took care of my needs in a very honest and professional and timely manner. Thank you for your help, it is greatly appreciated, David.

I can't recommend Rossi Bros enough. They get the job done right and with care. They've even got a shuttle service to take you where you need to go (in town)! 10/10 never going anywhere else for a job they can do.

I've been coming to this shop for many years now for tire service on my two vehicles and have found the service to be second to none. I've found Mike Rossi and Carlos to be very knowledgeable and honest in dealing with customers. They are very good about selling you the right tire for the car you have and the type of driving you do. I highly recommend this shop and I think you will be very pleased and comfortable dealing with them.

Changed my break fluid here and it went bad 2 months later. Plus they tried to short change with 40 bucks. Classic scumbag mechanic shop

So I went this morning to check out this place. I had a tire that was losing pressure how to fill it up every week well anyways Michael at Rossi's bros took care of me in a very professional manne. Quite honestly I still don't believe the amazing service he gave me today. I would be definitely coming back for a new set of tires here. This shop is very transparent with their work.Update 1-14-21. So today I had a 2nd issue with another vehicle I went over there Carlos took care of me I would definitely recommend this place to anybody. Next time i am in need of tires, this will be the place. No more Calderon.

If you are looking for a tire shop that will provide service after your purchase this is definitely not the shop for you. I purchased a set of 4 top of the line Michelin tires from them. When I came in for a nail in my tire it was clear they did not want to patch it. The employee at the counter told me I would need to leave the car for 6 hours for them to fix it. I have bought tires before and the shops I have gone to in the past have provided air checks, rotations and patches for tires purchased through their business. Rossi Bros. Tire and Auto Service will never get any business from me again.

They thoroughly tested my tire and wheel for a leak and installed a new valve stem, found no leak and remounted the tire at no charge! Great service and comfortable lounge with TV and good coffee. I will buy my future tires there.

Great customer service! We were driving up 101 and realized a nail punctured our tire. Stopped at Rossi Bros and they patched it up immediately

Great service. Greeting with a genuine smile. Let me know before repairing or replacing anything; I was asked first! Clean waiting room with free coffee. Best of all... Clean bathrooms!!!! Great place for car servicing! I'm recommending them to everyone!!!! Definitely 5 star service!!!!

Very friendly and helpful. We live in Salinas, have bought new tires here, and had them put on 2 of our cars. Great service, no problems. On our 3rd vehicle, we had a blowout down in King City one night over Christmas holidays, and they loaned us a tire to get back to Salinas, and then we purchased 2 tires as replacements. Thank you Rossi Bros.!

I have done business with Rossi's for years and each time I am more impressed by their quality of work and wonderful customer's sartisfaction concern. I would not consider a change to any other dealer. I have found their prices to be quite fair too as compared to other tire dealers in the area..

I bring my 2016 VW to these guys and will continue to do so. They have fair prices and take there time to do the job right the first time. They are honest people and I highly recommend them.

Extremely grateful for the amazing service I received especially arriving there 15 minutes prior to closing. Which I apologized for over & over again but they were still able to help me with replacing my bad tire. Thanks again guys!

I ve been coming here since I moved to Salinas 11 years ago and will never go to another place. Michael, Carlos and the rest of the staff do fantastic work and are very professional and transparent. You can t get better service anywhere else

This spot is way better then the rossis in hollister , the hollister branch has horrible service .. definitely will be back to this site from here on out

I pretty much go to Rossi Bros for any car maintenance I need. Their prices are reasonable and I find their customer service admirable.
