Fast, fair, and great service: I recently took my car in for a battery problem and car service. Not only did they warranty the battery and installed a new one at their cost but also honored a year old free oil change coupon. The other services were addressed promptly as well.I have been taking my vehicles here for years, and have been impressed with the fast and efficient service. Amit is a great guy.

Had an unexpected issue with my car during a road trip when driving from Monterey back to my home in SoCal. They were able to perform multiple tests and resolve the issue within a few hours to get us back on the road! Very nice folks in the office

The staff are knowledgeable and I'm confident they will solve practly any automotive issue you have. I described my problem and could tell the person I worked with was tracing it out in his mind. They are smart and diligent. Please check them out if you have any automotive issues. That is especially true if you have taken it to the dealership and have that sinking feeling you're about to get robbed. The dealership said it would cost over $1900 to fix my AC issue, and Green Phoenix did it for me for under $200.Services: Air conditioning, Smog certification

They were able to email me a copy of my smog while I was at the DMV. Extra steps like that are a good example of excellent customer service.

These dudes suck when it comes to carburetor smog check!! It took them over a week my car was sitting there literally for over a week and they could not diagnose or find out what was wrong with my car in order for it to pass California emissions. I took it to my usual mechanic as soon as I found out he was back and it took my normal mechanic less than two days to figure out the problem and get it took pass and back on the road

Amit and Maria were both extremely helpful with my situation. Have been struggling getting my car up and running to be able to pass smog. Maria provided excellent customer service and Amit being the owner helped out personally and even explained things to me as a customer even when other technicians were there to do the job. Shows a lot of commitment and love for his work that he provides as a mechanic.10/10 would recommend getting work done there whether it be simple things like oil changes or a smog check or even more intensive work. They will be 100% honest with you and if you ask questions they will their best to explain what they're doing to resolve any issue.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Smog certification

Walked in to get a smog cert done on a car that had been sitting in my garage for awhile. Ahmit or Ahmed and staff will do a sensor check to ensure you're ready for smog. I appreciate how they aren't trying to rip you off. I was able to complete a drive cycle properly and Maria ensured car readiness before running the test. They even allowed me to go back a couple times and check to see if all the sensors had cleared. For smog cert, their walk-in service is now my go to.Service: Smog certification

I recently brought my vehicle in for multiple issues, only knew a few things about what was wrong. They got my vehicle running, diagnosed it, and fixed the issues. The owner as well as employees treated me properly and were very professional with the business they provide. I would definitely recommend taking your vehicle here if you want true, honest, and reliable work done to your vehicle. I'll be going back for future work needed. Saturday 4:45pm. I needed a place to get my 87 BMW smogged. Found Green Phoenix after a quick search and decided to give them a shot. Amit, the owner was awesome. Super friendly, professional, and quick. Definitely bringing my cars here next time for my smog needs

When I bring a vehicle in at 7:30 on a Saturday that they charge a grand to fix, I expect them to start the job at 7:30, not at 2:30 on Sunday. I feel that you never intended to give us our vehicle back until Monday. We went there and talked to the guy fixing it and had to give him our number to call us when he was finished. There was not even a way to get ahold of you. The last time, you took a one day job and turned it into 3 days, upsetting my wife and I, who needed that vehicle, massively. The reasons we have come here in the past is that you don't price gouge or find invisible problems that need fixing. Sorry, but it is not enough to keep us as customers. We will not be back again. Learn to not over extend yourself. Maybe when someone comes in with a thousand dollar problem, they can go before the oil leaks and the smog checks. I expect if I am there first in the morning, I should be served first.

Four month ago I took my car in for a new starter. They charged me $ 360. For the starter. This morning I had to tow my car again. I towed to different car center. The owner told me that they put in old starter which was in bad condition.. and they didn't even tighten any of the screws so everything was loose... I been in business with them for over 20 years, and trusting my car in their care. ...wow they put my trust right in the trash... THANK You!

