My experience with the folks here was really positive. The girls working the front are fast and professional as well as very well mannered and friendly. Which made the process a breeze. The owner Anthony came to check on me when I was getting some things out of my truck and made sure we were both on the same page. I had a great experience with the owner there, andwas pleased he checked on me. As far as repairs go, I was extremely impressed with how well they repaired my front grill and head light and tail light. Literally looks brand new and he even got me the exact front grill I was looking for online. Which was a great surprise! They even washed my truck for me!! I can't say enough positive things about this place. I really felt like I was being taken care of here which is rare now a days. I will definitely recommend this place to everyone I know. I really do hope this place stays in business, simply because of the positive vibes I felt as soon as I entered, to the day I made arrangements to pick up my truck.

Anthony is awesome! He did a free estimate for my headlight assembly and was honest about cost and labor. They got me in quick and with the parts I brought on him and his crew worked fast.I have been here once years before for an insurance claim and I was not disappointed.I recommend this place !

AMAZING SERVICE!!! I brought my 2017 Corolla in after someone backed into the side of it. I wanted to take my car to a quality shop, as I was concerned about how it would look, and the people at Fix Auto did not disappoint! Anthony kept me updated through every step, and in less than a week(ahead of schedule), my car was ready. The repairs are perfectly done, and the right side of my car looks brand new. It s reassuring to know that if I ever have a collision in the future, I can count on the quality Fix Auto provides.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Keeping it short and to the point. Do NOT recommend. Car took longer than a month in the shop only to get it looking similar to what it originally was and yet probably worse now my car radio doesn t work and my car still has broken parts from the accident. In the receipt it mentions they replaced a lot of things which they did NOT. And until this day (which has been about 3-4 months now) I am yet waiting for a car part to come in that was most likely never ordered! ANTHONY the manager gives me the run around every time! I ve called many times to follow up and have yet to hear back from them. I only went with them because of the lifetime warranty. But with this type of service it is definitely NOT worth it! Excellent work repairing the damage done from an accident. Back bumper and frame repaired and painted making the car looking better then new. Highly recommend to others. Wow. Where do I start. The car came back to me looking showroom ready. The detailing was amazing.If you aren t doing it now. The staff at Fix Auto was absolutely amazing. I came in on a Monday and the car was fixed by Tuesday afternoon. They were very helpful and professional and were so happy with the work that they did for us. The process was so easy and painless. I highly recommend utilizing them in the event that you need an auto repair shop. They worked with my insurance company regarding the deductible and I thoroughly enjoyed our experience with Fix Auto.

I can t give enough praise for this auto body shop! They were extremely easy to work with, they did a beautiful job on my car and were so kind and professional. Mario is just the sweetest guy! Took my car here after an accident. They fixed my car like brand new. Happy with the job they did. They always kept me updated on everything through both text messages and actual calls. Great costumer service, I would highly recommend Fix Auto.

Fix auto is a great establishment! I was kept up to date on my car at all times... they were fast and helpful and understood I needed my car as soon as possible. I was helped by Mario who made sure my car got nothing but the best treatment and ensured I walked out the door satisfied. He also helped me get my vehicle appraised for more corrections. Fix auto would treat your car like it s there car and give you excellent service on your car and as a customer. I give FIX AUTO 100/100.

Johnny and his team made an amazing job on repairing my vehicle. You can't even tell that there was a fix that happened. A little bit of delay on the first promised date but it's very understandable considering the situation that we are facing these days. Will definitely do business with them again if I or my family ever need one in the near future!

Highly recommended! They did an awesome job you can t even tell where the damage was done. Repairs were done on time, and they communicated with me on updates throughout. They even detailed my car and it came out super shiny. I will be coming back in the future for other repair if needed.

I chose Fix Auto based on a list my insurance gave me. Initially, I wasn t expecting my car to look the same after being hit on the side. However, I was impressed by how much better it looked. They even took out a dent I had for over a year. Costumer service was incredible, Anthony was really amicable and informed me about the progress throughout. They even finished earlier than mentioned. Fix auto are truly the best in town. My Lexus sustained some damage after being hit in the rear bumper. I took my car to Fix auto, got a very reasonable estimate and got my car looking like new. Mario was super helpful, professional and honest. He always called and kept me informed throughout the entire process. If your looking for a true professional repair shop I highly recommend taking it to Fix auto. Always great service from Anthony and team. We have used them for all insurance claims, and are glad they are on the approved provider list for our insurance. Super fast and professional, they make sure to keep us informed of any delay we may encounter from third-party service providers. The guys at this shop we re totally great. It turned out the damages to my vehicle weren t as bad as I thought and they didn t try to convince me to have things done that were unnecessary. I liked that they were very professional. Their shop was spotless and everyone was very helpful! I definitely will recommend them to anyone I know needing a good body shop and will use them if I ever need anything. Thanks Anthony and Mario!!!

I never thought getting in an accident a d requiring body work done to my vehicle be such a pleasant experience. Fix Auto Salinas was a great experience from start to finish with updates received every step of the way until all work was completed on my vehicle. They features great customer service and was very welcoming.

I took my Ford Escape to Fix Auto Salinas to be repaired and from the beginning Anthony, the manager, was very friendly, courteous, and wanted to make sure I was informed every step of the way. My repair took 6 days instead of the expected 7 days, and when I went to pick the car up, it looked brand new. Anthony and his team made sure I was satisfied and gave me the best experience I ve ever had at a repair shop.

Usually I m not one to leave reviews but Anthony is really amazing. Very friendly, time efficient, kept me in the loop and even left us a thank you card in the car to let us know that they value us as a customer and that they disinfected the car so even our dogs stay safe during COVID 19, nice touch. I m mean really above and beyond.

We got into a car accident while we were in vacation. Fix Auto was one of the trusted shops for our insurance. Everyone who we spoke to was amazing! Great customer service and were always quick to reassure us things were good and okay.
