Excellent experience. First one there went exceptionally well. Did oil/filter change, battery terminal cleaning, and new air filter. Tech was extremely helpful, courteous, and professional. He explained the oil light remaining on after he went to reset it. Was going to rotate tires if needed as I could not tell. He said they were wearing evenly and did not need rotating. Vehicle belongs to my grandsons room/teammate attending college and playing baseball here. I told them to come here to take care of their future oil changes.

Oil change service was quick and easy. They knew exactly what kind of oil my car needed, how frequently I need to get it changed, and didn't bother me with extras.Waiting room was clean and comfortable. Handicap bathroom was available along with a small water fountain.

First time to visit Jiffy lube in North Main Street, Salinas. They changed the transmission fluid for my Toyota Camry 2020, and it is so far so good. Thank you!

Wasn't really a fan of this place. Make you feel like using a coupon is bad and have to verify with every person that it's ok to use this is after you agree to get the service done. Also left oil stain smudge on my car and didn't reconnect glove carpartment handle......annoyed.

Took my wife s car here for an oil change and it turns out they cut the bottom panel of her car and put a beer can inside it. This caused a weird noise until we found the cause. I just notified Jiffy Lube customer service, will see if they take care of it, otherwise I will leave this here unedited. Definitely recommend going elsewhere for your car service needs.

They went over and beyond more then I would ever expected, full oil change, wipers, and a battery. Fast and they gave me a steal of a deal. Not what I was expecting. Great service

Worst service. I ve gone here before for an oil change and I should ve known better when they thought a Subaru was a German car. Nonetheless I went back and I regret my decision. My car is making a terrible noise and it s lit up like a Christmas tree. They thought this was sufficient and sent me on my way. I would never go back here, they know absolutely nothing about cars.Service: Oil change

I needed brakes change ASAP ! and I called jiffy lube to see if they can install my new brakes on the same day and they said yes. They didn t let me down like other places. I called before. I drove to jiffy lube got assisted right away . All the gentlemen there are very kind and professional. They did my front brakes in a hour. And the best part , is the prices ! price for the brakes change is good/decent Not over priced exaggerated like other places. They got the job done and for a good price. I recommend coming here for sure. And I will be back for my back breaks change . This is my number 1 place to come now. Thanks youService: Brakes

Showed up around 5pm with 6 cars ahead of me. I asked Jose if they would be able to change my front brakes & rotors. He replied it s a tight fit but we will be able to do it. They got it done in an hour & Jose & Joel provided me great knowledge on servicing my car and showed me other local prices. I left extremely happy with the service and price paid for my brakes since it was half the price my Nissan was trying to get me to pay.

I have a CVT transmission (kind of expensive to change the fluid $270), but they researched and discovered the manufacturer called for a much less expensive, and more common fluid (still 100% synthetic)... only $70. I m so grateful for their diligence to triple check that the info was correct & for their honesty. The dealer wanted to charge $330.

So two years ago I loved it here. However yesterday i went in to get a conventional oil change and the guy was giving me an outrageous price of almost $150.00. When I asked he said prices went up well I take 2 other vehicles there and was recently there and paid less than $50.00. I asked what he was charging? He said that was only for oil and filter yeah ok.... Duces miss me cause Oil Can Henry charged me $60 and topped off all off my oils and were really nice to me. My 3 vehicles and I will not miss y'all just saying.

I find it funny that companies like these use the tools necessary to keep their business going during COVID but as soon as policies change the tools and customer service goes away. During Covid you would drive up stay in your car even to Pay. So I went to this location on N Main st (first time). I had three kids 2 babies and a 5 year old . We waited in line for 40 minutes and another 15 minutes for the oil change. When finished they said there was no way of me paying staying in the car that I had to get off . What a joke. First time and last. Seaside location way faster. Last oils change I pulled up and left within 20 minutes. Go to Seaside

Sometimes good, sometimes not that much. Service depends on your luck and who is on the shift. I do the oil change here, and they check all the basic stuff that I usually don't, so... from that perspective, it gives me a little more tranquility beleive that I'm seeing the full picture. Although I don't always like the service (sometimes they are lazy to check what I ask them to), I usually come here for oil changes (and bc I have a $10 discount card).
