The atmosphere here as a team work is great.The warming welcome and care for your needs is top of the customer service here. They sold me really easily.Thanks to Hector Quiroz for making positive progress on every single step to complete the repair on my vehicle. He did everything without any effort at all to give me high quality costumer service. Very genuine, professional, and sincere person that will make you feel part of the family of caliber collision repair. Thanks to the people behind the scenes that repair my car. Well done, job!!!! happy customer. I won't think twice if I need your services in the future. We'll recommend it from my part. Give this guy a try, hands down!!! It took them 3 weeks to repair the roof of my truck from tree damage. They repainted and repaired the roof and hood. They told me on the day I dropped it off that they were taking it to a different location out of town, which I was hesitant. They didn't tell me over the phone before I brought it in that they were going to take it to a different location. I wouldn't of taken my truck to them if I had known. They pushed out the finish date multiple times. The day I was actually picking it up, they promised a before noon time frame. So I came multiple times during the day to try and get my truck, between my work schedule. My truck wasn't ready until 430pm. Very disruptive to my work schedule and rental car return. Quality of work is excellent timeliness is not.Service: Body & Trim

Two years ago my daughter's car was repaired here and did a great job. Now my car has been repaired at caliber too & did a great job. I highly recommend it.

The intake process was great, friendly staff. My issue was communication afterwards, and trying to get a hold of someone who knew about your car. Took 6 weeks just to make a decision if it was repairable. If I ever need another collision service I will be looking elsewhere.

I would not choose this shop again.Slow service. They evaluate your car, give you an attractive time frame, but once they start on the repair, that time grows.It went from 2 weeks to nearly 5 weeks!I expected exceptional work at this point, but my door wasn t assembled correctly and wouldn t open from inside. So I had to waste another day to take it back to the shop.In addition, the workmanship was sloppy in attaching the part back on my truck.However, paint job was good and staff was friendly.

Working as the Parts Manager at Calibre Collision came with its unique set of challenges, predominantly influenced by the team dynamics and management style. A significant part of the difficulty stemmed from dealing with technicians like Irvin and Luis. They had a habit of misplacing parts and then denying any knowledge about it. This not only disrupted the workflow but also frequently put me in a difficult position with our General Manager, Paul. When misplaced parts were eventually found at their workstations, they would feign ignorance, making it harder for me to manage the parts efficiently.Paul s approach to these situations added to the challenge. He tended to blame the parts department without delving into the details, often making me feel belittled and undervalued. His reluctance to acknowledge these issues or offer apologies exacerbated the feeling of being unfairly treated.The behavior of some estimators in the company also contributed to the stress. They were overly pushy about parts ordering, a task that was their responsibility, which often led to confusion and inefficiency. The process was noticeably smoother when my department directly handled the parts.Overall, the work environment at Calibre Collision was hindered by a lack of accountability and poor communication. Mistakes were common, but instead of addressing them, there was a tendency to shift the blame. This culture of avoiding responsibility and the inadequate communication channels made the job far more challenging than it needed to be.

Great Custer service, they kept me informed throughout the process, and they did a great job on my vehicle, you couldn't even tell that there was damage there before, the matching of my existing paint was on point, and they returned my car sooner than expected, I am a very happy customer.Thank you, Caliber Collision from Salinas, CA.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Excellent customer service. Receptionist was very nice and attentive. I would call for information and if the person wasn t in, she would give me a call back in less than an hour. When it comes to the repairs they are very detailed and take the time to update you and let you know what is going on with the parts, insurance, repairs etc. Overall my experience was very pleasant. Took my Honda CRV in, had a dent and paint was chipped off from the hood. The starting process can be very overwhelming for a first timer going into a repair shop but the customer service at Caliber Collision was 10/10. From the front staff being very welcoming and efficient to Debbie helping make the whole process and experience run easy and smoothly. Loved how she kept me updated and completion time was quicker than expected !! My car looks good as new !! Overall, amazing team great experience would definitely recommend for repairs, worth your time to take your car in !!

Caliber Collision did an amazing job on my vehicle repair. When I arrived to my appointment, I was instantly acknowledged by the staff and assisted by Rhina.Rhina is professional, informative, and she explained the process very clearly. Her communication is excellent! She kept me updated with all the details about my vehicle while it was being repaired. My vehicle was ready in less than 3 days.Thank you Caliber Collision and thank you Rhina for being so helpful throughout the process!

If I could I would give it a 0! Stay away from this shop, they will make promises to turn in your vehicle in no longer than two weeks. It s already been over a month and I still don t have my car, I had to call my insurance and let them know of situation and they said that they were going to investigate the shop and I also requested for a transfer to a different shop because there is no sign of progress. The lady named Rhina R would basically tell me a different story every single day I would call her to check on status. She will also say that she s trying her best but she really is not. Every week it s a different story, for the part the car needed she first said it was ordered incorrectly, then it was broken, then reordered but misplaced, then today 6/27/23 she said Toyota said the part she needed was back ordered but then I told her about transferring my car to different shop and she said guess what we actually just had Toyota deliver the part?? Like how if you just told me it was on back order!!!! She promised she would stay overtime and make her technicians get it done today, aligned and washed. 5:28pm she calls and says the car will not be ready.

I was in an accident and going through other party's car insurance, thankfully with Caliber Collison they were able to do the repairs. The timing was fairly quick once I got the car turned in on a Monday and was able to get my car back same week, Friday. They sent me updates on my vehicle to inform me of repairs and it was very comforting. Staff was great and friendly. The whole experience, being my first time, was nice and stress free.Service: Body & Trim

Do not bother going to this place. I sent my daughter to get and estimate on her vehicle. Which I thought went well. I then got the approval from my insurance to the estimate this place provided. So I called to see why we haven t received a call.When I spoke to the young lady told me that due to the chipping on my vehicle they were not going to be able to do the work but they still provided an estimate.So when I questioned why would they have wast my time. Young lady said that the person who conducted the estimate on the car wrote down that he told my daughter that he was only going to provide an estimate, but no work was going to be able to be done on the car. After speaking to my daughter, she said She was NEVER told anything like that.Talk about a waste of time. Management needs to coach and retrain his/her employees!!!!

Caliber Collision was amazing with their communication on the progress of my vehicles repair. For context, I am currently disabled and my husband works way past the closing time for both Enterprise and Caliber Collision, they offered to drop off my vehicle and pickup the rental and turn it in for me. Definitely going above and beyond and it was most appreciated. The communication is top tier I can follow along with the progress via internet. They offer texting as a method of communicating and thy for me works best they answer the text right away and never give the runaround. The entire staff is great to work with.

After repair completion, paint was wrong color White, looks like a cheap paint job by the unappealing offset white. Will have to take it back to them to correct**Update**Went to get my vehicle inspected for a warranty inspection for the unmatched color paint. Manager refused to correct the paint on the vehicle and told me to go somewhere else. Manager stated he could not see the difference when it was obvious that the paint color did not match. Manager stated I'll have to schedule an appointment with Regional Manager and failed to contact me to schedule an appointment.An official complaint has been filed against Caliber through USAA. I hope they remove this location from their authorized shopsThis issue is still pending resolution from Caliber.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My car was repaired on time and Debbie was amazing updating timely fashion, few. Weeks later the car rear window trim flew away driving home on the freeway .