I have been bringing my cars to this auto shop for over 10 years, and I have never had a single problem with their work. Always cost what they said it would, never had an issue of having to bring the car back after repairs, friendly and efficient service. I always recommend them when people ask.

I don t understand these negative reviews. I ve been bringing my car for regular maintenance and emergency service for years and have always experienced friendly, professional and ethical service. I send my own mother there for all her car work and her experience has been similar to mine. Don t hesitate to check them out,

Brought my e46 M3 in for a new ignition coil. They diagnosed everything and did the work for a great fair price. They even fixed a couple minor vacuum leaks for nothing. I would definitly bring my car back here.

Slow..diagnosis was wrong, lied about sending smog info to DMV, false advertising, kept car all day and did NOTHING to it, I made appointment and it still took them 3 hours to just look at it., and then they asked me to bring it back...they get $ from BAR ,up to $500, for repairs on smog issues, so (at least in my case) they made stuff up. I went elsewhere, and passed it without incident. They are definitely practicing deceptive business tactics. I was not aware of that to begin with, but I know at least 4 others, that they tried to get $ from by fraudulently quoting made up issues with their vehicles.

Green Phoenix did a good job on my Lexus sedan. They changed the wiper blades, oil, and all my filters including the cabin filter.I appreciated being shown the relatively still clean air filter, and being advised that I could save money by not changing it more than necessary.

If I could give them a 0 I would , they had my car for a smog, all day( and I had a 8:30appt), said they ran the test and it didnt pass. Yet there was no paperwork, I paid the $95, even though it said don't pass ,dont pay. They said they'd apply it to the diagnosis cost. I took it elsewhere, after paying again, it passed just fine. No, they would not refund my money at green Phoenix. It's a much longer story, but it would unfold into a novel, just say they should Not be a star certified station !

I needed a new taillight case so I brought it in. They said they d have the part in two days. Days become weeks, weeks become a month, and no one there makes any effort whatsoever to contact me. No one. No calls, no emails, no texts; nothing. Zilcharooney. Then, after two police pullovers in two different towns, I go there and find they sent the part back. They say it will be days before they can get a replacement. The replacement comes and it s the wrong one! And they blame everybody but themselves for their incompetence, constantly making excuses and constantly trying to make me look like the instigator for reacting negatively to their stupidity and bungling. How they have not been shut down by now is beyond me.

Great service. Communicated and Amid the owner takes pride in great costumer service. They do a great job when it comes to maintaining our vehicles for a fair price.. it s nice to have an auto repair shop that you can trust.

This is a great place to get a smog check. They took me right in, we're very friendly and professional and the price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend Green Phoenix to anyone that needs a smog test!

The friendly high value professional service here is amazing. I had cooling system repairs and a full brake job done, and came back for my smog and oil change. It is great to have a garage like this so convenient in Main St. with a warranty at multiple locations.

Wanted $100 just to plug computer in for diagnosis, (most good mechanics will do for free). Then when i asked to talk to the mechanic because i know already know what the error code is, i was told "no, we dont let customers talk to the mechanic". Laughably worst auto auto-repair shop ive ever been to or heard of.

Made an appointment to have the oil changed. Was there over an hour and a half. Drove 5 hours to see the grandkids and son in law saw an oil leak. After the 5 hour drive coming home I had my husband climb under where he found the drain plug hand loose and a couple threads from falling out which would result in a blown engine. When I called I didn t even receive an apology, just I ll let somebody know. STAY AWAY!!!

Awesome staff and very friendly. Open on the weekend for some of us that can't find time for service until the weekend. Technicians and staff are very professional and knowledgeable about Anything Automotive related.

Worst place ever i honestly arrived at 3:45 asked for a wheel repair and smog,the young inexperienced guy forgot to order my parts ,on top of that when parts did come it wasnt correct i left at 6:20 just for them to tell me we couldnt do your smog!??? I asked for a discount an was told no i waoted 3 hours to have lugnut changed

I've been to this shop on several occasions. The price has always been reasonable. They've always dealt with me in a honest manner and fixed my car properly.
